Good day everybody. As usual the hospital did not release Mike at 9:30 AM like he tried to get them to do. So I slept in a little bit and had breakfast with Mary and we talked. The Dorchester washaving an a fire alarm test fortunately both of us got out before the really loud alarm was tested. I called Mike and his latest date for the ambulance to pick them up with 12 o’clock noon by the way right now it’s 1224. I’ve not heard from him so they’re just gonna take their sweet time. Anyway, after breakfast, Mary went to see the sports massage Gentlemenand I walked to Mike’s to chill out and have some super coffee and finish off yesterday’s blog posting. It is really frigid out. It’s only a morecold starting Friday and Saturday there it’s going to be in a single digits overnight. Today is traditionally when Maryann and I have done yoga and Yin. We blew off yen last time so I don’t know what we’re gonna do but I think I want to do both but we’ll see. Should be eventful Mike getting back from the hospital. Well, it would be eventful Michael coming out of the hospital but take this. It’s 1:51 PM and they still have not let them out of the hospital yet. The ambulance doesn’t want to show up. It’s such a joke. I just reminded on threads that it was January 28, 1986 when the Challenger explosion that’s 40 years ago I was working for New Jersey PIRG making a presentation in front of some college students when somebody when the professorin the class did you all see what happened with the Challenger explosion. Never forget that moment. anyhow, Mike did eventually get home around 2:58 PM. He was helped up by the ambulance guys tracking him through the snow. They even had this device crawled up the steps so the guys didn’t have to lift Mike up. They’re only 2️⃣ of them there and they did a nice job. Mike was settled in and he postponed the two appointments that were coming up, which was good because he just got home and the weather is too shitty anyway to have Mike tracing around. Anyway, Mike settled in and we made some phone calls canceled a couple appointments but one we couldn’t cancel for some reason but he’s not going to be able to go. I then left Mike’s and headed to Mary’s for us to go to the 75 minute class with Dan. that room was very warm. I couldn’t believe how warm is room got in. The temperature is being in the teens. Period I have got a compliment of one of my poses by some other student and Dan complimented everybody who come to Mexico.🇲🇽 there were five of us in class and that was cool. I think the concentration we had to do without the mirror helped us all. Anyhow, after Dan’s class was Hanalei‘s Yin class. My God I haven’t been to a Yin class in a long time and it showed. I was so stiff and I felt so mercifully old wasn’t even funny. Obviously, I couldn’t drink my left arm over my head very well that that’s a given, but it was a humbling, but it wasn’t a bad class actually. We then walked in the 8° weather in had some nice bowls, which are very good. We watched some law and order and got warm, which felt great.
Today we woke up on a frigid Saturday morning and we got ready and got dressed and then decided to go to the heart café to get some coffee and
catch an Uber to Winwood a lot cheaper than about 15 bucks cheaper so we walked to the café with our bundled up clothes and enjoy hanging out at the café and we did the overweight save which saved money we got to hang weToday we woke up on a frigid Saturday morning and we got ready and got dressed and then decidedto go to the heart café to get some coffee and catch an Uber to Winwood a lot cheaper than about 15 bucks cheaper so we walked to the café with our bundled up clothes and enjoy hanging out at the hard café and we did the wait & save feature of Uber which really save money we got to hang out that was fun. Then we went to first watch and we met up with Don and we talked about implants and Medicare and other old peoplestuff we had a good time. The food was delicious. I had pancakes done and ended up spilling a whole glass of milk. It was a cluster fuck, but it was pretty funny as well. Left breakfast all of us went to Whole Foods diner went off and Diana went over to shop by herself. We ended up getting some food for Sunday to just settle in. I just decided that I would wake up early. Take the train to Millbourne and
then turn around and bring all the stuff back from Millbourne drop off my passport to Millbourne. I just think trying to visit my mom during a blizzard. Might not be the smartest idea. Anyhow, I got some thermal pants for thiscoming week and we finished up our shopping at the Whole Foods and we came back and chilled out for about an hour and then head to the 4 o’clock byron class. It is 90 minute class. It was a good class I think I did better than I have recently and that was good. Then I decided to ask byron if somebody left some dental work in the office in yoga studio in lo and behold byron grabbed it for me so I recoveredmy teeth back, which is a goddamn miracle that I somebody found it actually didn’t throw it away and shit. Anyhow, I ran frantically to get there by 6:00 PM and found out that the rehearsal is really going to start at 6:45 PM. It was such a relief when I ran in here and I was early. I also found out that I had video on for two hours and 45 minutes and killed my battery completely. So I just had to unwind and get myself off the ledge. Mary told me that someone she knew told her 40,000 people were killed in Iran trying to protest against the government. That is fucked up. Anyway, it’s 6:48 PM and I gotta get ready for rehearsal.
