Wednesday, May 28: Rain, Acupuncture, Choir

This morning I got up with a little bit of pain, of course, and I did get some sleep and I felt a drowsy feeling that I get when I have slept so that was

good!! I then had breakfast which consists of cereal and banana. Mary is off to get her haircut and she told me to catch the 12 Bus which  showed up just as I was coming out that really saved me

some time and time out in this gross wet, rainy weather. I showed up to the acupuncture and she took her sweet time. She only put the needles in the left side and she’s convinced it’s the first rib in pining in some sort

of way on some nerve somewhere. That was pretty intense today. She’s very nice about it

and she asked that I call back in a couple days. She suggested getting chiropractic

maybe to straighten out the ribs possibly. Right after that I got contacted

by my new doctor and he ordered an MRI. I had to schedule at 8 AM

tomorrow because of my busy schedule. Found out even if it gets
preapproved which I’m still waiting on by the way, it’s still gonna be a $400 deductible. It’s now 1:34 PM. I’m gonna try to eat this gear and

make it on time to my 2 o’clock appointment which is coming around the corner. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s picked up my super coffees

that were delivered a lot cooking. I thought they were and then eat my gear. It was very tasty. It’s definitely hit the so-called spot for sure. It’s 204 and I’m gonna be over 5️⃣ minutes late to my appointment again.,

Well at the appointment all I talked about is my shoulder and and it hurts all the time and all the money I’m spending on it. I told him I made a little progress with. It’s hard
to tell cause I just don’t feel that great. Anyhow, after that, I called Mike ask him to call his Medicaid representative. I couldn’t at first but eventually got through to Mike and then went back to his place. I missed an order from Amazon they called

but they barely speak English so I had no idea what they were talking about And they’re going to try to come back tomorrow and bring the stuff which tomorrow I’ll

be spending most of my time hanging out with Allison stuff and doing a tour so I’m hoping they can deliver it in the morning but this could be a friggin boondoggle.

Maybe I should just cancel the order That might be the best idea anyhow it’s now 5:15 PM and I left Mike so I’m heading to Mary’s.

I think I’m gonna take a shower before choir practice cause I’m feeling like musty and wet. Mary is probably at Yoga right now. She’ll be home around 6 o’clock or so. I have rehearsal

at seven 7 PM. Well, Mary and I decided to order Indian and I am showing up about 13 minutes late to help setting up the risers. I just had to eat

something delicious and it’s still a little drizzle now. But it’s supposed to rain throughout the night so that’s what’s going on right now setting up risers. It’s quite a complex

operation setting up the risers because you have to fit them just and make them fit on this stage. Since 7:29 PM we’re gonna be called up probably in about 15 minutes. Well, well, well it’s 7:31 PM and people are already getting up on the riser so that means I have to as well. This rehearsal will go till about 10:00 PM. We’re going to do the second half of the Matthew Shepherd piece.

We have the instrumentalist playing along with us. Well big news just come out! A ruling from the United States Court of International Trade found Trump can't use a 1977 law to impose tariffs. I
have a feeling that Trump will appeal it somewhere. What’s 9:30 PM we just finished our break and we established our numbers for lining up for the concert. We had rehearsal till 1030. We ended the piece and then restarted it 2/3 away through again time to go to bed. Again, I hope I can get a good nights sleep. I’ve been hoping for this for ages.
