Well, this morning I finished off taking my bowel movements, etc. doing my thing and then I slept pretty comfortably
considering. I then took a lift to 
Penn Presbyterian for my 130 appointment. I got in early listen to an old Phillies game from 1991. Then at 1:57 they
brought me back to the-room to get undressed and shit. Pat’s going to 
pick me up signing out. Anyhow, the nurse who gave me the needle for the catheter did a nice job. He was 71 years old and
still working full-time at Penn and Temple on the weekend. That was kind of stunning. He’s really cool dude. Anyhow, everything else went as planned
to day Stuff in my blood and I was out like a light and it didn’t take an hour. It took about 40 minutes for them to take out the big
big polyp which was 10 mm and they found another one near my rectum anyway enough of that detail and then got picked up by Pat.
It was pouring rain when I first 
got out we went back and order a cup of beach and that was pretty tasty then after that, I just sat around and watch YouTube videos
of Phillies games, etc. I’m feeling a little
out of it. That’s the day we’re gonna have rain off
and on the rest of the week tomorrow I believe I have a Reiki treatment
with Linda at 10, but I have to check that out.
