Hello everyone out there in the Internet land it’s midweek in the last week of March. Last night, I slept all the way through the night, except twice to get up and drink some water. I didn’t have to take any pain relief medication, which was nice. I did take the sleeping pill though just so I would sleep. Anyhow, got up had a banana and Mary and I went to Montreal spread bagel and got some of their delicious coffee. I then went to Dr. Ehrlich’s office for my first dermatology appointment. Norm I go in June so now I’m gonna go in late March or early April for my yearly check up I suppose. After I went to Dr. Ehrlich‘s Mike called and said his ambulance was picking him up at 11:30 AM. I was thankful it wasn’t at 10:30 AM that would’ve been a problem. Anyhow the ambulance came in well they had a man and a woman brother and sister who were ethnic Russians and they couldn’t pick up Mike. They tried going step-by-step and they had to call two other guys to help get Mike up the steps. Once Mike got settled I had lunch and then it was time to go to my therapist. I went to that appointment that went very well. I think we got something good to talk about. And then heard from Mary who was at the genius bar trying to figure out our hard drive situation and how to save photos to an external hard drive. That process is complicated. After a bunch of talk, it was decided that Apple Support would call at 9 PM tonight after our meeting at 5:30 PM and after yin. Well, I went back to Mike Mike’s place and he already had stuff all over the floor so I cleaned that up. It was just papers and stuff. He then really had a struggle getting back-and-forth to the bathroom from his bed to the point where he “felt funny“. Anyhow, I told him I’d be in and then leave for PT, which is early tomorrow because of the welfare appeal that he’s having tomorrow. It’s now 4:29 PM. We have a 530 meeting at the ethical Society that’s Early Night Out. That was my first meeting ever was there, but it used to be at a different location at 12th and Locust. Well, we got home and mellow out for an hour and Mary showed off her exercise exercises medicine sweatshirt that you got from Shelley to support the Michael J. Fox foundation for Parkinson’s. Then we got our stuff packed and headed out to the ethical society for Early Night Out. I have not been to that meeting in a long long time. We then ran into Mary Sue there and went to the meeting. It was a traditions meeting about tradition three how anybody can be a member just by saying their member. Saw a couple people I hadn’t seen in a long time. It was a good meeting after that we went to Yin and I could tell the room was very hot while all the people exiting out pretty sweaty. We went to upstairs and Hannah was teaching and that was pretty chilled. A lot of people there for 30 day challenging at this point. It was very mellow. It is good to give my arms the rest as well. We then ordered Indian on the way back and I went to pick it up Mary was looking for a hard drive and getting a support call at 9 o’clock. It’s not 9:07 PM waiting for my order from Royal Indian.
Well today started off waking up nice and laid around 11 AM this morning. That rest was quite glorious. I needed that sleeping in really bad. Generally Saturday is the dad sleep in but tomorrow we’re gonna go to a young kids birthday up in far flung suburb like Lansdale. Gotta pick up the rental car at 10:30 AM. Will probably be getting up around 8:30 AM. Anyway, that sleep felt reallygood. I knew that might being released anytime before 1 PM wasn’t gonna happen so I took full advantage of it. Also, I knew I wasn’t getting paid. Mary treated me to some of her coffee from Papa wands in North Palm Beach, Florida, and then had a bowl of cereal and made like like a tree and left at noon. Mike told me the ambulance was gonna pick him up at noon. Well ended up. He didn’t get back to his place till 1:30 PM. Got all his mail and his Mom’s Meals in. I will not be working Monday because of this EMG appointment and he is visitingDr Shaby. He’s a chief medical officer you know. Mike always says that. Anyway, it’s 344 heading to Yoga now. Well, it was taught by Katelynn who’s going to Puerto Rico next week. It was a good class. We were in the fourth floor. Anyhow, afterwards, we went back and chilled out and ordered some Indian food and watched a split version of law and order where they had it on SVU and the regular show. It was good.
Good day everybody. As usual the hospital did not release Mike at 9:30 AM like he tried to get them to do. So I slept in a little bit and had breakfast with Mary and we talked. The Dorchester washaving an a fire alarm test fortunately both of us got out before the really loud alarm was tested. I called Mike and his latest date for the ambulance to pick them up with 12 o’clock noon by the way right now it’s 1224. I’ve not heard from him so they’re just gonna take their sweet time. Anyway, after breakfast, Mary went to see the sports massage Gentlemenand I walked to Mike’s to chill out and have some super coffee and finish off yesterday’s blog posting. It is really frigid out. It’s only a morecold starting Friday and Saturday there it’s going to be in a single digits overnight. Today is traditionally when Maryann and I have done yoga and Yin. We blew off yen last time so I don’t know what we’re gonna do but I think I want to do both but we’ll see. Should be eventful Mike getting back from the hospital. Well, it would be eventful Michael coming out of the hospital but take this. It’s 1:51 PM and they still have not let them out of the hospital yet. The ambulance doesn’t want to show up. It’s such a joke. I just reminded on threads that it was January 28, 1986 when the Challenger explosion that’s 40 years ago I was working for New Jersey PIRG making a presentation in front of some college students when somebody when the professorin the class did you all see what happened with the Challenger explosion. Never forget that moment. anyhow, Mike did eventually get home around 2:58 PM. He was helped up by the ambulance guys tracking him through the snow. They even had this device crawled up the steps so the guys didn’t have to lift Mike up. They’re only 2️⃣ of them there and they did a nice job. Mike was settled in and he postponed the two appointments that were coming up, which was good because he just got home and the weather is too shitty anyway to have Mike tracing around. Anyway, Mike settled in and we made some phone calls canceled a couple appointments but one we couldn’t cancel for some reason but he’s not going to be able to go. I then left Mike’s and headed to Mary’s for us to go to the 75 minute class with Dan. that room was very warm. I couldn’t believe how warm is room got in. The temperature is being in the teens. Period I have got a compliment of one of my poses by some other student and Dan complimented everybody who come to Mexico.🇲🇽 there were five of us in class and that was cool. I think the concentration we had to do without the mirror helped us all. Anyhow, after Dan’s class was Hanalei‘s Yin class. My God I haven’t been to a Yin class in a long time and it showed. I was so stiff and I felt so mercifully old wasn’t even funny. Obviously, I couldn’t drink my left arm over my head very well that that’s a given, but it was a humbling, but it wasn’t a bad class actually. We then walked in the 8° weather in had some nice bowls, which are very good. We watched some law and order and got warm, which felt great.
