Thursday, July 16: Hot with Bad Air

Good hot, hazy day to all you out there in Internet land. I got up after sleeping well but not quite enough. I got the Mike’s did a little bit of cleaning 
around the house shot the shit with him did some Internet sleuthing. Anyhow, I set my alarm for my 2 o’clock appointment so I don’t forget it. I was lucky to get a new appointment after canceling last minute to drive with Pat. Anyway, I’m going to Staples to print out and fax something he’s doing for his cousin who owes money to the TSA. It’s weird what he has to do for people. Anyway, it’s hot. I mean it’s really starting to get hot now & The air is bad due to the Canadian wildfires. We had this happen three years ago. I believe it was a lot worse than it was. The heat air index was over 300 at one point today it’s 176 which is rated unhealthy. Anything over 100 unhealthy. It’ll probably get worse as the heat gets worse in the afternoon. Anyway, it’s now 1:45 PM. It is really gross out here right now. It smells and air feels bad. Walking a slow as possible because it’s bad hour out here tomorrow’s supposed to be worse actually. I’m going to do Hockenberry,‘s appointment which I postponed from yesterday. Found out Mia has an online chat about her posture clinic something she said something about dates might change so this is gonna be interesting. So let’s see here we got bad air for the next three days. We have a parasite that causes explosive diarrhea and we have heat wave. Yum Yum Yum. Welcome to Donald Trump’s Summer of goop. anyway, it’s now 3:41 PM. I’m heading towards Class. Mary is unable to make it. She got nausea and digestive issues caused by this bad air cause it’s nasty out. Thank God Mike got his filter put in on his AC and his AC works. Virgil’s teaching The 4 PM class today he’s subbing. I’m not sure for whom I forget.. well, I got through the 4 o’clock class and there was seven of us who endured the bad Aaron heat today. Miah was in the class as well. Mary didn’t feel well but she’s feeling better now. Anyhow, it’s 601. I’m walking back think I just wanna lie down in the AC. I think that would be the best thing for me and get a big drink or some iced tea. Well I ended up walking back and taking a nice bounty for 50 minute nap and then I went to the CODA meeting which was the seventh step about asking your higher power to remove your bad parts of you. Then we had some pasta, which is very tasty baby.

Thursday, January 9: Cold AF 🥶 Yoga, W-4

This morning I woke up in complete frigid weather in Center City but I had some cereal and talk to Mary a little bit and then head on down


to Mike’s. Goddamnit it was cold. I had to wear gloves which I never wear unlessit’s really really cold. I got to Mike’s and we talked

 for a bit and then I had my telehealth appointment this morning. On this day in 2007, the iPhone was introduced at Mac world expo in California. This is the seminal

 event in phone technology, which has been copied over and over again. Now Apple‘s behind android and some of its technology. Interesting. Anyhow, I had an appointment 

and I kept that and Mike had a visit from the occupational therapist today. I did get paid for the first 2️⃣ weeks of my employee. The bonus was buried in the second

 pay not the first pay and then they didn’t do any with federal withholding, which was really strange. So I kind of
hooked up With a bunch of amateurs. I went to 4 o’clock class with Rob

 who had a long illness due to food poisoning. He seemed like he was in good 

spirit. I was glad to hear that. The class went along pretty smoothly. 
Then I went back with Mary and had some lentils and they were pretty 

scrumptious I must say. We then figured out how to work Mary’s computer and printer so I was able to print out the W-4 form so I don’t have to go back to my place to pick it up, which is great. I went to a CODA meeting and it was pretty lightly attended, but it was decent. And now I’m gonna get ready to catch the bus. I caught the bus and got back to Mary and we watch Penn State lose the game because they threw an interception near the end of the game and Notre Dame won 27 to 24 and I’ll be in the championship game for NCAA college football. I realized a little late to Amazon delivered my package to the wrong address so I called Amazon and went to three operators and I’m gonna get a refund for the super coffee and get my lemonade delivered. They said they’re gonna deliver my laundry detergent, but the lady didn’t get that and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do there. 

Thursday, June 8: Breathing Hazmat Air 🔥 💨

Good day boys and girls. It’s another hazardous day for us here in Philadelphia. This morning when I got out of bed and went to the train, the air quality index was the record-breaking 357 to put that in context, usually

 the air quality is anywhere from 20 to 60. I know that because my weather app on my iPhone tells me that. It’s quite unbelievable how polluted the air is you can definitely smell it and taste it too. Now I know what the people on the West Coast 

had to deal with. Thank God we have no sweat but the air has very fine particles which are not good for human beings to do outdoor activities, so I’m doing a little 
outdoor activities as possible. I may blow off yoga if it doesn’t get much better  Cause breathing heavily in this air can’t be good anyhow Mike canceled his appointment, which is 

probably a good idea. I’m gonna go get some food at the vending truck since he’s managed 

to make it through the smog. rob the rest of the day I did a little as possible outside because the air was 

really bad. It’s gone down below 300 whether I’m going to 

Yoga‘s very open? I haven’t decided yet. Mike ordered from Instacart and mom‘s meals

 did come in. Limbo came by and finished installing the vents in the door. He is going 

to paint the apartment so Monday we’re gonna have to move everything 

to the center of the apartment so he can paint the walls. I think it’ll really cheer

 the place up in Mike’s been in this place for eight years, so the new paint job 

will definitely brighten the place and maybe courage us to work 

a little harder to keep it up. They probably used cheap paint too. It’s like they it’s 

like primer practically. That’s what it looks like it  A little bit of eggshell would be 
nice not  this super flat paint that we talked about. Well, the unhealthy level is gotten a little bit better and down in the 176 level down from 189 earlier this afternoon so 

I’m gonna go to yoga. it’s now 3:13 PM. The air quality has 

improved to 168 and it is noticeably better thank God because I don’t

 know if I was going to go to Yoga for the sales sitting above 300. I’m leaving a little bit earlier

 for Mike’s and I usually do so I don’t have to hustle because they are still in great.

 Well I went to class and you know something it wasn’t really that crowded today but the room 

is pretty hot and I struggled a little bit there, so I got dressed and didn’t have time

 to sit in the studio in the sweat so I left the studio with no shirt on to stop breaking

 in the sweat which I did in about five minutes or so Wayne and Larry did stop bye. 

 I handed my card and I recorded the occasion for posterity right now I’m gonna 
go to the Rite Aid and get a snack or three and drink diet iced tea and head to Fairmount. Eventually part of me just wants to go home but there seems to be a littlebit better right now , I think today, Philly had the high worst air of all the big cities on the East Coast. After I gave the golden SEPTA car to Larry, I then I walk to the bus stop to catch the 33 bus.  
 Yo bro, I'm in Fairmount now going to try to go to two meetings, but probably only gonna make one. There's a little bit better now. Fox News is at it again. Mocking people that are wearing 😷 because of the bad air we're getting  Laura Ingraham needs to go to hell
 along with Pat Robertson. Anyhow, I caught the 33 pass and got to a 6:30 PM meeting on time believe it or not it was nice to go to a meeting. I have been to a meeting. It’s so long here 

at the clubhouse now I’m just resting between meetings for the 815 to start while I was resting. I heard some fantastic news. Trump's been indicted. It's been reported from his truth social website though the Washington post
