Today I woke up on time in Millbourne. The only problem was I’m operating on one arm in a sling and trying to organize when you haven’t
had any sleep in four days. I was indecisive and I had to try to put everything on with one arm which it just took forever for me to get going and I didn’t get to Mike till 9:30 AM. That’s not usually how I roll not that
late but I am not going to Yoga so I’m just 
going to stay till 430 at Mike’s and then had a 1030 Reiki appointment with Linda and that was interesting because my shoulder
was relaxed but my mind was so goddamn squirrel almost wanted to move but I 
didn’t. I eventually finished and we talked a little bit afterwards about having a part-time session just for my shoulder. My brain was really Squirrley today
and has been. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s before getting a sandwich because the guy from
Impactful Homecare showed up early. The guy was really chill and it was a short session. I then went
to Pat’s Pizza to pick up Mike a sandwich On TikTok I saw this realtor. She’s hilarious making fun of a gated golf
community!!. I sent it to a couple of people. I needed to laugh. Anyhow,
when I went to the pizza place, I got myself a pizza slice and that was very delicious. I almost left
my keys at the pizza place that was pretty outrageous but I got them so I went back to Mike’s. Ate my
pizza slice got a call from the acupuncture Play Mary told me about it 1010 Pine St. This woman asked
me a whole bunch of questions and I looked up. My law got my dates straightened out of when it all started and where
I was hurting, etc. etc. I also told her about my fidgets to the urgent care. I read the notes from the
x-ray about this particular muscle that runs up my arm or wrench to the clavicle I guess. Anyway, bottom line is I got an appointment
for tomorrow the 21st at 11:45 AM. That was gratifying she said that it would feel like I was tired and I was. I had a workout and
I was fine with that. It’s not that cheap but you know to get relief and hopefully get my way back to Normal. It’s worth it. I also attempted to
make an appointment with my primary doctor. She’s not available till July 22 and I was like fuck that shit! I’m going to be changing primaries
at the end of July anyhow so forget that. Today, the Pain so excited for the first time in a long time!! The test is tonight. I’m sleeping on
my back and hopefully just passing out and sleeping for real. Anyhow I finished with Mike 15 minutes after the time I set 
for which was 4:30 PM. I didn’t leave Mike till almost 5 PM. Also had to change my password to this signing in app And got to Mary’s around 5:15 PM and we sat and just chill mellow
out for a while and then decided what we were gonna get for
dinner. We’re gonna get stuff at Marcella kitchen since Royal Indian is closed. It’s now 656 and I’m gonna be a little bit
late for choir. It’s gonna be interesting holding up music with one hand I’m hopingthat I can not have to use my sling on May 31. That would be nice. Well, I’m getting by at choir. I can definitely
feel my shoulders needing some kind of work on them. I’m hoping the acupuncture will speed up the cause. I’ll probably have to go twice and that’ll be like 200 and some
dollars
but discomfort and pain is really getting to me Anyway the Is going OK it’s 9 o’clock and we are getting our 10 minute break
