Tuesday, November 18: John’s B-Day Epstein Bill Passes

Today I got up after a decent night of sleep. I did have trouble sleeping on my left shoulder, but what are you gonna do just get by. Anyway, I got 

the Mike’s did some cleaning up since he’s pretty much done this breakfast meals he’s chowing down on that stuff hard. He’s been very hungry lately. Anyway I’m heading towards the Study that I 

signed up for in West Philly, I’m supposed to be there at 10:30. It’s 11:09 AM and I arrived at this place and so far every employee is recent college grad. and it’s very sterile in this building. I answered 

the questionnaire and a release form. I also had to do a piss test in a container. I haven’t done that since IOP back in 2012. Anyway, Mary sent me a picture of. I think it’s a CVS putting the toilet paper in 

 locked glass containers. This is ridiculous pretty soon. Everything will be in lock containers. So CVS another is gonna need more employees to go fetch products for customers, right?! Anyhow, 


it’s 11:57 AM They finally pulled me in this room where they took my weight, blood pressure height and pulse. Everything was normal now supposedly some clinicians gonna come in. This is kind 

of handled pretty shotty in my opinion. well, I was interviewed and I found out that the Anxiety Study one Group will be given psychedelics and the other 50% would be given a placebo. I said no 

I don’t do drugs anymore. I just wasn’t comfortable with that shit. So they lifted me out and I told him to deliver me to my next appointment. I was about a half hour early so I grabbed a Gyro and lunch and I’m going to 

try to eat as much of it. I can before my therapist appointment. It is now 12:48 PM. My appointment is at 1 PM then I go back to Mike’s finally Well, I decided I’d better eat lunch early before 

the appointment so I got myself a big filled up Giro and that tasted really good. I’d woof that thing down. It was messy, but it was good. Then I went to my appointment which was pretty good. I left that

We appointment. It’s about 2 o’clock now nine I’m heading back to Mike’s. We had nothing scheduled today but tomorrow he has a 1 o’clock appointment. A federal judge blocked Texas redistricting plan to give Republicans five more seats. That is good news, 


Dr but how long that will last it’ll probably go to the Supreme Court so it may still happen. Next the House voted to release the Epstein files by an overwhelming vote.. Epstein bill passes 427-1, gallery 


erupts into applause. Republican Clay Higgins of Louisiana is the only nay.  This is what Trump was trying to avoid seeing with Mike Johnson leader of the house. So we’ll

see what happens with the Senate as to pass the Senate. Trump said he would sign it. Well, I went to Tina‘s 4 o’clock class. Mary wasn’t able to make it since her massage. Therapist

recommended her breast her muscles. He was a good class as usual for Tina and I did OK. Believe it or not the Senate passed the Epstein files bill with unanimous consent today just now. I’m ordering some 


smoothies. It’s 5:55 PM. Well, I got the smoothies and I got a little cupholder so I could continue blogging while I walk towards the Dorchester. The rain has stopped, but it does feel colder, but I’m bundled pretty well up to walk all the way to choir practice by.7️⃣ PM. Went back to the Dorchester, hung out 



with Mary for a little while, and I walked to choir and she went to her meeting. Right now we’re going to this meeting. I think the meeting is gonna start first, then the singing. We are between 150 and 140 members



 of our choir. That’s as of this evening. Well, I came back from choir very hungry and had some China so and watched them Law and order. Watch a couple of Colberts and a Jimmy Kimmel, which is very funny.

Wednesday July 16: No Epstein Files🤨😬

Today I let myself to get up at 8 o’clock because today’s Wednesday and I work late today. I work late today because I have yoga at 5:30 PM 
instead of 4:00 PM 

yes indeed. It felt good to sleep and I arrived at Mike’s and prepared breakfast
and Mary called. She called to encourage

 him to try to go to the doctors appointment and talked about her arthritis in her knees and how keeping the leg moving is best for it. Anyhow, the air condition is cranking  and my name is not Al Frankin. Anyway,
 Republicans voted yesterday to not release the Epstein files that supposedly don’t even fucking exist! It is unbelievable how they’re totally in thrall with Trump and how they follow

 him like cot when it’s so obviously he’s on the list and beyond being on the list he participated in child sex trafficking by getting pleasure from it. It’s like the emperor took off his clothes and 

everybody’s in denial of it, Jesus Christmas!!!Anyway I have to go 

home and fetch my cord and that’s what I’ll do when Mike has his special
appointment. It’s 1235. I let the phone charge and I ate some lunch from 

one of those Indian food pack that I have for lunch. I also decided 

in the last minute to bring one of the art pieces have accepted at the Sketch Club photography
exhibit downtown because it’s a lot easier. I’ll bring it to Mike’s and

 then walk it over to Mary’s when I’m done working. Mary and I each got two of her pieces accepted at the photography show!I have a 2 o’clock appointment. It is very hot out here.
 It’s pretty humid. We need to do it right but we know we should some of us just do it differently. 

Well, it’s 1:10 PM. Go back at Mike’s for about 25 minutes and then I have 

an appointment at 2 PM. well, I did see Mike and I did go to my 2 o’clock appointment. It’ll 

be my last appointment for a couple weeks due to my trip that I’m taking next week. Appointment went 

pretty well I would say. I then went back to Mike’s and little 

straightening out and got ready to go to Mary’s with my with my photograph. Photo lounge is having a 

delay in my pictures won’t be done till Friday. The longest I could wait is Monday because

 we’re flying out on Tuesday so let’s hope they do fall through on Friday.
 Anyway, it’s 4:20 PM signed out to Mike’s heading to Mary’s. Anyway, I got the Maryann lie down and took a short snooze which felt 

really good. We then walked in this soupy hot weather and went to class. That room was very warm when we started, but it moderated a little bit and I did try a couple new things in class. I still recognize my limits obviously. Afterwords we had yin and that was mellow. We then hung out at the studio till about8:45 PM.
