Thursday, May 8: Pope Elected Shoulder, Yoga

Good morning everybody out there in TV Land. I woke up today after a very deep sleep even with my shoulder that’s acting up. I got the 


Mike’s got the laundry together and started that. I ran into Limbo which was was cool and I also ran into Rob who has his spike

 secure in his backside room of the basement. Limbo gave him the keys, which is 
really nice of him to do that for Rob 

considering he just got his bike stolen. He is. working at this Dutch restaurant on 11th St. he says that’s his main job that pays for the rent. Anyhow, I had some 

thoughts about the Carnegie Hall trip. well, they picked the pope today and 
he’s an American named Robert Prevost, 69, took the name Leo XIV.  ♌️ I don’t



 know much about the man, but the American Roman Catholic Church tend to be more 

conservative than other parts of the world. So we’ll see. Limbo came over and 



changed the filter and told me we had to change the filter to Mike’s Apartment 

and they also told Mike what he needs for the sink so he might be able to get the equipment. He’s a wonderful

 man. Anyway, I finished up Mike’s laundry and Limbo stop by to take a look at the sink in the bathroom

 the faucet and the plumbing below the sink needs to be replaced. We 

eded up hanging out and talking about old computers like the 

Packard Bell, and old programs like were Word, perfect,  MSDOS & 

Lotus There’s a trip down memory lane. Next thing you know it. It was 

trying to quickly clean dishes and pack my bags for my 4 PM yoga class. 

As The Who sang in their album The Who by Numbers “I’m a relation I am a soldier at 63, no easy way to be free.” Anyway, another nice

 day outside loopy’s teaching the class at.4️⃣ PM. Well, I made it to yoga. I struggled 

a bit with my shoulder, specially reaching up in the beginning of the class. I was feeling a little little low energy, Jeb Bush, but I made it through. Afterwards, Mary and I hung

 out at the studio for a while and which was which was pretty chill. I enjoyed 
that. We then went to her place and took a nap which was really cool and I was really lucky. I missed 17 bus and one came up about   5️⃣ minutes later I felt very fortunate.  Well, we got to the building and they ended up changing the code to the building lock so we started about 10 minutes late for the meeting. Meeting is about could appetency is addiction to fear. I thought that was pretty good. We had a speaker. She was very good. I called the 49 busand I’m gonna have some delicious veggie burgers
