Wednesday, October 1: 1st Day @ Work. Yoga and Yin.

Well today I got up approximately 7:45 AM and had my bowl of cereal and got ready to get to my first day back to work since last week when I left from my trip to Healdsburg and Wine country 

California. It was a cool morning, but very, very sunny out. I got the Mike’s and apparently the guy who replaced me David did a good job in

cleaning up stuff. The place didn’t look like it was in pretty good order. Let’s put it this way, it was as good as it gets in Mike’s Apartment. Mike and I talked for a while. I did do some cooking for him, etc. 

I did also go to the alternative pharmacy picked up some paper towels, toilet paper and one script. Mike didn’t realize the lady from Keystone Medicaid was gonna come over and do an evaluation which 

he has to do every 3 to 6 months. Also, Mike had been in the hospital so that was another reason why he needed to be seen. My cat his appointment so and I had mine at 2 PM so I went to that And got some 

sunlight in my body. That was really good. So I eventually got back to Mike’s and started getting ready to leave for my 5:30 PM class but first I was going to visit Mary. Mary just decided not to go to the 

class and would meet me at Yin. The class was very good. The room was very hot, but the glass was good. Pretty well packed because people are finishing up the 30 day challenges. My balance was 

better than normal, but I still struggled with my shoulders as usual. After class ended, I then went upstairs and participated in Yin class. Mary was there and it was a very relaxing class. It was good to 

stretch out my muscles and joints . Afterwards we ordered Royal Indian and watched the show Task. That show is pretty intense and it’s a slow burn to the climax. 

That’s for sure. After we watch that, watched Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel cohost each other & interview each other that was very entertaining for sure. We stayed up pretty late, but it was worth it cause it was pretty fun. what isn’t fun as the government shut down

in which the Republicans are in a place blame on the Democrats for causing it. Even official government websites have little statements. Blaming the radical left for the shut down. I’ve never 

heard or seen anything like that before this administration is the worst they’re horrible people running the government right now and 40% of the country loves it.
