Good Sunday to everyone who thinks about Sundays. Today is the Sunday before Labor Day. Doesn’t really feel like a holiday because I generally don’t take off for fairly minor holidays anymore because they don’t pay me plus, I just take it easy on those days. Mike generally doesn’t have doctors appointments or bullshit so it’s an easy way to make some money. I didn’t sleep very well last night I was awake and my nose got clogged up in my shoulder was extra sore. Now I did get up around 11:15 AM went out to the heart Café started talking about what we were planning to do. We’re both gonna get massages done tomorrow Mary at 1 PM and myself at 4 PM. We’re athlete you know we need the extra treatments cause we’re not exactly spring chickens here cluck cluck! Ha ha ha. After you went to the, café hung out there for a while I had 3 cups of coffee, which I never have. Maybe it was only two, but it was more than normal for me. Anyhow, after we went to the café, we went to Barnes & Noble to buy Mary New York Times so she could get the crossword puzzle and the times magazine. The Sunday times now is six dollars. At least this place didn’t charge extra over and above the six bucks which was good. I guess I finished yesterday‘s blog posting finally. I wanted to get this started since I had about 45 minutes of downtime before we go to the 4 PM class hopefully I’ll be able to digest my food sufficiently before class . Well, we went to the 4 o’clock class and Katelynn taught the class. It’s a good class. It got pretty warm there, but I made it through despite the lack of sleep. After we left class, we rested and then went to the little store to buy some pasta. It made some pasta. We didn’t watch the second of the trilogy we saw a fistful of dollars and second one goes more fit more dollars and then the final one which we can’t find to rent is the good, the bad and the ugly. We want to see that one.
This morning I got up after a pretty good sleep.. Of course I was a little
tired, but it was OK to me. 730 is still early even though it’s not insane early like 5:30 AM. Anyhow, Mike’s physical therapist came over and we took a nice
walk outside today a lot less humidity and gross outside than it was the last couple of days. We’re in the midst of a heat wave so the temperature will break 90 again today, Mike rescheduled his dentist appointment
for Monday, July 22nd the date that hopefully will not live in infamy. Anyway, I had lunch talking on the phone with some people and continue to make my way through. Actress Sally Duvall died at age 75.
She was in the shining and other movies such as Popeye, which is not
an iconic movie despite what USA TODAY said on the stupid little article.
I’m sure she’ll be missed by some people. We nerf to remember singer
songwriters are the best people in the world according to David die of WXPN. Maybe
other DJs/boss jocks might buy into this like John DiBella or Howard Stern or maybe even Cindy Drew or Harvey in the morning agrees with him but I’m not sure.
Long Beach Island, a.k.a. LBI. This is the place I spent my childhood summers at. Prices are already high mirror, civil and people making less than 500 K can't afford this place anymore.

Anyhow, Mike and I couldn’t get the Fitbit on the wristband so I’m going to computer place to see if the guy
can install it for me because I can’t do it. Well, I went to the place and the
repair man fixed it in about 30 seconds and didn’t charge me anything. They’ve been very good so 237 Mary’s back in the city and I’m going back to Mike’s. New York Times wrote
and Mike and I and I’m not gonna be there for Monday and next Tuesday. So we made
a plan to do some scrubbing of the bathroom tomorrow and to get the
Fitbit watch done I put on the wrong I mean the guy that had helped me put on the wrong strap. It’s now 4:12 PM. I’m Going to do a 5:30 PM class instead of the regular 4 o’clock class. This
one is a 90 minute teaching. I got to Mary’s and Mary was concerned about her 90-year-old mother and believe me I can relate to it between Mike’s physical
therapy. She’s gonna get her mom physical therapy. About to start the 530 class it’s pretty goddamn hot up here. It’s now 5:21 PM. Well, Miah‘s class
was really good. It wasn’t super crowded. Like sometimes the 530 can be, but she taught the class. She let plenty of air in the room and help me try to correct my breathing exercise at the beginning
of class afterwards me explain what she was trying to do with my hips in the
breathing part. Mary got some instruction as well. I then walked
Mary close to her house and went to the little store near her house. I then caught the 7️⃣ bus I then went the CODA meeting. It
was all about the higher power. And mom being in the hospital. She had fallen and she was being taken care of. Things look a little dicey on that end. I found out early the next day that she broke fractured her pelvis. That doesn’t sound so great. Anyhow, I eat leftovers, pat got his computer fixed by Lisa and doing his taxes will have to wait. and went to bed.
