Tuesday, March 21: First Day of Spring

After a decent night of sleep, which wasn’t enough, I woke up with a pretty flaming, sore throat. I and ate breakfast had a lozenge and I felt lot better. It was

cold out today of 32° to start
the highest supposed to get near 60°, believe it or not I got the Mike’s about the 20 minutes late because I just couldn’t get out of the

house and I needed that extra 20 minutes of sleep. I also then took a nap at Mike’s and then put on his new sheet and went and went out and started

the laundry. They did turn on the hot water heater, which was a blessing . And then went to my appointment and right now someone cross the

street because I was talking to my phone. It is frightening for women to hear a

guy talking to his phone. I understand that. I just felt like talking

now because this is the best I felt all day Anyway, I’m going to to take the laundry

out of the dryer and relieve myself of my incompetence. That’s why acorns are

important. Anyhow, it’s very nice right this moment you can still feel the cold air, but it is very pleasant outside. I don’t even need to wear a hat. Well, I

finished work i’m heading to yoga class. For a change I don’t go to the 530 class on Tuesday. Going to the 4 o’clock class because I already had my therapy appointment. Anyway, I come with a little trepidation‘s because the last two classes have been difficult more difficult than the usual. anyhow I’m not going anywhere else this evening. Well, the district attorney in charge of the Trump case in New York is not being intimidated by Jim Jordan’s called testify before congress. Good for him.

Wednesday, July 20: I Got COVID-19

After feeling kind of funky in the last few days I got up with a raising sore throat and feeling worth and I did yesterday and decided to

not come in and see Mike. I called the doctors office they said get tested and get back to them. That’s what I did. Pat gave me one of his tests And Lynne came over
and just drop them off at the steps. So I took patch test and it was flaming red positive and I took one of Lynne‘s tests flaming red positive
so I had gotten

a new variant. If the symptoms started on Sunday when I was throwing up then I got it somewhere in Harrisburg at a restaurant

I’m guessing. Not on the store but I feel really tired and my throat is like

has sand in it I don’t know I thought I could avoid getting it it’s a bummer I wasn’t in the mood the blog or anything. I just hope I

don’t get long-term cove it then I’ll really be like an old man. Jesus Christ this sucks quarantine for five days God for the Internet and air-conditioning I’ll be inside for the whole heatwave

Tuesday, April 13: Fighting Sore Throat and Tiredness

Well the last few days I’ve been fighting a sore throat and being very tired all the time. I can function but I can sleep

all the time. It’s a sunny day out and I really should go out. Anyhow, work was

pretty slow today I must say. I’m thankful for that because I took some naps

in between to get me through the rest of the day. Thank God I’m working at home

ecause I probably would takeoff one or two days for this crap just lay around and sleep. Pat came  over and thought we talked a little bit I then ate some

lunch. After work finished I was really really tired and I just crashed around 6 o’clock. I got up around 9:30 PM and then again around 1 AM. I went back to sleep at 2 AM
I’m definitely feeling funky that’s all I can say. I’m trying to work out relationships and my retirement etc. etc.  President Biden is trying to get his  infrastructure plan past and Johnson and Johnson’s

one shot vaccine is being postpone because six people out of 6 million develop

severe blood clotting. Hopefully this won’t make people more spastic about vaccines are like they already are.

Tuesday, June 19: running late, Working. A visit to Fairmount in the Heat

Well I slept in late since I was up very late watching YouTube videos and cleaning up the

room for them I expected guess to visit later on today. I then figured I was

oing to be late because I didn’t leave my house till 9:03 AM. I took

some pictures on the way out and it was Stephen little warmer

but it  as still comfortable. It’s going to be hot today like yesterday. I got to

ork and signed in at 10 o’clock. I then slowly got going on

eeing my 2 people that were scheduled. I’m glad didn’t have to run around today

and see all the two people more than that to people I saw my

hroat is pretty damn scratchy from working at Pats last night it’s really dusty in there.

My friend Natalie contacted me l what’s that  work and sent

e a picture of a guy who’s coat was billowing strongly in the wind. It looks really

unny. Right near the parking lot along 15th St. at the same time I checked my phone and I got a call and we
ecided to postpone our get together until Sunday. There will  be less traffic

and will be a little bit easier going. After that might night was freed up.  I decided

to go to Fairmount for something different and I walked

all the way  from 22nd and market to 22nd & Hamilton and I finally saw a bus. I was going to hit the 6:15  clubhouse

eeting. I went to the OCF coffee house like in days of old. Pretty quiet in it but I saw some

familiar faces. Then got a text from my friend Natlie and she’s going to go to the gratitude

eeting at 17th and Delancey and I said to myself “what the heck.“ I then took a walk down to Broad in

airmount Street to catch the Broad Street line which will be good because

t will be direct and it’ll be in the shade of the underground. At the same time my

friend Nichole told me about a protest that was going on near City Hall. She sent me pictures
of the protest which is really nice of her.

verything happens at once. I will see my friend in Jersey in a while. The gratitude

meeting was very well attended. It was a step this evening. Afterwords we left a

little early and I went to the CVS to get some provisions.

After that I chowed down and then got to have some my Liza just to relieve

my sore throat. I didn’t want to go to pats last day at work my throat to recover from

all that dust. Meanwhile outside my Center City bubble, the Trump administration is

acing a lot of flack for it God-awful immigration policy of separating children from their parents at the border  Administration officials

attempted to deflect blame everywhere but where belongs themselves. Period does
ive me a glimmer of hope that people finally stand up today asshole president. Trevor Noah Stephen Cole bear were particularly brutal in a good way. Anyway we’re gonna have to see how this all shakes out. It really depends on the Republicans having some backbone since they control both houses of Congress. So I have my doubts they’ll do anything.
