Tuesday, February 10: Prepping for Funeral

Good day everybody this is Mark speaking. I woke up after being late ordering prints and what not. I picked up the print. Anyway I got the Mike’s signed in found out. He was going to get cut off from medical assistance then we started prepping to appeal the decision before February 16. I then had to go ahead and pick up the prints and go to bleak printing to take care of that. Mary was very helpful. She guided me over
the phone and I called her on Facebook messenger. And that worked out pretty well. I then went back to her place dropped off the Material and then eat lunch and walk back to Mike’s but before then I went to CVS to pick up some stuff there. The pharmacy doesn’t take buying groceries. You’re only buy 2️⃣ items at once which is pretty bogus. So it looks like the funeral service is Saturday and then the burial is going to be Monday. I still am going to do yoga hopefullyI’ll get a little more sleep, which would be really really good. OK got back to Mike’s. Went out to get outside for a moment and came back and
signed out. I also wrote to the agency that I was not coming into work next Monday due to the burial. I ended up going to Tina‘s 4 o’clock class. I’m really pleased. She teaches 4 o’clock class. To me it makes up a little bit for the fact that Miah is no longer with the studio. Mary took the night off because she had a migraine headache. I left the studio and my goodness it feels mild compared the way it was. I gotta be at acquired at seven and I just could not get moving out of the studio after the class.Class was good. It was really toasty. I eventually walked home after doing a little hustling and hung out with Mary and charged up my phone. I didn’t have to leave fairly quickly because their tolerance for being late is lesser this time around. Mary went to her meeting. I got the Choir on time. I was signed
into the Choir Genius program even though the app didn’t work. I got my music replaced for the version from 2024. My version was from 2013. The piece is called “a man at war.“ It’s a very interesting piecemust say. People had a lot of technical questions about the piece and we’re moving out a brisk pace because our show is in April really a short semester. There’s a together concert on March 1 which I plan to attend. Anyhow, I left Choir and picked up my food at Royal Indian around 10:00 PM. Mary and I then watched a really good law and order episode. It was quite enjoyable. We then crashed around midnight.

Wednesday, December 17: X-Mas Gift, Milder, & Yoga

Good day everyone out there. It’s a week before Christmas and all through the day. I was thinking of what to say and bye. I got the Mike’s late

but not as late as yesterday. Did a little bit around the house and then Mike had his therapy appointment so I left around 10:45 AM and decided I would try to go to this place called Primark and get some

Christmas present I found sweater that I was looking for they had one large and I decided I would buy Mike a gift and use that as his gift. I did not enjoy the shopping spares. I wanted to get the hell out.

After that I came back Tony is already there. Finished Mike’s exercises and was warning him about his sodium intake. Apparently he’s

getting more sensitive to water weight gain due to the diuretic he gets at the hospital. It could damage his kidneys! Anyhow, two more people came the

occupational therapist, and then the Keystone person came in the occupational care. therapist decided she would just reschedule so that’s what she did. I’m kind of stumped on the Christmas presents.

I think everyone else is going to be getting stuff from Amazon that doesn’t live close by. I have time to get Dave and Debbie and Mary a

gift and I did buy stamps for Christmas cards. I don’t even know if I have any at home or not. Nothing like waiting till the last minute to do some Christmas shopping. Anyhow, I have an appointment at 2 o’clock

it’s now 1:57 PM. Well, I had my appointment and it went pretty well. We talked about future stuff that needs to be done before I get too ill or beforeI get Social Security. That’s all I’ll say about that. Anyhow, got back to Mike’s and he was resting and I did a couple dishes and then after he

got up, we got into a flurry of organizing that he was in the mood to do so we got rid of some pills that weren’t being used and moved around a

few things, etc. Mike’s also cooking his chicken in a crockpot so he’ll have food for a little while there. It’s really not too bad out here.

It’s now 4:16 PM & heading over to Mary’s. I just thought of an idea for Christmas presents located at 12:34 market. That would mean I’d have to go

to the post office again, but we’ll see. One of the big news stories today was 4️⃣ Republican congressman joined all the Democrats in a discharge petition to get a vote on ACA health subsidies. They’re going to

expire at the end of this month and a lot of people are gonna see huge increases in their ACA health premiums. That’s gonna be ugly. The emerges you are gonna be stuffed. My sister tells me because people

will drop their healthcare. Also, Obama care as we know we pretty much die on the fine for this bullshit. Well, Mary and I relax for about 20 minutes and then we headed out to dance 5:30 PM class.

Just like last week at this time it was broiling hot not quite as hot as last week but it’s pretty steamy. We then went straight to the Yin

class taught by Mia. We had good attendance and she had wonderful music that we listened to as well. Afterwards we hung out at the studio and then walked

back and got to the  at the Dorchester by 9 PM. We then had some of those delicious bowls. They are in the freezer and watched two episodes of Law and order and had a good discussion. Then it was time to crash..
