Thursday, February 3: Another Road Trip. Cape May

Hello boys and girls it’s Mark Krull speaking I got my rental car today after I ate breakfast and change the litter and the cat. I thought

 I’d go somewhere where it was less likely to be raining all day. So that seem to be South Jersey so, I decided that I would go to Cape May. It’s a completely 

different direction than what I’ve been taking which is basically north and west of Upper Darby. I try to take a pitstop in Millville and go to a coffee shop 
and that was very 

chill and I had some pierogies which were very very good. Well I chilled out in that coffee shop near Plainsome old Gold oldies like solid as a rock and some other pop songs

of the latter-day you’re. It actually wasn’t raining there and 
that was the plan to avoid the rain as much as possible I visited the art center and talk to executive Director who’s been there for 7 years. After that I got on route 47 south 
to Cape May. It’s pretty desolate this time of year. None of the hotels looked open and the best I could do was a pizza place to get some food the pizza was 

very good I had two slices and then sat in my car and took a little nap and that helped me get going. I got home around 7 PM and relaxed


 and talked on the phone with a couple of people. Lynne and I talked about our next destination tomorrow. I think we’re going to go to Bushkill Pennsylvania

 or Columbia Maryland I kind of sided with Bushkill thinking that they had Bushkill Falls but then I started thinking 
differently because Bushkill Falls is closed
until the spring time. Well we’ll decide. I’m not that worried about it. I need to make an appointment to see my mom tomorrow before I see Lynne I  

 assume I have the car till Sunday but if I don’t I’ll just take the penalty but I did rent for three days but I’m having trouble figuring out what three days is it

Wednesday, February 2: Two Different Apts. Colonoscopy 2/9

Hello there. Well my 9:30 alarm went off but I literally slept through it. Because I didn’t get up till around 10:30 AM so I was kind of behind the 🎱 
little bit. I then filled out my way to tax refund for 2021. I couldn’t do 2020 yet because I’m waiting for the The tax year 2020 W-2 form to come in. I at least figured out my daily gross 

income so that really helped out. So that’ll be two months from today which will be April 2, 2022.m. My 

afternoon got disrupted. I got a text from Penn alerting me that my colonoscopy is still on for next Wednesday, February 9. I then had to schedule
 a Covid-19 test for Monday the seventh 

at 12:30. I then updated my insurance card. I pulled out my wallet and make copies of my new card but I forgot to put the wallet in my pocket so I walked all the 

way up to 69th St. without my wallet so now it’s 3:36 PM  and I headed back home to pick up my wallet which I did fine. Fortunatelyit’s a weekday and I can catch a bus it gets 

me to her place at 4:15 PM which is not much later than the 4:09 PM that I was going to catch. Some dude was talking on the phone that is mask and then he coughed unately got off the bus but I 

got up in the front and air blows back so I just should be OK. It’s now 4:16 PM and I’m just getting off the bus. I got here at Ardmore House around 4:20 PM. Took

 out some garbage and we’re going to get restaurant

 super coffee and take a walk. FaceTime 5:12 PM  we took a walk. We discussed topics that mutual interest and and then we got back and I needed to go to the pharmacy to pick up some Scripps. 

It’s a giant pharmacy I can get a good deal on my meds they’re unlike the CVS. It’s a fog warning today cause it’s gonna be mild today and tomorrow and then 
it supposed to 

plummet to 18° after it’s 52° tomorrow.I went to the Giant supermarket today. I bought some organic fruit 
such as tomatoes, grapes and three pears.  I also picked up my script

 that I got cheap to good rx.com. It’s amazing that rx.com. It 

sounds 7:46 PM and I am now in Ardmore and I just took out some garbage to the convenient garbage room here at the Ardmore house. We watched coal miners daughter with Sissy Spacek. 

It was pretty good. It just went up to when she turned 26. She married at age 14. She was from the Appalachians. Linda and drop me off at the Norristown high speed line entrance because I missed the bus.

Tuesday, February 1: Paperwork and Ardmore

Good day everybody that got up around 9:45 AM this 

morning had my usual breakfast. And then a smoothie and lunch as well. I weighed myself after I had eaten and I was 195 which ain’t great ain’t horrible but I did go up for my

think 194 or 192  pounds. Anyhow I finally set out to get my ta wage tax refund for the year 2021 and 2020. I couldn’t do 2020 but he has a W-2 form for that year so I had to wait for

 the state to mail it to me. I did attempt to fill out 2021s but I didn’t get my written statement until after I had started filling it out but I did say I wanted to continue. So hopefully 

I can go in the cities webpage and do that without a freaking major problem.  You have to divide the year into two separate

 six month period and break up your wages that way which is I think a way to make people

 fail. That’s what intimidated me before I then had to take Uber because I was totally behind. I got here in Lynne had to do an errand that was really important at the bank. It’s now 4:10 PM and 

we probably won’t be going out for a walk till 4:45 PM. We’re going to meditate and then we’re gonna head out. It’s a very nice day it’s actually not to freezing cold out I’m gonna sit and have 

my super coffee and finish off yesterday’s blog post and catch up with today’s as much as I can before she gets home. It’s now 5:26 PM Lynne‘s getting her coat from 

the dryer and then we’re gonna go out walk. That’s about when it starts getting dark at 

5:30 PM. It’s not frigid cold so it’s gonna be all right.  It is now  6:53 PM. We just finished our walk I took one photo and we’re going to meditate

 after that photo and after that walk. We got back and meditated and then started watching heartland. It’s now 10 o’clock.
