Monday, August 24: Medicare Stuff. Yoga & Meeting

Good day everybody after sleep sleeping pretty well. I decided that moment I would sign up for a 75 minute massage because my shoulder and neck were really just beyond stiff. I scheduled a 10:30 AM class for Massage. I went to Mike’s did some cleanup and talked to him for a minute. We decided we walk when I got back from the massage. I really needed it. I went there with Brandon and he was very good.  He even had time in the 75 minute session to do my quads which really needed help. After that, I got back at lunch and we went out for a walk. That walk was really nice because it was a perfect day and Mike really enjoyed it and Even was taking pictures with his camera. That’s how much he seemed to enjoy it. Well after lunch, I took care of business with mother nature and then went over to meet Mary at the frame shop. And they didn’t have anything for us, but that was all right. I got a nice walk. I got to see Mario and we walked back and I got some drinks, including a Gatorade, which was helpful. After that I went to Mike’s did a little bit of cleanup and then lo and behold. I decided to call Edna about their Medical Medicare advantage plan that I’m gonna be enrolled in in November. Guy wasn’t great and got me all worked up and then it was time to go to class so I went to class and Kaitlyn taught it and it was fine. Wasn’t too humid. It was just about as good as you wanted in that studio. Well, after class, Mary and I came back to the Dorchester and I ran off to a meeting. Meeting was about gratitude and I was pretty tired throughout. Ended up being a business meeting. I found out they’re coming up with a new big book. They’re gonna remove one word from 464 patients in that word is “Eskimo.“ Plus half the stories as well you have more women a trans person, etc. And then came back and we enjoyed samosas that were given out at the studio.

Saturday, May 24: A FULL Night of Sleep 😴

I woke up with a full night of sleep for the first time in two weeks!!! it felt like a goddamn miracle.! Oh my God, I couldn’t believe it. Finally I got enough sleep. I woke up at 7 o’clock, and it felt

good. I tried to lie down and I couldn’t quite last about an hour being horizontal, which is progress. it was glorious. And I credited the steroids. It’s the only thing that would’ve
worked. Anyhow, Mary made some pancakes and bacon while I went out and got my haircut which felt good. The sun was out and we then went to the frame shop and picked

up framed things and we left the frame shop and it was actually a little bit of drizzle 15 minutes later the sky was blue as we walked through Rittenhouse Square to open up a Capitol One saving

account that earns 3% interest as compared to Td bank sign account which earned .02% interest I should’ve done this age as a guy had a Capitol One cow forever. So it’s been a pretty good day no

Yoga for for Mary so we hung out at the café. Talked to the guy. He was very cool and we had some free coffee. After we left Capitol One, we then talked to Mike and we went up to find me

to see what they might have to wear. So we bought a couple of things underwear and T-shirts. We did see a pair of pants size 52 but we don’t buy them till we talk to Mike so we went to Mike’s salt they had nothing really

up framed worth wearing when it came to pants and went back

to Fabio’s and bought a pair of big size 52 pants and a pair of three pairs of socks

so now it’s 8:05 PM and we’re just leaving Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania Hospital after his visit I think that visit exhausted both of us. So we

decided to do takeout rather than cooked tonight. We’ll just do that

another day like Monday. Anyhow, it’s now 934. We picked up my food

and Mary has leftovers. Plus she’s gonna get two samosas. We watched

some Law and order and a little bit of Stephen Colbert. He’s pretty damn funny

these days. Today was one hell of an adventure visiting Mike

watching a famous soccer player. Draw a huge crowd in Center city.

Let’s hope I can have another night of sleep before I visit

my mom tomorrow. it was a nice day to take pictures because the weather kept changing
from sunny to drizzle to then sunny

so the sky had a nice contrast to it like it was late summer or early fall. That’s

the kind of weather we’re having this doesn’t remind me of

of May, but then again I’ve been to graduation particularly one graduation at Cabrini College where it was really damp and cold and it was mid May so May can get cold. Can’t I

meant believe it May is almost over in the last week of May heading into June, which
will be busy as well at least the first 2️⃣
weeks when again I hope to be starting yoga again at the second week in June if all goes as planned or as I want. We will soon see.
