Thursday, October 2: Mike @ Emergency Room

Well, this morning, I woke up quite tired because we were up late watching Stephen Colbert, etc. Anyhow, walked in the sunshine showed up late and the nurse was already there. She had tried to call yesterday and finally got a hold of 
him today and she showed up first thing in the morning before I even got to his house. She was the very

stoic nurse that replaces Nichole. She has Parkinson’s and sometimes it kicks off and she can’t make it to work. Anyway, we muddled through the day and Mike wasn’t feeling that great and then the nurse called him up or a nursing department called 

him up and his pulse was really low so they suggested he go to the emergency room. He was not up for it so he had a nurse call either Shalaby or Dr. Kraft he’s 2️⃣ heart doctors and then they called 


back and said yeah go to the emergency room so we took our time. I got the documents for him to go to Scottish Rite house which I’ll do tomorrow whether I’m being paid 

or not just to get that out of the way. It sounds 2:20 PM. They already saw Mike and hopefully within the next 45 minutes they’ll make a decision. It’s 2:27 PM. A nurse came out and told me that they 

would be he would be in that waiting area for 3 to 4 hours and then I should run my errands now. I’m gonna see if I have time to run to the Scottish Rite house and to copy his Social Security card, birth 

Acertificate, and Social Security information but I think I might just wait till tomorrow, but we’ll see. It’s now 3:45 PM oh I’m running a little late to yoga class. Well, I’m not late but I like to get there at 3:50 so I’m gonna have to hustle these steps. Maybe I’ll do a double maybe I won’t. We’ll see about that.
