Today I got up tired as usual, but I had a full breakfast this morning, which of course made me very late to Mike’s. I showed up at Mike’s and of course the nurse came and she was actually close to being on time so she beat me there at Mike’s, but she was able to get in without waiting for me because somebody from the apartment complex let him in. So it was Nicole and the woman Nurse who tells her around everywhere for the next several months till October. So they asked Mike a bunch of questions about his health, etc. etc. nothing really new under the sun. They did help him with his magic, etc. which was good. The next person to visit was the infusion nurse. She’s very nice and probably won’t show up again because they she covers a different area in New Jersey. she has four kids. Some people like them kids I suppose she was very nice. Anyway, he did OK with the infusion in about five minutes later the physical therapist came and had him walk in and out of his doorway and do some leg lifts. I didn’t get the laundry done because just didn’t get it done today. I usually try to do it on Fridays, but anyway, we’ll have to do it all money in between his 10:30 AM appointment. Also, the physical therapist is gonna come in the afternoon on Monday. Must say I spent too much time indoors today that was not my mistake. I’m a little unmotivated, but I’ll get over myself. Mary had some shitty treatment from the café for some reason, I’m not sure why but that happens every once in a while there even though she’s a regular customer a good customer! It’s about 3:21 PM. I’m writing up this Blog now and watching the traffic Putt Putt by Lombard as I sit on the stoop.
Today is Monday and we started this week off with a particularly frigid day in Philadelphia. This is after the 3 to 4 inches we got here in the city
yesterday. That was a very pretty snowfall. Was one of the prettier ones that we’ve had. It was an actual real snowfall. Anyhow, I got up at Mary’s instead
of Millbourne and headed off to Mike’s. I was really under motivated to that just couldn’t get myself moving and grooving too much. I did the
minimum. I did go get some groceries at CVS. That was good. I just didn’t feel like going out of the freaking cold weather. I just wasn’t in the mood for it. I will start to write this blog and just remembered
that I had to pick up beginners packets for the MONDAY Night Beginners meeting. I just went holy shit and here it is it’s 2:50 PM and I just remembered
so I had to get up and pull down to Broad in Lombard and catch the Broad Street line down to Tasker -Morris and then walk 2 1/2 blocks away. They
had plenty of them and it was about 40 bucks so I’m glad I got that out of the way that had to be done today cause tonight is in the meeting. Anyway,
I have Byron at 4 PM and right now it’s 3:04 PM and I got it catch the subway back to Mike’s and get ready to Yoga. Well, Tony was back at Mike’s Apartment
when I arrived from my trip with SEPIA. It’s still very cold and I packed my stuff up with Yoga gear. Tony was straightening out Mike
on his meds and he’s got a little mixed up on his meds again. Anyhow, it’s 3:42 PM and I got a march my butt down to 15th and Sansom.
Yesterday Rob Reiner and his wife were stabbed death by their own son and many people are mourning as death user really good guy in a really
creative actor and director. Trump, of course had to be low classes as usual say some bullshit and only two Republicans criticize him in Congress.
What a bunch of cowards. I hope one day if there is a guy that well anyway enough for that time to go to class. Well, I went to Byron’s 4 o’clock class and it was pretty good Class. I enjoyed it very much. My arm started to hurt a little bit, but it wasn’t tired. Like 90 minute class.
FRAUDS Hello there it’s Monday, November 10. We have mild weather for another eight hours or so before the cold comes sweeping in today. I showed
up about an hour late for. Couldn’t get out of bed and To leave on time when I’m in Millbourne because I have an extra 20 minutes to get to Mike’s because of longer septic commute. Speaking of deceptive
commute, the Broad Street line just stopped running because the doors were not opening or closing and they had to kick everyone off the train. It was on this particular southbound train at Walnut Locust so
had to walk a little bit extra to get the Mike’s. Anyhow, once I got the Mike’s did a little bit of cleanup because the dishes all over the place. He had nobody in This past weekend but he seemed to be OK. I basically
a “pinky promise.“ A Democrat sold out including brain damage, John Federman, of course. Anyhow, I got my winter coat with me and I brought it to Mary’s and I’m right now at Mary’s. It’s 1:51 PM. She’s going to
be back in 15 minutes. I think I’m just gonna take a nap at her place while I am here. I was busy last night and today catching up on my blogging and photography for our trip to Asbury parkq that takes a long time
and I just wasn’t motivated until later last night and during the day today. I worked on it while commuting and while I was walking around, I almost turned my ankle, but I was very fortunate. Nothing
happened, but it felt really scary. well, Mary and I hung out and talked about positioning of clothing in her day shopping and calling the Jen Jenius bar. She has an appointment Wednesday at 3 o’clock. I then got a bag from her so I could pick up Michael Mike stuff that
he wants from CVS it’s now 3:05 PM. I meant to CVS gonna pick up a script for Mike and turn back the one script that they’ve refilled. I think it’s the tube of anti-itch cream
that I got about a month ago. I hardly ever use it. Found out when I went to CVS they didn’t refill. They just asked if I needed a refill and you know I said I didn’t so that was that. Got my script went back to Mike’s and then got ready to go to Byron‘s 4 PM class. Turned out it was very nice and packed today. They are bringing in new people which is nice to see. Anyhow class was pretty good. I my left knees kind of little stiff, but it was a good class. Mary and I then hung out and talked
to Tina and Tina gave us a free pass for anybody we invite she isn’t gonna give them to anybody but people that are into the Yoga like Mary and I are. Then we went out outside and it was 39° and we walked out of the studio. I am meeting Wes, Helen & her daughter tomorrow @ 1pm. We are meeting at Middle Child @ 11th Street
