Monday, February 5: Sunshine, Genograph, and Yoga 🌞

I got up this morning. I was pretty tired cause I had trouble getting to sleep last night. I guess is all that 

caffeine I don’t know. But once I slept, I slept pretty good. I got up finished off the 

laundry and then ate breakfast. John Oliver ran a repeat of 

Chuck E. Cheese’s origins, which was really weird. I got to Mike’s  Pretty 

smoothly via SEPTA. It’s sunny yet pretty chilly. It’s about average

 temperature. Mike and I did take a walk and I called the dentist to see if I can come in and get adjustments to my tooth at the bottom of bottom of my teeth.

 You know, when you’re in the dentist office it is required you hear really bad   music. It must be played to satisfy the masses. Well, the dentist appointment was successful

 and I was able to put in my partial after not being able to fit it in because it aggravated my gums. I know that’s a lot of TMI but you are reading my blog 

after all. Anyhow, I got back at lunch and bought a bunch of drinks For us because the vendor man’s new learning serving us for God knows how long. Good 

day! Still trying to find a decent fare to Amsterdam but I've pretty much given up but I'll give it till tomorrow. I took my mind off 

there by going on a rant about end stage capitalism. My latest rant from my not existing podcast😜 I hope you're 

having a lovely day.

Looking forward to yoga at 4 o'clock always gives me peace.

Anyhow, I talked to Alice today and she shared me something that was absolutely insightful yet. Also kind of hilarious at the same time. I really enjoyed our conversation. I 

have a new marketing strategy and a branding strategy for myself due to this. Not sure what

 I’m selling but it’s there. And then went 
to the 4 o’clock class with Byron and it was a good class today I felt pretty strong today I think I even could’ve gone back to back with a Pilates but definitely thought better of itafter class went to Mary’s we hung out and talked and then I had to go back to the meeting at 6:45 which I  did and it was pretty pretty  
 crowded today. Good attendance. after class, we hung out a little bit at the studio and Byron was telling about his toe. He has glass in it and they
can’t 

they can’t get it out. After that, we went back to Mary’s with our samosas. read them and that was delightful

. I then went to my MONDAY Night Beginners meeting. It was pretty 


well attended and then I went back to Mary’s and until about 11 o’clock and then I took the L after walking to 15th St., Monday night the trolley stop running around 11 or 1030 is ridiculous, I didn’t get home till close to midnight

Sunday, February 4: Visiting Mike in Maryland

After having a really fitful sleep where I got cold during the

 night, I finally did really sleep around four in the morning. But I slept until about 915 and West was fashionably late, so it didn’t really matter that much that I 

was running a little late I got a shower and got some super coffee, andgot myself going and I was ready by the time it was stopped by. Wes and I drove to Dave’s 

house hung out for a little bit and headed on out in Dave’s car to Mike’s place. We got the Mike’s place around 1:15 PM. When we got there, Mike treated us to 

some soft drinks of many sorts, such as citrus green tea from Lipton, Diet Coke, and Gatorade. We then treated Mike to 26 packs of nonalcoholic beer seem to 

enjoy them. We hung out and just ordered some pizza and some wings which was just enough for everybody to eat. After we had that food, we Had some 

Coffee and Mary cut back from hang out with her friend. It was very chill and we hung out. Mike seem to be in very good spirits. He said he felt 70% back to normal. 

They still don’t know where the origination of the cancer came from  But he seems to be his old self. He has six weeks six months of temporary disability from work. So that remains in the errand. Course their medical bills 
coming that not gonna be fun. But we had a really nice time and definitely want to do it again like
make it go up there every month or six weeks because things could change it anytime. Well we took the scenic route back route one until we 
got to Dave’s house. We hung out at Dave for a minute all Deb and Heidi. Heidi is living at home right now. I got home ate some leftovers and did some laundry. I also talked on the phone which was good. 

Saturday, February 3: The Sun Appears 🌞

Hello there. Today is Saturday and the sun finally appeared after five days. I 

slept until 1 o’clock in the afternoon which felt really great cause I was very tired. I had breakfast at the Dorchester and then 

I took the EL back after I took the trolley. That delayed me a lot it was running like stupid. It even bypassed 30th St. station that’s all screwy they were. I got home and then at about 

10 to 12 minutes to change everything in my backpack and then get my drink ready etc. etc. so I’ll be making the class on time but not with much minutes 

to spare. Was really good and it was hot but I had to drink a lot of fluids beforehand so it was totally OK by me. I officially got billed for the yen training which was $350

 but that’s all right it’ll be intensive it’ll be unique experience 

for sure. Anyhow, Mary and I got back to her place and didn’t eat right away. I just 

relaxed and headed out fairly early because I wanted to try to do my laundry. 🧺 

Well, I got home and forgot all about the laundry 
until it was a little late. Overall was a good day. It was nice to see the sun for a change. It certainly was. Tomorrow Wes, David and I are going to go visit Mike 

at his place in Towson Maryland. First time I seen Mike since his surgery. We’re all looking forward to seeing him and hanging out for the day.
