Thursday, October 9: 🆒 Day. Meeting a Friend. Yoga.

This morning I got up promptly around 7:45 AM and went to Mike’s. When I was at Mike’s and did a little bit of cleaning up. I finished up yesterday‘s blog posting and it was very relieved that

the Phillies didn’t get swept by the Dodgers. Today is really cool. It was 50° when I got up this morning. I had to wear a jacket for the first time since last spring. Right now it’s 1:40 PM and it is really beautiful 

sunny brilliant day. It’s the last nice day we’re gonna have till next Tuesday. The clouds come in tomorrow and then the rain starts after that for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I ended up going ahead and 

meeting a friend for lunch at a place called Mr. Rabbit. well, Mr. rabbit was an interesting place. It was a coffee shop that served tomato were pies along with the regular coffee shop fair of pastries and I didn’t

want a super sugary pastry in the middle of the day then I’d never calm down. It was a bit out of the way it was the 25th and spruce. I’m not sure why she picked that place but it was the furthest place away. I was 

practically in West philly. Anyhow, the sun was blazing and then my phone decided to run out of batteries which it does when I don’t pay attention to the battery life and also the phone‘s getting old. My 

friend also had a iPhone 17 which was actually lighter and weight than my phone by a little bit and the camera seemed pretty good and it wasn’t quite as ugly as I thought it was. I would never get the orange though

that’s just kind of like funky tangerine colored. Anyhow, planning to go to yoga, yoga, and Pilates, but we shall see. Well, Mary wasn’t able to go. She was not feeling too hot. This removed any incentive

for me to go to Pilates. I’m. Pretty tired myself, but I went to Felicia’s class and that was very nice. I saw Byron in Victor and Lauren there there’s only 10 people in the class. I got smoothies for both Marie

 and myself and headed back to her place where I proceeded to talk and then relax. Maryann gave me an Uber ride up to Fairmount because 

I already missed the bus cause I overslept during our nap. I’m gonna go to the meeting and then have some chili that you

bought I look forward to getting that a lot. Today was a good day but had a touch of strangeness to it, but that’s OK. Life is like that sometimes. what was a really bad sports night the Phillies lost in 11 innings 2 to 1 to the 

Dodgers so they’re eliminated and the Eagles got completely sandblasted by the Giants 34 to 17 oh my God oh and by the way, the Flyers lost too the Sixers didn’t lose because they didn’t play it. it WAS 

truly a Philly sports wipeout and they’re gonna have a field day with this. Mary and I in the meantime, watch law and order which was again very entertaining.
