Thursday, January 22: First Day of Work Picture Frames & Yoga

This morning I woke up from a decent night of sleep. The drugs kicked in nicely and my toothache didn’t keep me up. I talked to Mary a bit and showed up at Mike’s a little after 9 AM. On the way to work I called Colman & Turner dentistry and they agreed to see me first thing in the morning at 8 AM to work on this tooth. I am going to bring up implants just to find out what we’re talking about here so I got a quote of 4000 for   2️⃣ teeth so it 

would be 6️⃣ grand to do three teeth. So it’s gonna be a very interesting six months cause probably in the next six months I’ll be applying for Medicare and
that’s my latest thought. Anyhow, Mike and I made a couple calls. Nichole showed up and we’re going to be submitting our photographs on 29 January for the Sketch Club passionate art for both of us got accepted. I wrote a review on tank girls for loopy and now I gotta write a review for byron and Hot Yoga , Philadelphia. I just have to get 
my brain around it. Anyhow, feel OK right now and I’m really relieved the tooth is not killing me. Anyhow, I just got notified of this article written in the Wall Street Journal how we’re just as a country self-destructing ourselves. The article states it, China and Russia don’t have to do anything to hurt our standing as a countryin the world Trump‘s doing afine job at that. anyhow, I met Mary around noon to settle out the photographs for the exhibit we had them custom framed and I paid about $100 and changed for a custom frame for my photo. They’ll be done by next Wednesday, which is good because that the deadlines on 

the following Thursday we then after that we then went to lunch at the café and I had myself a wrap. I thought I was going to leave quicker but ended up talking about dental implants. I remember when Auditor General Bud Dwyer shot himself on live TV 39 years ago on January 22, 1987. I read the comments on the 

Facebook post and then it snowed 8.8 inches that day. It was a snow day for a lot of people. I know the state didn’t close because they never close except during that 34 inch blizzard we had in 1996 a year earlier. In general winners were brutal for a long period of time
now we have in Philly 2️⃣ rough weeks at the end of every January that are just friggin galactically awful with snow and frigid temperatures but rest of the time it’s usually mid 30s, which is pretty easy. Well, the talk this week is about the impending snowstorm coming on Sunday. It’ll start first thing in the morning on Sunday weather forecast range from now 8 to 18 inches it’s all over the map. I love how the Internet just making fun of the procrastinators and also the news for trying to hype it up. I’ll never forget John Bolaris reporting on the storm in the century back and then mid 90s and gotten Hooten 



and he was laughed out of the city and had to go to New York for a few years, cause he was mocked and it was a beautiful thing. 

Friday, May 31: Mike’s TikTok, and errand w/ Mary

Well this morning after going going to bed later and I wanted to 

I got up and ate breakfast packed my yoga shit and headed down to Mike’s. I got there around 9:50 AM or maybe a little 

later. The next thing I did was watch some videos from TikTok about Trump being guilty of 34 felony couch and the whole reaction of MAGA
and other people on this development.later, Mike and I went for a nice walk. Mike seemed to hurt his neck a little bit so we went in and after that I had 

my lunch and talked to Mary and decided I’d meet her at the framing shop at 21st and Walnut. Well, just about the time I was 

going to meet her Mike got delivery of his new phone today which was much faster than I anticipated, of course being the ghetto phone company they are a 

cheap phone, which is hard to take apart, didn’t have a Sim card so we had to find the old phone and remove the cover on that which was a pain in the ass and read off 18 digit number 

so they could program Mike’s phone. After we got that done I left to meet Mary at the frame shop. It’s about 130 and I’m gliding on the 21 with a bunch of people

 like me who don’t want to walk in the sunny weather or live in West philly. I met Mary at the stream store and I calm down a little bit, but I was definitely feeling a little

 punchy. The woman picked out some nice frames and she framed the incorporate greed sign I mean bandanna really nicely so I paid for the two on keeping and 

Mary paid for the two fees keeping. she’s keeping to my photos and I’m getting two of them back. Anyhow, Mary and I took a really nice walk in center city. It’s a 

beautiful day for a walk or sun and people are happy when it’s sunny. I then went to CVS to get raisin bread and iced tea 

for Mike and pick up another script even though I was just there I think yesterday and got a script but anyway heading back. It’s 2:35 PM.

Tuesday, September 12: Errands, Yoga & Sunshine 🌞

Today I woke up on time and got busy. I didn’t waste any time. I brought in my Amazon stuff made my cereal made me yogurt water 

and packed up my backpack with food and yoga supplies. I still ended up leaving the house till 7:55 AM. I then arrived, and 

it wasn’t nearly as crowded when I got to City Hall. it was not crowded at all like there was a holiday today. it’s a beautiful day outside on my God it’s just really 

wonderful especially this morning. Mike and I took a walk. He enjoyed it. In local news, escaped prisoner Danelo Cavalcante is now armed with gun stolen from homeowner. It was stolen

 

from his garage. Who the hell lives on the light on protective gun in the 
garage? Supposedly he’s an 8 to 10 mile radius in East Nantmeal Township which is the northern part of Chester County. this is as of 10:20 AM today. Yes in Monday night football last night the Jets did manage  
beat the bills, but Aaron Rodgers is out for the season for a torn Achilles. There goes the Jets magical season down   the tubes. They have such bad luck as a team, but oh well. The new stories today is that 

Kevin McCarthy decided that he’s in favor opening up an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden. This is 

just to keep his speaker ship and to keep the far right happy what a wuss. Anyhow, it 

was about 1:15 PM and I thought I should be doing my errands that I 

wanted to do. 1. to pick up my iPhone case, 2. Pick up pictures from photo Lounge,

 3. Get Mike Scripps and 4. pick up a frame. today’s a good day to run 

around and do errands since tomorrow. There’s a high possibility of rain and I don’t wanna be running around with pictures in the rain. Specially these days when it’s hard to find bags at supermarkets

 ones that are plastic that are waterproof. I still have a little bit scratchy throat. Well, I first went to the Apple Store for the case because it was at 16th St. and 

everything else on the 17th or higher. Apple one to sell their case for 50 bucks I was just gonna say screw it and do it but then I started moaning about how high it was. She said I’ll check 
Nordstrom rack or five below. first, I went to the Rite Aid and found out the pharmacy was closed till 2:00 PM. So I bought two supercoffee’s. They had left and some drinks. Next, I checked Nordstrom rack 
they didn’t have any but the guy was very nice. And then went to five below 

and they had several choices. Most of them were for like 14 year old girls with bedazzled covers etc. 

but I found one that was clear and sold for seven dollar service really

 cheap so I got that and then I had to go back to Rite Aid. I did go out of my way to 21st St. to the 

framing place Mary recommended and I started to go for the pool service. You know I bought a 

standard ice frame which was a used one but it had a nice unique color

 of dark gray. And they’re gonna wire it up and line it up for me. And then I’m going to pick it up next Wednesday the 20th and I’ll be all ready. I can just shut it on down today gallery. 

So I have to call the gallery next. It’s now 3:44 PM. I’m heading over to my 

appointment and I haven’t had it 3
 weeks. And a lot of happened in the last 3 to 4 weeks. My heel is still Kickin. Doing great right this moment but it’s passable. I got to relax Mike’s after doing my errands or me out.
