Wednesday, September 24: Last Day of Work. Yoga & Yin

After staying way past my bedtime, I got up and headed off to Mike’s after having a bowl of cereal. I was pretty tired because I was up till two in the morning. I got the Mike’s and did a little bit of stuff 

cooled off the room I then realized that I had to get the beginners package because someone just wrote to me that they ran on it beginners packet and I realized that at the meeting Monday. So I 

ran over to SEPIA and got the beginners packet 15 and all and I’m hoping to give it to somebody to bring to the meeting. As of 12:05 PM nobody’s responded. Anyhow, I went to check cashing 

place in humidity and picked up a roll of quarters for Mike so I could do his laundry because the laundry stinks. It’s at 12:06 PM. I just got back to his place and I’m going to get started with his bag of laundry. 

It’s very humid outside right now. Well, I got back to Mike’s and I completed his application for The Scottish raid house which is pretty close to Mike’s Apartment right now. He ordered his birth certificate 

from Georgia where he was born. I’ve been put in his double loads in the laundry. It’s now 3:05 PM in Mike’s just cycling through little shorts and we’re playing them twice. There was a shooting at a ICE) field office in Dallas

LAs usual it was a white guy that was the shooter. No law-enforcement got hurt but two detaining’s died of course Meg is gonna blame it on the “left“. What a bunch of 

dingleberries. Well, the rain broke out and I got a suggestion from somebody in the MONDAY Night Beginners meeting to drop off these beginner packets at The ethical Society & mission accomplished. 

Meanwhile, it’s raining for the next hour at least then I’ll stop and start again and then rain all night into tomorrow morning when we go to the airport. Anyhow, I have a little downtime before heading out to the 5:30 PM 

class today. We will need an umbrella 4 sure! Call Maryann I took a quick rest at her place and then we went to 

Dan’s for a p.m. class. We had to bring umbrellas because it was raining fairly steadily. Not as last baddest last week but it’s still rained. Went to 

dance class in the studio was very humid. Dan noted it by Sadie. He didn’t even turn the humidifier on. We made it to that class and then went to Miah’s in class, which was pretty good. We hung out after the studio talks and politics and then

we are headed out. After a somewhat strange comment was made. We are at Indian food from the Royal Indian and I’m gonna start finishing up our packing. Mary’s also doing last-minute laundry as well.

Wednesday, June 25: Millbourne and Heat! 🥵

Well, today was the second broiling hot day of this heat wave 

and it was not very fun in that way. I went up to Millbourne picked up a milk and wrote a check the Pat. I thought I ordered juicy lemonade
 but I really didn’t. Is this time of the

 month? I’m really short and I have to like move money over and stuff. Anyway, I got the Mike’s removedthe plastic coverings that were covering all his furniture and food stuff. I 

then took a walk to the Td bank down Broad Street and that really took took it out of me. But that wasn’t all Mayor and I talked for over an hour to reserve 

a flight to Santa Rosa airport in wine country California. we have to figure out which type of plane to buy their basic or Maine or 

Maine + etc. it was kind of a pain in the ass then I tried to pay with one card and it didn’t take then I hadg to pay with another card and finally got the flight 

through by the time that happened. I was tired as fuck. I talked to Donna

 for a little bit. Talk to my sister in between all that fun stuff. Ending 

over to Mary’s gonna go to yoga class. I’m really going to take it easy today cause yikes I’m tired my shoulders feel sore. Well, I went to class and I swear the the yoga studio where we practiced

 the yoga was cooler than the hallway leading to the studio and the men’s locker room is hotter than that. It was stinking hot. Anyhow, 

I went to class and it went OK. it’s OK. It could be considering how damn tired I was but I didn’t use my arms andI tried to concentrate and it 
went OK. We 

decided to skip the in class cause Mary was pretty exhausted so was I need to take it easy on my shoulders. We got home just before the thunderstorm hit. It’s now 8:40 PM and 

the weather forecast says it’s gonna rain in 32 more minutes. I love how precise 

the weather forecast are. We got some delicious taco doll Indian, and watch the Law and order episode. It was pretty good. We’re at season 10, which is the last season of Law and order criminal intent. Tomorrow I have to get up at the crack of dawn for this EMG test.

Wednesday, April 30: Sketch Club, and Photos

Well, after sleeping very well overnight, I got up pretty groggy and headed on down to Mike’s for work. I was a little bit late but 


Wednesday is one day that it’s OK to be late cause I go to the 5:30 PM class instead of the 4 o’clock class. I ran into someone from the


studio who went to Leo 6:30 AM class. I got the Mike’s and thought maybe I was picking up a check for him, but that never happened. I then went back to Millbourne because I forgot to 

leave a check for Pat For my May rent so that I had to take care of on the way back from Millbourne, I went to the Sketch Club to see if I had two photographs there and lo and behold

 they were there believe it or not. I was. I felt very fortunate that I caught him while they’re open. Also found out they have

 another open call for that’s due in two weeks for a show that the topic is food. I think got back to Mike’s and the person never called him back to pick up a check. Mike 

got a call from a nurse that was going to visitso I stayed for that. I am dropping off a photo to the frame shop that that the woman said she would display and put up 

for sale. It’s a very mild day. It’s about 2:07 PM. I dropped off the photograph 

and it’s gonna be for sale for $200 and the original print our frame is gonna 

be $70 with a nice little chitchat and then I laughed and I’m 

heading to CVS pick up Mike script and Diet Pepsi. After that, I’m just gonna finish 

off the rest of Mike’s visit. I’m gonna pick up the two large Gatorade 

on the way to Mary’s. I gotta remember to do that. It’s 50% off the second one 

when you buy two of them and I have to buy two of them for the 

Prep. Well, well, well… It didn’t take long for Trump to fuck up the economy. The US  had a negative growth rate this past quarter which 

is the worst since 2022 in the recovery from Covid and high inflation. 

It’s amazing what one guy can do to the economy. I can’t believe that the law 

allows the president not Congress do all this bullshit with the

 terrace. Congress is almost next to useless!! I finished off at Mike’s and he was trying to take a nap. And then signed

 out late because I showed up late. I then went to the CVS and got 228 ounce Gatorade

 plus a 12 ounce and stuffed them in my backpack along with the MiraLAX or at least

 a generic equivalent of MiraLAX. I’m headed out this backpack pack of the girls it’s now

 4:05 PM heading down Locust towards right Rittenhouse Square. Maryann and 

I got back to her place at the same time we mellow it out. I had some 

iced tea and she just finished a massage. She decided that would be best to rest and I had it down to the studio where Dan
 is teaching  class. After Dan’s class is the Wednesday night yin 

class that used to be taught by Linda for a year and a half or so. It’s still pretty mild outside. I went to Dan’s 

class and it was pretty full in there. He didn’t even turn on the humidity

 because it was pretty humid. Afterwards, I took a quick shower, joined Mary at the end. Class taught by Hanalei. The class 
was pretty good. The music was well done for sure. I found that my shoulders are really stiff, especially my right shoulder.
