Tuesday, October 21: Rehab, B-Day Plans. Mike Change Phone.

Hello good day everybody. Today is Tuesday. We’ve officially entered the last 10 days of October 2025. I got up. I was a little tired as usual. Had my cereal went to Mike’s once I got the Mike’s

the nurse came really early and and talked to Mike and took his measurements and all that. I then took the Uber to go to rehab at McGee rehab 1500 S. Columbus Blvd. Uber driver took the slowest way 

to go and I made it there with a minute to spare. It was a 10 o’clock appointment. I then went to the Rehab and we did a couple different things. She said my range got a little bit better. Anyhow, I got back 

from Rehab and did a little bit of cleanup. You’re in disposal, etc. I then had lunch. Mike then decided he wanted to replace his crappy phone with a track phone that I bought a while ago. He called the 

assurance wireless and they said he could switch the phone. Only problem with it had to be switched to another phone and had to swap out SIM cards. Mike called the 

Computer store and their Center City location doesn’t exist so the closest one was North Broad Street, near Temple or at temple at Cecil B Moore. Meanwhile, on my end, we 

decided we’d go to Asbury park and we rented the same hotel cause I did not feel like comparison pricing hotels. House is too damn tired and the prices were all about the same anyway. So we made 

it our first weekend for November 8 and ninth. I’ve been truck on down the cease will be more and I found the place pretty quickly. the guy was very 

nice and quietly put in the SIM cards and didn’t charge me anything you could tell. He just didn’t want to blab like I wanted to blab so I did that caught the train right away fortunately. It’s now 2:41 PM. We 

got back and Mike tried to use the SIM card and the damn thing doesn’t work so now Mike has no phone. We now have to deal with the no Phone bullshit that should be fun. That’s always a lot of fun. 

By George Soros money I just buy him a couple phones to be done with it permanently! Anyhow, I read the message about increasing his dosage of the diuretic and now I’m heading towards 4 PM yoga

class. I forgot to mention it’s a beautiful day today. Really nice with a little breeze. Perfect fall day actually I also forgot to mention that the Dodgers are playing the Blue Jays in the World Series. I was hoping the 

Mariners would win but now I’ll support the Blue Jays if they can manage to beat the Dodgers that would be nice. Anyway, went to class and they had a guest teacher tonight. I think his name was Ian, 

but I don’t think that’s really his name. To me had a British accent. He was very high energy. Apparently Tina and Byron and Lauren knew who he was. He had a very high energy class if I was very

much a beginner like only taken one or two classes it might’ve blown my mind, but it was decent. He held a couple floor poses very long other than that it was pretty steamy and it was a good class.

Afterwards, Mary and I hung out at studio for a little bit listening to some funky house Music that Emma plays. And then we went back to her place got rid of my yoga clothes and then got myself ready for choir. 

I also scheduled my initial free voice lesson for tomorrow at 10:30 since Mike has his his appointment at 11 figured that would be the best fit. Mike has an appointment with his 

dermatologist for what reason I don’t remember. Anyhow, it’s 6:47 PM I walking over to choir practice. The chiropractor was pretty

long, but it was pretty good practice. That’s for sure. We went over about 2/3 of the songs in fact we listening to some recordings of the songs and there are some major announcements such as there’s

 a trip to France in 2027 that would cost $3800 not including airfare. Get something to Muse on, but I got more important things coming right up. Hopefully I’ll get the sheet music for the tryouts

 tomorrow before my practice so I can actually practice on the things before the tryout on the 28th. Mary got me some China some Mata Pioneer because they didn’t have any SAG left. We got it at the Cloverleaf Indian restaurant.
