Wednesday, October 8: Mike’s Appt. Yoga & Yin

Well, this morning I woke up after a better sleep the night before. There was a slight drizzle when I went out to walk to Mike’s. I got to Mike’s 

and did a little bit of cleanup and we got ready to go to his appointment. He felt faint and thought he might want to cancel, but

I suggested that he tried to go and we ended up calling the LIFT and got there with plenty of time and he saw the doctor for about 45 minutes. His shoulder 



was hurting, and but he made it without a wheelchair, which was good. Well, after all that 45 minute appointment basically he was advised to get a heart monitor put on him. I contacted 😁Nichole the 

nurse and she’s coming on Friday so hopefully she can install it on them. Mike also changed one of the dates of his doctor appointment. Well, we got back and I had some lunch and Mike talked to this 

guy about her way to get a job but the place charges 600 a month so that was dropped and I also talked to Alice for a while and then went to my 2 o’clock appointment. It’s now 2:57 PM and the clouds 

are pretty much cleared out and it’s very nice outside a little cooler than yesterday but no complaints for me. That’s for sure. I got back to Mike’s and took care of some business and packed myself to get ready to go to Mary’s. Mary and I were gonna go 



to the 5:30 PM class. Dan talked to 5:30 PM class and it was a good class. Next, we went to the end class with Hanalei and that was pretty good as well. Some of the positions were pretty hard in the 

beginning. We decided to skip watching the Phillies game and watch some law and order. I couldn’t take the disappointment. Well, it turns out that the Phillies won 8 to 2. The difference was their 


hitters hit the ball and the pitching held together just enough. I completed my 30 day challenge officially today which was a milestone for sure. Mary and I are going to do 2️⃣ classes tomorrow


and Mary will hit her 30 days tomorrow and that will be good. We didn’t think we’d be able to do it but we started the 10th and today’s the last day to complete for us. Look forward to getting the T-shirt, of course.
