This morning we decided to get up and get going at 8:30 AM. We could have a nice breakfast before the 11 o’clock class with Isa Garcia
this morning first class pretty grueling that’s for sure. First class is a 90 minute
part of the day starts at 1 PM and goes till 3 PM. We’re both pretty achy from
yesterday‘s back bending. But it’s a good
thing we got up early. After breakfast, we headed on down to the studio. We got there in plenty of time and got ourselves
prepared for class. The first class was an intermediate class which featured the 26th+2, but also had
a quicker pace and some positions that were more like Vinyasa than Bikram. It was some of those poses were very, very challenging,
especially
once it took Balance. Afterwards, we hung out at the studio and I got more liquid refreshment such as Gatorade and cold water. My lower back was being fitful, but I
got through it. Next was the posture clinic portion class, which was 2️⃣ hours. We did some poses and people asked questions and it was very informative. I did the standing
opposite knee stretch in front of everybody and
grab my toes and he said that was fine but he encouraged me to push my stomach and it was very informative.
different foods. It was really packed with people. I haven’t seen it packed like that in a while. We got back
and started watching a video on the 84 Austin’s
advanced class. We then got really tired decided we needed a nap.
far it’s held off. I’m getting Royal Indian just for myself since Mary ate some leftovers previously. We watched Mare of Easttown
screwed up things going on in that community and the weird relationships, etc. The last episode
because things are really messed up.Tomorrow we have the 84 Asanas
in a class which is gonna be intense considering what we’ve found out during our intermediate session. Everything goes faster. All the no posts are really healthy. You just do them when you go to the next one. We even watched a video for a little bit earlier in the day.
