Saturday, May 17: Shoulder Pain, Brunch, Warm

Again today, I woke up at 4:00 AM with flaming pain on my left shoulder got up eventually went to the easy chair kind of veg out, but didn’t
really sleep, but I guess

I slept enough to be conscious so Mary and I relax and then went to the art café And brunch. I had my usual breakfast burrito which I really like. It’s very tasty. Mary plans

to go to the 4 o’clock class I am planning to go to Mike’s to pick up my belt that I left there and to go to Millbourne and pack while Mary is doing her 4 o’clock classI while I’m there I’m going shower

and shave and look for clothes and stuff. Well, Mary and, I

next went to the frame shop to drop off photos of me doing a yoga pose. It’s a good picture then we walked around

Center city and it was a really nice warm 80° day complete

opposite of what it was throughout last week. I even wore my new shorts I bought. It was really nice to go

get the warm sunshine and stuff. All kinds of people around on the

street today we went to a flea market and I got this one thing for five dollars that was made in Japan I think. I’m going to

bring it back to Millbourne. Mary left for yoga and I took a nap

cause I could actually sleep and I crashed pretty hard. It was nice but it’s not nearly enough, but I’ll certainly take it.I then went to Mike’s and Limbo was there and that was

nice to talk to those guys I picked up some order 4 Mike  and got my belt. After that, I I had it on down in Broad Street, hoping to catch one of the buses, but none of them showed up so I went by the Kimmel where

I’ll be performing in June about the same time I have PT. I got the L in about five minutes and got the Millbourne and Noticed that got really stiff between my neck

and my shoulder but it’s not hurting hurting like it does at night time. So I got my trazodone

pills,💊 got a change of clothing, got my mail, and then took a shower. I

decided that my backpack was way too heavy to put on my back

which I wasn’t gonna do or to carry with one hand. It’s weird having a lifestyle

change that you didn’t ask for. So I called LIFT because it was a lot

cheaper than Uber and I would also get there before 8 o’clock at the dorchester at the Dorchester.
