Wednesday, March 4: Millbourne, Toothache, & Mike @ hospital.

Hi today start off in the usual way. I got up a little bit late and went to Mike’s. And did our thing. I then went to Millbourne to drop off a couple 

of items that were supposed to be mailed there, but I had a mailed to Mike’s. One was trash bags and the other was pasta and sauce. Went to Melbourne for a little bit and then on the way back Mike was telling me Amazon was on the way with deliveries and that something had been delivered. I got back to Mike’s and there was a bunch of stuff delivered, unpacked all that stuff and ate lunch and then proceeded to go to my session on 17th and Spruce at 2 PM. It was a good session. I talked about my mom‘s death and then my toothache started acting up right during the session and he had salt and I gave a salt water bath and that that helped out a lot. I finished the session and then I checked my messages and got a message at Mike called the ambulance and was admitted to an emergency room because of dizziness. He felt extremely busy dizzy and he was a little afraid so he did call the emergency room. I think
alerted the agency and told Mary instead of staying late till four. I just signed out at 3:30 and and discovered. I had lost my hat and that’s a bummer but at least it’s not freezing cold. It’s just misty rain right now at 3:39 PM. The dentist will be calling at 4 PM from Cozumel Mexico. 🇲🇽 at the same time, I’m doing this. I was calling Dr. Turner’s office to get me an emergency dental appointment since my lower left hand comes/tooth has been really hurting more often in the last 2 
to 3 days. 
Anyhow, we talk to Thomas the Dentist from Cozumel Mexico he said that I should probably have a tooth extracted here in the US and then get the work done in 3 to 6 months in Cozumel. We had a very good discussion. He’s a very forthright man decisions what we mean after tomorrow’s 9:30 AM appointment with Dr. Turner hopefully I can get this tooth fixed. I think there’s an infection. It’s tooth then again I thought all my teeth were a root canal so I wouldn’t feel anything but obviously this is not the case. Well, I took an Advil around 4:45 PM in the Admiral took away the pain. It was a miracle it actually took away the pain I was able to go to 5:30 PM yoga

class with Dan. That class is pretty crowded. It is a good class. And then I was able to go to Ian. The top at the same one who taught last Sunday nights sound healing class. This Ian was one of the best classes I’ve taken in a long long time. It was very good. I could feel the pain when to come back, but the Advil kept going helped out after we got home. Mary made some pasta, but it was very tasty and the pain 


didn’t kick in till about 1 AM and then I had taken over though hopefully little little still. 

Monday, November 24: Tired. Mike to Emergency

Good day today I woke up in Melbourne Pennsylvania. I had stayed overnight as I do most Sunday nights in the little town outside of Upper Darby. I ate breakfast, which was two bananas and had 

it on down towards like I knew it was going to be late, but I press forward. After that, I got to Mike’s and he told me he wasn’t feeling all that great and that Tony was coming over a little bit later this morning.

He also asked me to go out and get some stuff at CVS. It was some hot pockets, yogurt, and other things I came back and Tony was here and he was

very concerned with Mike because he could only get up and walk 6 feet before being exhausted so he recommended Mike get Uber to the emergency room so that’s what we’re gonna do as of 1:53 PM. We’re going to 

walk down and take him Uber him to the emergency room. Well, just when I said that last sentence Mike was saying he was too tired to get down the steps

so he’s going to call 911 and get the ambulance over here and help him down the steps. So that’s what we’re gonna do. Within five minutes with the ambulance and the fire truck came. It’s now 2:06 PM. What 

I think I’m going to do is I’m going to leave work a little bit early so I can go straight to Mary’s. Bring the gym bag for my trip without having to go back-and-forth. well, 

supposedly Trump is going to propose some Obamacare changes and extend the subsidy for  2️⃣ years. But this legislation needs approval from Congress. Otherwise the sub will skyrocket next year. I 

don’t trust Republicans and healthcare one iota. Reports show coast to coast storm is coming through the United States, which is going 

to hit southeast states worse but may affect travel, especially on Wednesday. That’s when I’m planning to leave & fly out to San Diego. Well, I left Mike’s at 2:58 PM and signed out. I let Amanda know that he’s back in the hospital and that I would let him know when

he came back from the hospital. Well, I went to Mary’s after I left work early and hung out for a little bit and then we raced over to Byron’s 4 PM class 

and we got there just in the nick of time. The room was very hot today. My poses were just fair today not horrible not superduper, but just you know mid mid to mid range. Anyhow I was very hot and took a while to cool off. Mike still waiting to be seen or admitted in the emergency



 room area so we’ll see what happens from there. I’m gonna try to maybe meet Wes and have a Mom’s cheesesteak because the place is closing down since the owner is having quadruple bypass surgery and is retiring from the cheesesteak business.
