Tuesday, June 27: Flight cancellation, blues🙁😡🤯

Oh day 2 of this ridiculous saga brought on by Frontier Airlines. As we left yesterday



 I arrived at 6 PM MT at Denver yesterday. The flight was scheduled to leave at 11:59 PM MT. It was delayed till 2:15 AM empty. Met up with someone 

and we decided to get something to eat because everything was closing down at the terminal A. After we chow down andate, I looked up at the flight board and saw that our flight was

 CANCELED!!😡🙁 we went to the terminal and there was this really long line of every passenger that was supposed to be on the flight. They had two people 

working the terminal at the front desk. They’re the customer service desk. At some point, and went down to one poor woman until about 5 AM when reinforcements came from the morning shift along with the supervisor

. And I decided to plant down 500 bucks and I buy another flight to Philly on United.  and THAT plane was postponed from 6 AM this morning June 27 to 4:45 PM. Now sadly, Frontier did NOT  offer anything except  

the $10 voucher and $10 does not by much at the airport as you know. 

I DID apply for a refund and they stated that they would put a credit on my credit card and 

that’s it. Well, I got myself some Chinese food and a Pepsi with the $10 but obviously

 it was more than $10. The flight leaving time is 5:13 PM. It is now 503 and 

I’m just about to get on the airplane. This flight was about 11 

hours late. A world record for me. Yes I got advice just take a direct flight etc. that I’d like to be able to do but the one 



thing I will do as I won’t fly Frontier again. With a Flight itself went WindsorWith the flight itself 

went smoothly once we lifted off at 6:30 PM MT.
 The only problem with the folks  yes, in front of me had 2 screaming toddlers who screamed at least half half the flight. Earlier the lady gave me shit for talking

about having kids in front of me and then she could control the kids along with her husband. Eventually, the kids just passed out and the noise stopped for the last 20 minutes of the flight. I said goodbye to the person

who hung out with me during the whole ordeal and then I caught the airport line train. After I caught their port line train I then caught the L and made it home by midnight so technically I left San Diego at 6 PM Pacific 

daylight time and arrived in my house at 12 midnight Eastern daylight time Wednesday morning it was quite an adventure that’s for sure tomorrow is my first day 

back at regular routine’s, etc. including by Wednesday and Ardmore.

Monday, June 26: Leaving San Diego Flight Canceled

I started my day being awakened by my sister to go to a 7:30 AM yoga

 class. I wasn’t especially up for getting up that early but I figured it would lengthen my day since I have to leave by 4 o’clock at the latest to get to the airport. The class was fine. It was a 

little bit slower, and Alice didn’t like the guy as much as the other teachers. He held poses longer than the other guys did. Anyhow, after work, the Alice 

had to quickly go back to work so I walked home. On the way home. I went to target and then I went to Starbucks and hung out there for a little bit before walking home.  Well, I grabbed 

her all my stuff and got my stuff all washed. Thanks to my sister and decided I’d go to Hillcrest and hang out there and stuff. I like that section of San Diego it’s more of a hipster type of place college students, etc. 

When I hung out there for a while and got a snack or two and walked around a lot. And then took the Uber and headed to the airport. Anyhow, I got to the airport pretty quickly by Uber. He was a nice guy. The TSA line is pretty

 long here so I’m glad I got here an hour and a half early. It’s probably gonna take 45 minutes to get through this line. I screenshot in my boarding passes so, I 

would get through the TSA line. As I’m sitting in line here for 70 people with little kids that sounds like a real lovely with spend your whole day. Anyhow start of a long process which land in

 Philly around 6 AM. It’s 6:21 PM and we’re lifting off. We’re lifting off about 15 minutes late. Will arrive right on time sometimes 9:22 PM and

 I just got this note from the frontier airlines…. DAMN!!!! Frontier Travel Alert: Flight 518 from DEN is delayed because of flight crew regulations.Departure now estimated at 2:15 AM. THAT’s 2 HOURS Late!!🙁😡 it gets even better. The fucking 

flight was then completely canceled. It’s now 2:28 AM mountain time and I am with a bunch of other people waiting here and there’s one woman working the whole desk and supposedly
 two other women were going to help, and one of them is so I ended up buying a $500 ticket to go to Philadelphia supposedly at 6:30 but then it was moved up and delete to 1:20 in the afternoon. The person I was hanging out with Van went to the hotel, so I’m just hanging around here. 

Tuesday June 20: Denver to Philadelphia where Reality Hits

Good morning.  t is now 12:46 AM. Flight 168 lift off at 11:59 AM is now engines to leave the gate. After multiple delays we  will be lifting off. We were scheduled to arrive at 6:15 AM at this point 7 AM is probably the earliest to expect this plane to get to Philadelphia. 
Frontier flight 168 leaving Denver to Philadelphia. Frontier Airlines the amateur airline!! The plane  is lifting off it is 12:51 AM I   ill write later.  despite waiting 25 minutes for some dude was charging us for only the bathroom   nd it may be that way all this 
  ilot really made up time. We ended up landing at about 5:45 AM. At that point I called Pat and by the   ime I hit the restroom and picked up my bags and walked out I had waited maybe 10 minutes   t most. That was really cool having a pick me up so I can   ind of have time to have coffee and whatnot before rushing into work right after I flew over night. Unfortunately  The bottom lock was locked  so I'm just not gonna wake her up I'm just gonna  ave some   offee and some stuff to eat. There was a comment made to me about me being selfish  while  I was writing back here. Another thing to chew on in therapy today. I think I've  become somewhat of a selfish person and it's really hard for me to acknowledge  that. It's now 7:36 PM and I think I'm gonna have a banana after I eat this vegan loaf   s I left the OCF I decided to call Tom to see if he was awake. He was and I told him I   as locked out. So I was able to get in after I left the OCF coffeehouse. I   hen was able to take a shower and put my clothes away. I was also stunned back to  reality of my sloppiness and how I left my room. Well I took the 48 bus then the trolley and then waited way too late   ong for the market Frankford elder show up. I was almost late for work. Fortunately my supervisor was not there. I found out  THEY won't let my friend  help me schedule because they want me  to fail. The reason they want me to  on   hem "fail" is so then they ca prove that they need another person in our unit. The really   ushing it aren't they? Why do I let them push it to this extent. Maybe that Rush song that I heard   while flying back from San Diego from Rush might offer a clue. "Fly-by-night away from   ere. Change my life again. Fly-by-night good night my dear. My ship isn't coming  and I can't just pretend." anyhow, I guess change just happens but I just want to 
  ress forward I hope not to get too self-indulgent. So I'm at the Starbucks because I knew I wasn't mentally in the mood for really young hipsters. Lack of sleep and having feelings of being cornered  don't endear me to hipsters. 

Well it's 6:20 PM a little patch of clouds just went through and  I am starting feel cornered.

I don't know what part of me is going to come out tonight. Later I have a  paid attention much of the world news today. I also haven't talk to couple friends   f mine but we'll see how I feel later onAfter I passed out and took a nap  I felt very well I found out I had some frozen samosas left. I was quite relieved frankly. I think  up the room organize so I could charge my phone etc. Also bought a new charging cord.
