Sunday, June 15: Cloudy and Cool.

Today I got up after a half baked sleep, but you know I slept OK. And then made breakfast and got ready to go. I thought this day I would take SEPTA back

 home so I’m not in a real big rush, but I wanted to be back by 10:30. 10:30 AM that is. I thought I was going to 
be meeting Pat then but he

 wasn’t home so I just left a check and told him I left the check. I’m sure he couldn’t get out of work because he works like a slave over there. Anyhow, I went to see my mom around noon and she was eating lunch so I 

ended up talking to this nice ladyand I discovered you can download certain pages of the inquiry I sent them to Mary my sister, Alice and Mike Ward. This is interesting. I just learned

 something I can get something half decent from subscribing so it’s 1:43 PM now and now my mom is watching 
TV so I’m gonna go see her. Well, I saw my mom and she was very tired today. She was a little bit out of it as well. I had to convince her to go to the nice sunny room. We then called Alice. We talked to her for a moment. Tried to call Mike, he didn’t
 pick up. I told David what I observed. I then caught the 2:40 PM bus back to Upper Darby and then headed back to my place in Melbourne. I think cooked up a bunch of pasta after I got some at the store nearby. My cupboard is definitely bare in my place. Pat needed some money so I land some money in exchange for reducing the rent next month. He then went back to work and I just killed a lot of time and sat around and chilled out. My shoulder is a little bit better. I’m still far away from going to Yoga. I’d say another one to two months at least. 

Sunday, July 14: HOT 🥵 AF! Visiting Mom and Yoga

This morning I got up and found out that no I was not going to 

get a ride up with Wes since he’s working with his mankind group this morning. So I got up early around nine I guess and headed up to catch the 10 o’clock bus 

towards Riddle village. I have to get up earlier because I have to make sure I see my 

mom and hang out and walk before her lunch starts. Lunch starts there at 11:30 AM. This 

morning it is hot as hell out here. I missed my stop and ended up looking at a 20 minute walk but fortunately,  I caught a bus on the way back. I hit
 the Wawa and visited mom and hung out for a bit and took a 

walk and sat on the bench. She was in good shape today. She asked me questions 

and was alert. Anyway, it’s now 1137. I’m gonna , I’m hoping to 

catch this 111 bus. I caught the 111 bus and it went straight to 69th St. station. 

 Nobody got off until we got to 69th St. I couldn’t wait to get home and 

get in the AC! Once I got home, I ate lunch took a couple quick naps and did

 a load of laundry. Just doing that stuff took till 3 o’clock. I walked out and it became mostly cloudy 

and threatened thunderstorm. It’s not 3:15 PM. I just got on the EL. I’m going

 to have to carry both bags but I couldn’t get the Mary soon enough

 to drop off the big bag and make a c  on time and shit.💩 The media  is still hyperventilating over the assassination attempt. Trump was only slightlyInjured. He’s not injured very badly. Your Republican convention starts this week. This ought to be a hell of a week. anyhow, I made it to the 4 o’clock house one time which was

 fascinating and good. Once I got the class, it was so damn humid in that

 room. I think it was the most humid day in the studio. We’ve had this year. I don’t

 think it was the hottest, but it was the most humid. That other Sunday 



class was really super hot two or three weeks ago. After class, we had a half hour 

to cool off between that and the yin/ Reiki class. That half hour was definitely

 needed. I drink a lot of water took a nice shower and then went up to the fourth floor 



with a class was and aunt Matt lined up for us which was really 



nice. I got a towel and I use that to take a shower and also put on my mat. After class a few

 of us hung out and shot the shit and, it was nice. Kaitlyn’s 

going over to Romania for some kind of electronic EMD concert. It’s what the young people do these days. Anyway, she’s gone for a week and then Mary and I went back and we had delicious veggie burgers and frozen iced tea Rosenbach iced tea is the best iced tea I ever had. 

Sunday, March 17: St. Patrick’s Day Visiting Mom

Well, after not getting enough sleep, I was awakened 

by Pat @ 7:30 AM asking me to babysit his dog for a half hour while he did 

some Cat sitting. The dog whispered a lot, but started to calm down towards the end. I got up 

around 830 to 9:00 AM to greet the woman who’s going to clean my place. She

 came a little after 9 o’clock and I was pretty beat so I slept in the futon while she cleaned

 the rest of the house when she was done the other rooms I went across the street and got the money I needed. 

Fortunately, the ATM was working today. After that, I took a shower

 but forgot to shave. I then found out Dave not available so I went by myself and took the 111 bus at noon to visit my mom. We had a nice visit. I turned on her CD player and have Glen Miller playing.  

We decided to go outside and walk towards the dog park and sit on the bench and talk that was nice.  on the way back we were told about ice cream Social so while I was 

leaving to catch at 2:39 PM Bus I took her to the second floor to ice cream social. The bus showed up about a minute or two late, which was nice. Well, when I got home, I thought about going to the 4 o’clock class even though I did need a break. I went down to the station and the train was 13 minutes late so that took care of that decision so I went back home and fiddled around the house and eventually

 took a nap. I did do some laundry and I was it. It was a quiet day. Mary 

told me that the room was extremely high to the point where a woman left 

and people took breaks from the obsess. So it was a good decision for 

me not going I needed a rest , do doubles on Wednesday to make up for that. So next

 week starts a week of AA on Monday, Yoga
 on Monday and appointment with Mike on Tuesday an appointment on Wednesday for myself and then yoga lesson on Thursday at 11:00 AM. overall another busy week for yours truly 

and his somewhat accurate blog. It doesn’t tell you everything but it’s interesting to look at and see the pictures as time goes by the older. The blog is the more valuable 

it is I don’t think I can monetize it, but I don’t care.
