Tuesday, October 7: McGee Rehab, Mild, Yoga & Choir

Today I woke up at 8:15 AM to try to sneak in some extra sleep. We ended up staying up a little later than originally intended because we watched a couple episodes of task. That shows great. Anyhow,

I walked to Mike’s and he announced that the nurse was coming and also he has an appointment tomorrow so I have to reschedule my vaccine appointment because the hospital decided they were just

schedule him randomly. I can’t find the email to reschedule so I’m not sure what to do. Anyhow, I caught the Uber, which was like 12 bucks

plus tip to McGee rehab. It’s now 957. I’m about to be seen. Well, I was seen and they immediately went to the electronic stimulation, which was good. I actually felt pretty pretty good to get my muscle 

stimulated. She was very efficient and she gave me the name of the device that I’ll need to take home with me. It’s $61 and what I’ll do is bring it to the Rehab appointment on Friday. I’m gonna get delivered

at Mary’s cause it’s the safest place by far. well, I decided to take the 64 bus back which takes me up to Ellsworth Federal and then I just walked the rest away cause it was very nice in the late morning. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s and did a little cleanup and had lunch. Mike

said he was feeling a little bit better. He talked to cardiologist. I then walk to CVS to cancel my Covid flu shot appointment. I guess we’re gonna plan for Mike and I to go together so that’s what we’re going to 

do. It’s now 2:17 PM. Well, I was pretty tired by the end of the day so I didn’t really do all that much. I just cleared out some boxes put a couple things in the fridge and Mike made a few phone calls. I formally 

canceled my appointment for the Covid shot at the CVS and then I tried to pack my stuff and I think I have too much stuff in my backpack so I can barely fit everything in as it is I don’t have Gatorade I forgot to pack a Gatorade so it’s 3:47 PM and I’m still at Spruce Street

 trying to make a 4 o’clock class choir is late today for Bases and tenors so I don’t have to be there till 830. Anyhow, I went to the 4 o’clock class with Tina who is subbing today. It was a good


class. I think I did pretty good boy was I wiped out we came back to Mary’s and just crashed for an hour and that was a glorious nap now I’m starting choir practice at 8:30.
