Monday, December 13: Sunny Work Day

I woke up feeling pretty good considering I went to bed pretty late last night. I weighed myself 

and I’m 201 pound. Anyhow I started working and we had our unit

 meeting. I’m going to  try to be taking those pandemic days starting 
on the 21st. So my last day of actually working maybe much earlier if I could pull this off. Anyhow I had to return the car by noon. Before I 

did that, I talked to Lynne and another friend for a minute and then headed 

out towards Ardmore. It’s a very sunny cool day today with a slight breeze.. after I went to Ardmore which changed items and then I took the bus and she had it out to do errands and go to work. I continue with my work and then talked on the phone for a while. I was pretty tired but I got the minimum amount done that I needed. I did get a good news on the postal front the Retirement information that was 10 pages did arrive at the location around 12:45 PM today. That’s one step done. I’m hoping to get a call from LYN from the retirement office tomorrow preferably or Wednesday at the latest. I don’t wanna bother her and keep calling.  After Work I talked again and eventually fed the cat and had dinner. The rest of the time I just mellowed out. I did finally put a big batch of laundry in that I’ve been blowing off doing for a week at least. 

Friday, October 15: Hard at Work

I was really planning to work and then maybe give myself a little time. Well there’s hope for gas when I get another set of electric Porsche came out of the blue this morning. I knew I had to get that crap done and complete my normal  Friday routine of finishing up the weekly reports. For shortened week there a lot of referrals. I can about 150 some on my list by the time the day was done. Anyway, I didn’t go outside much at 
all but I got caught up doing my work and I didn’t sleep all that well so I’m pretty damn tired. By the time work was done I was ready 
to crash the heavy crash. That’s exactly what I did. I crashed really hard. I think I napped for about two hours. I was startled out of my sleep with a dream that I was in a cage and 

so he’s telling me Markesan to get out of your cage. I got up ate dinner and talked to Phone for a while about a certain 
article about 

relationships between Nurotypical female people with ASD. I then still likes to work eat a bowl cereal and went to bed. I’m going to my brothers tomorrow.  

Thursday, April 15: A Different Day Working

Today I woke up and I decided that I would need to do stuff extra such as taking out the garbage getting some work done and dealing with the MA support 





 eport which I deal with every Thursday afternoon. Pat stopped by and we talked for a

 little bit I had two smoothies and made a royal mess but I did clean it up. I thought I’d try to apply for replacement Social Security card but the office is closed. So I  wobbled myself back to my place continued working. It’s a transitional phrase going 
 n right now and it’s a little weird but work definitely keeps me occupied. I’m so glad I have a job. I’ve got to complete this transition before I retire wrong when I go a little crazy. We’re still living a Covid lifestyle even though I’ve been vaccinated you still have to wear mask everywhere you go out but I’m really glad I got the vaccine that’s obvious. Republicans are acting stupid and crazy bites having trouble with the border and the weathers kind of cold. I was hoping to go to Florida in a last-minute trip. But Larry is not available. I don’t want to go when it’s warm here cause that’s kind of a waste. A real waste so much waste it’s not even funny waste.

Wednesday, December 9: Work and West Chester PA

Good afternoon how are you doing today? I’m doing fine. Today is Wednesday, December 8 it is the official Steve Harbor day for the election. In that department the attorney general of 

 Texas +18 Republican attorneys general are going to the Supreme Court to try to overturn the results in the five swing states Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia,  and Pennsylvania. The supreme court already swatted 

 way and attempt to invalidate Pennsylvania’s certification. There are a bunch

 of fucking jokers and anti-to Macrace fascist if you ask me. Anyhow, I got
 up for work  I worked away and today was not as spastic because I did most of the the reports and the elect and the other stuff. Anyhow I 

 ent ended up going to Westchester after getting picked up went to my therapy. It was pretty intense as usual I got something about self compassion which is very important. We hung out at her place for a minute and then she drop me off and I had some dinner and then went to bed it was pretty good day

Friday, December 4: Working and MRI in the Rain

Good day everybody. I woke up this morning ate my weird cereal and then proceeded to get an email first thing in the morning that I had to 
 tupid Ma work support to do and I had to do the whole thing. So I knew from there I was gonna fall behind on everything else I had to do. It was raining all day long. I really worked hard today barely any interruption except for lunch. As it was after I cooked

 up my frozen food I worked through lunch because I knew that I was going to have to hustle to get that stuff done. I finish that report with little time to spare. Yeah then went to a late appointment for a MRI of 

 y heart. They were very efficient got me out of there 
 retty quickly considering I thought I’d be there for 45 minutes sitting there. I then drove back went to the CVS and Rite Aid CVS I got drinks

 and Rite Aid I got bleach. I probably got too much bleach but I was trying to play it safe. It is now 6 PM. I am in Ardmore Pennsylvania

Friday, October 30: Work and Ardmore

After going back to bed pretty early I woke up and slept in. It felt really good. It was cloudy today but not nasty rain like it was yesterday   continue to be at home slice and will try to deliver the 





 oods as much as I can. Election day is for short days away. It’s anyone’s guess what will happen. Trump is
still running around at his rallies screaming and 

 ancing around the village people Obama is out campaigning for Biden. Soon this will be over and we can only hope that it comes out the way it needs to happen. Well I worked away and got most 
of what I got wanted to get done done. The only thing I couldn’t figure out is how to put these documents in the imaging through the 
computer. I’ll have to figure that out at some point Monday. Gee-whiz
daylight savings time ends Saturday night into Sunday oh boy. I went

 to Ardmore and we got free pizza from Jules pizza because they’re about to close their pizzas pretty 

 ood too and not as bad for you with some pizza. Watched a movie called rabbit fence which was 

 ompelling to put it mildly. It takes place in Australia where they used to take aborigine children until 1970 and tournament to Maten 

 ry to breathe their existence out by merging it with white culture. The time period was in the 30s and 40s. Racial purity was a thing back then

Thursday, October 29: Rain N Stuff

Well I woke up to a really rainy day here in old upper Darby PA. We can call

 some other city but we won’t for the sake of our friends and family. I slept in a little bit and then decided I would eat and have coffee. Isn’t that exciting? 
 Meanwhile COVID-19 cases and deaths are spiking nationwide. Majority of states are seeing their highest surges since the pandemic
started. Trump’s 
running around acting like the virus is turning the corner. We’ve been turning the corner so much we’re just going around in circles with this idiot. I can’t even believe he still has 40% of people say 

 e did a great job as president even though we suffering through a pandemic in doing the worst of any major industrial country in the world. Is really  an insult know that  trumps cabal/family/crime family is running

 our country. All the Trump stirrers are all hyperventilating over Hunter Biden because they 
got nothing else.  That is pretty lame. They can’t even hit Biden except for some bullshit he’s going to take all your guns. Today is the 
 raditional mischief night but we’ve had too much mischief and nobody even mentions Mr. tonight because I’ve been riot, corruption, and threats of denying the vote to people
