Monday October 13: Vaccines w/Mike. Drizzle & Yoga

I woke up after having the most sound and drowsy sleep. I’ve had in weeks. I had a really weird dream about my family, which I kind of forgot about which was very strange. And then Chuck Dawn

out from Melbourne and caught the train and got to Mike’s around 9 AM. I realized that we have a vaccine appointment at 10 AM but we didn’t have time to just walk down there cause Mike had to get

dressed so we took the lift out to CVS. The app was saying this this location is too close.“ But we took it and she had to drive like around the block and go to blocks out of her way to turn around. It was kind

of goofy, but we got there in time. Mike first got his shots. They didn’t have them on record, but thank

God to see if CVS was not busy in the people very nice to us so we both got our flu and Covid shots. Mike has to come back get his tetanus shot cause it

wasn’t available or something. We also picked up a shit ton of scripts for Mike. After we got back, we both had lunch and then Tony came over and emphasize to. Mike had a lift up without hurting his shoulder.

He may be back this week, but he’s not sure because he has to get re-authorized every time he gets to the hospital which he was in I believe last week. Anyhow, it’s been cloudy but not much rain has fallen, which

is a real big break I’ve thought for sure during due to the north east we’d be drenched with pouring rain, but thank God we haven’t and that’s a good

thing about 3:30 PM. I gotta get my ass moving towards Yoga. Well, I did go to Byron‘s 4 o’clock class. I felt pretty strong in the beginning. The room was much more humid than Saturday, but it wasn’t

a “dry heat“ like Saturday morning’s class was. As a class went on, I got dizzy at one point, and also my arm started getting tired and halfway through

the class. I couldn’t reach out quite as much as I did before. But it’s almost done. I was pretty tired and I’m glad I wasn’t gonna be doing a double. Mary felt the same way.
