After a decent amount of sleep, when the fire alarm went off and told everybody to to exit the building, we didn’t think it was a real fire, but
then we got up and looked outside, and there was smoke outside the window. Then we smelled it we knew it was real. We then found out it was a trash, compactor fire. We left the building
decided to go to the café for breakfast because we were going to do that anyway. We just got there a little
earlier than we expected went and had a very nice breakfast. I had my breakfast burrito as usual and I made a video out of the fire situation. It’s a beautiful day out here. Well, after breakfast, we caught up on some Stephen Colbert
and Jimmy Kimmel and relaxed before our 4 PM yoga class with Miah. We are allowed to continue our 30 day challenge till October 9 since we started September 9 so that was really interesting news. Actually, it
was good news I think. Anyhow, it’s a beautiful day outside no lasting damage from the fire and you can’t smell any smoke anymore? Mike is still in the hospital now he’s telling
me he may be released tomorrow, Sunday. We went to Miah‘s 4 PM Hot Yoga class. The room is at really good temperature and Class went very well for both of us. I felt a lot stronger than I did two weeks
ago and I last took a Saturday class. Last week we’re still away in California. Afterwards, we hung out talk to Miah for a moment and then walk back to Mary’s. The Phillies are playing the Dodgers
tonight and game one of the divisional series. I didn’t realize it, but it was six weeks ago that I got Covid so I can actually get the Covid flu shots now.
I need to see if I can do that this week. Mary & I, I ordered from Royal Indian. I got the taka dhal and she got the China sod. While I’m going out picking it up she’s gonna check out the laundry. It’s
now 7:47 PM. The Phillies are leading the Dodgers 3–0 in the bottom of the fourth inning. Yes, Mary couldn’t find the normal menu online. It appears
they really want you to order online for everything. You know like using DoorDash or some bullshit like that that’ll charge you extra to deliver it to you. Very mild nice night out here. It was a beautiful sunny
day today. Couldn’t really get much better weather than this. anyhow, Philip went out and lost 5 to 3 and they didn’t get any more runs and they had the bases loaded with two outs in the eighth inning and 2️⃣ men on a
base in the 9th inning & he couldn’t punch it in. Very disappointing. Also talked to Mary about possibly asking a
doctor about albuterol if nothing else worked. It was just thought I don’t pretend to be a doctor or play with One on TV.
