Wednesday June 21: Road trip to Palomar Observatory🌖

Hi!! I woke up this morning around 9:30 AM. My sister went off

to work and I just ate breakfast and Jesus just chilled out. I eventually

took a shower. It’s a really bright sunny day today. It’s now 12:30 PM we’re

mostly packed for the road trip to Palomar Observatory and Hale Telescope. It’s about an hour drive. We’re going to stay overnight at the Hilton because it was just easier than trying

to figure out at Airbnb. The tower area which is a south east of here was not available.
We might go on a day trip on that on

Saturday. Because tomorrow being Thursday would have dinner with her daughter Hannah. It is now 12:48 AM and we’re just heading out to Palomar. It’s not 1:31 PM my sister getting

gas and we’re stopped in maybe to get a snack. There’s a casino right nearby in this gas station is humongous with like 15 gas tanks something like

that. Well, we went to some really winding winding road to get to Palomar

Observatory. This building is really cool. Specially, as you get closer to it. Alice said

she’s never been up here before and I’m glad we went up even though

today, really have about 40 minutes to the lighthouse because they close at 3:30 and It’s now 2:35

PM Pacific daylight savings time. But we went to the Palomar

Observatory and that was really cool the telescope gigantic. It’s unbelievable it’s

totally fine place for science nerd because it just is in the scenery

around through Nycers new tacky stores or unnecessary construction so it’s very pretty surrounding the observatory. An hour is just about enough time to see

the basics of the observatory that was place to sit and have a picnic, we are also observed the door that many people

there because they close at 3:30 every day. We then left and checked

out a couple of campsites to see if they’re really full and one was completely closed.

The one we cruised around and there was plenty of spaces open but if you place a set of reserved on it, if the cars weren’t there yet. I guess people show up after certain time to these

campsites. After we left the campsite and went down the winding road  Called S6 and then we went
to route 76 and went to Harris Casino Hotel. It’s the only tall building in the whole area. The weather is really nice and cool and we went to the casino

place and grab a snack and coffee at Starbucks then made a reservation to come in here. There’s no live entertainment here just casinos. The

lady told Alice that during the summer they do have movies. So there’s not much for extra entertainment. It’s now
4:44 PM in

Brooklyn relax in the room before going all the way back to her car pick up our stuff. It’s a bit of a walk from our parking lot

to the actual room. Well, we settled down the room and watched a gangster movie on the hotel TVs. The view from the room is really nice. Alice took a nap.
It’s 6:00 PM. Eventually go get her stuff but I’m gonna wait for the suns and get a good picture of outside her window. Well, after the gangster movie, we both took a nap, and then we went to dinner at

the one of the restaurants at the casino. It was the safest want to go to because the place and sit down

meals and wasn’t overly priced like Hells kitchen buy that TV, chef Gordon Ramsay.
That place looks like it was going to be way over priced for mediocre food. This place had no entertainment in the pool was closed by the time we finished eating. The food was very average, the waitress

was very pleasant afterwards we watched the fun movie called “Mafia Mama.“ It was the funniest movie we watched that’s far. I also

managed to talk on the phone a little bit as well. It was a nice day today. Weather

couldn’t be any better.  I had fun with Alice tonight
