Sunday, May 31: ☕️, Pancakes, Yoga

Well today we got a relative really early at 10:30 AM this morning. First thing we did was get our laundry in the downstairs washer. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for the elevator somebody supposedly moving in today and only one elevator in a weekend means that there’s gonna be a wait. After the laundry, Mayor went upstairs to take care of the cooking duties and I went to the café. I had to wait a bit for them to make coffee, and I got the coffee and then stepped out of the café and almost tripped and fell, and that would’ve really been a complete cluster fuck. A nice day out a little bit warmer but a nice little breeze here in Center City Philadelphia. It’s now 11:32 AM. I’m walking back towards the Dorchester. Well, I had delicious pancakes and eggs this morning! It was quite a meal. We then hung out at Mary’s place watch a few things such as Stephen Colbert during the pandemic, which was completely entertaining, and then we watch videos like the most latchkey kid in the world, the most Maine personal world, etc. Anyway, I’m doing the laundry folding up my yoga clothes and then we’re gonna head to class soon. Well, the class was really good. Kaitlyn taught today as she teaches most Sundays nowadays I did OK and most of my posts she did catch me grimacing, and called me out on it, but you didn’t compliment me at least one of the poses, which was. nice Afterwards, we left around 6 PM. It was a beautiful day outside. We went outside and it was nice walk. We mail it out and then decide to have the Indian and watched Law and order CI Canadian style on the CW. That network all does it advertise itself. It has no real sponsors. Pretty cheesy commercial commercials though do we watch regular Law and order they were pretty good.

Sunday November 12: Mom’s 94th Birthday Party

I woke up in Center city today and got a nice view of outside

Dorchester. I had breakfast and Mary headed off to church and I cut 21 bus back home to get changed so I could look decent for my trip to media for mom‘s birthday

party at the Spring Haven golf club. Anyhow, I did get home and I had about 20 minutes to get ready and that’s what I did. I caught

the market Frankfurt line to 30th St. to catch the media train. 101 trolley is a bus till November 19 of this year. I then got to Media and call Dave and he was already at the club

so I called Mike and I was very lucky that he had just picked up mom at Riddle Village. So I waited five minutes and Mike was there and that was a relief. I didn’t

have to take Uber to the club. I was on Baltimore Pike which he was

driving on from the Riddle village. We got to the club and some relatives

were there beside us which is good who is a very commendable

time. I had a stack of three pancakes and they were tasty in filling and the coffee

there is very good as well.  I got a ride home from ride back to downtown

media with Debbie and secured an invite which was cool. Didn’t get much else but that

was very good. She dropped me off and when I got home I talked to Alice

for the second time and we had a good conversation. She invited me to go out to California in March. We picked approximate dates anywhere from the February 28 to March 11.  then came

home and sacked out for a while. Was I tired and then ate dinner talked with Maryann headed to bed.

Sunday, May 28: Cleaning of My Place. Church w/Mom & Wes. Ardmore

Well after the weekend by the woman who cleaned my house coming

over at 8:15 AM. I didn’t sleep really well last night so I was just groggy and got up. I let her in and then

I had to go out and get a new plunger is the plunger I had wasn’t

working. The sink keeps getting clogged up and needs a little plumber work. Anyhow, the place got cleaned. I took a short sort of nap and then Wes came over and picked me up at 11 AM. We

went to my moms place at the Riddle village and went straight to BVM church at media. That was an interesting experience. It’s a beautiful interior they have going on there. It

wasn’t crowded at all unlike Easter when it was packed. Anyhow, we then went to the court diner in media, and had breakfast, which was very pleasant.
We got the booth and enjoyed ourselves. After the diner, post pictures and

then Wes, I drop my mom off at the Riddle village and now it’s 2:32 PM and heading to

Ardmore or my deadline is 3:30 PM. Four W. drop me off after let me

run into Rite Aid and get it juicy to be thirsty with. It’s now 3:30 PM and I’m at the
Ardmore house. I took about a 20 minute nap once I arrived at the Ardmore house I was pretty tired from lack of sleeping. After a bit we were going to go to a place called Shandali, but it was closed at five and it was 5:14 PM when we arrived

play so we decide to go to a park that right next to Montgomery Avenue. It was a nice
gentle walk. I was pretty tired and it was

nice not to exert myself. I needed a yoga break because I’ve been exerting myself pretty hard there. I don’t mind doing it but
sometimes I need a rest we got back around 7 PM. It was a nice day out. We’ve been very fortunate this last three weeks having really pleasant weather. The heat and humidity

has not arrived yet. We all in the Philadelphia area can be thankful for that stuff. Do you watch the Netflix series 1883. They are marching through Texas to the Indian

territory of Oklahoma at this point. It’s a very compelling show. It’s the

prequel to the Netflix series Yellowstone. That’s probably what will be watched next.
