I woke up this morning as usual I was very tired. I was tired from
he weekend. That’s pretty normal for me these days. Anyhow I slept in a little bit and then went ahead and started working. I got an unexpected report and that took a lot of my time
& effort. I wasn’t able to get my daily stuff done. I had to return the rental car at the same time I was dealing with personal stuff for my supervisor called twice. I got it returned successfully and got that out-of-the-way. Anyhow, I decided I wouldn’t go to yoga and instead right at 5 o’clock I had to take a nap.I was so exhausted I crashed really hard. I fortunately did
et up at 7:30 PM. I set the alarm for 7:15 AM so Lord knows I probably could’ve slept all the way till midnight then realized I overslept. I then decided I needed to take a walk for my health so I
alked around the compound and that was nice. The rain held off. It looked like it was going to rain but it never did. I think came home and talked on the phone for a while had some dinner and
hought about the old days no actually didn’t think about the old days at all. I was just thinking the bad news about the Taliban taking over Afghanistan and late news that we’re gonna need a booster shot eight months after my vaccination so that is approximately September. So that’s high on my list to get shit done is get my booster shot before November.
myself a long phone conversation while I was at the FedEx. The cost of the package was about $35 for two days of delivery. I got that delivery done and decided I could head down to Indian store and get some quick Indian food so I can go home eat and then take my nap and shower. I found out that the international store has dinners that look a lot less greasy
han the Kabobish dinners. I went there and got a couple meals. I was going
o keep walking down Walnut Street till a bus showed up. I alked for a while then finally
the 21 bus showed up and I took that bus up to Melbourne/upper Darby. I got home and immediately had
some Indian food and after that I took a shower and took a nice glorious relaxing love nap. After I got up which was about 9:30 PM or so I talked on the phone for a while. There were things discussed back-and-forth. Play then took another shower so I wouldn’t have to deal with that when I had to get up tomorrow. I know I’m gonna be tired otherwise. I’ll probably be tired anyway that’s how I roll man
I woke up this morning feeling pretty tired but not too bad. Hi then got myself some breakfast ate the smoothie that I got from Lynne and lumber on to work. It as a long 500 yards but I made it. I plugged away at work. The work came steady but not too fast. I had ne case I just couldn’t make the referral to Alex. I tried every which Way but I couldn’t do it. I ended up sending it to my supervisor. I didn’t et a response back but I’ll wait Jesus fuck tomorrow. Oh right my supervisor is not in tomorrow so Monday it’ll be. Anyhow I got to see Pat a couple times and he told me that some homeless dude invaded
his work and the place almost blew up from gas because and somebody forgot
o lock the door homeless dude came in and turned the oven on and the gas was on as well. Between that
his gargoyle almost falling down he working in a hazardous place
an. Anyhow I eat lunch after the smoothie kind of made me nauseous even though I was in really nice air
conditioning all day. I then took a nap and finished off work and then committee in the 93° heat to Center
city for my yoga class. I even bought my own mat with me. Well
he Delta variant is spreading like wildfire and new mandated to come around the
corner because of this. I talked about that yesterday. This article talks about we’re gonna go from here. They predict what might happen. It’s from the Atlantic magazine. Oh boy it’s 5:25 PM gotta go. I went to class and there was only four people in there which I think really reduce the amount of heat that was in the floor. I also think it was just not as hot as it was several days before hand. There is a new teacher there who is young and but she did a pretty good pretty good class. I was hot as usual and went back towards the train after class.
I woke up today feeling a whole lot better because I slept better. Hi then
proceeded to get to work signing my computer and make myself breakfast & a smoothie. Because of Yesterdays effort to see Sam some of this work out-of-the-way today I could move at a much slower and steady pace. I thought about going into West Philly and sipping coffee
but I decided against that. I was feeling a little too lazy to do that. I caught up with
my reports to the best of my ability and the provider information was
ent out. I got a couple more reverse referrals but it was only three of them today. then I ate lunch and went to the Indian store to get some different kinds of foods for my lunch. Good day I’m back. I did my work and then
decided I would go to class. I did have some in trepidation about it. I expressed
hat to a couple of friends. I decided to go and I would at least ask if anything
is changed due to the latest. Stats on the delta variant. Anyway, I signed
off from work and headed out on the train. asn’t too crowded and I arrived and talk to Larry on the phone for a bit while I was walking. I went to class and fortunate wasn’t crowded. I strategically made sure I was at
least 6 feet away from people in the back corner. Seems like the safest place to be. There was a pouch 10 or 11 people there. Classes are packed like they were before the pandemic. If they
ecome that packed I’m not going to pack classes. I think my strategy is to try to go to oddball times will have less people. I’m not sure what eyeball times
are people have all different kinds of schedules etc. well I got home and was pretty hungry and I chowed down on a whole mess of pasta. I’m going to see.
nyway I have the pasta talked on the phone a little bit and hopefully I can make some phone calls I’ve been needing to make. So far this week has been a little less spastic than last week. Which is a good thing. I think I’ve decided what I’m gonna do with my retirement situation. I’m going to try not to complicate it more than needs to be.
