Tuesday, February 20 Vote Biden!! 🛑

I woke up after sleeping pretty well. It just wasn’t enough sleep. Anyhow, the train was about three or four minutes late so ended up helping some dude by a day pass or $12 worth of SEPTA. I helped him until I heard the train coming, but I think he was on his way.I 
was hustling some woman talking loud she said the term “medical stop waiters. At least that’s what it sounded like she said. I 
got the Mike’s about the same time as yesterday. Did a little bit of cleaning up and that was about it and then I realized I have to call the repair place for Mike’s

 phone. Check with Therapist when my appointment is and call you about my tax form which has not been to me yet and it’s after mid February so I haven’t 

done any of those things yet actually it’s 1215 now and I did find out my therapist appointment tomorrow
with two and I’m going to pick up 

the phone after I go to CVS and get some stuff from Mike and myself. It’s cooler today sunny but cooler. I picked up Mike’s phone and it was $60 and the phone 

does seem to work. So at least now Mike has a phone.📱 I’ve got back to Mike’s place and little bit of stuff around the house and then I left for 4 o’clock yoga 

class because my therapy session isn’t until 2 o’clock. Mike has one tomorrow at 11 AM. I went to class with Chris Flock and that was good. Then I decided to do a double And take a Pilates

 class with Marie. It’s 45 minutes but it gets intense very quickly after a calm 

beginning. I think got the choir about three minutes late it didn’t matter 

cause they didn’t really start until 7:05 PM. The songs are complex that we sing Jesus Christ. Afterwards I had to walk down 13th to market Street and clock train. The market
 Frankford line 
has single tracks from 9 PM to 4 AM this whole week so the train was delayed by five or 10 minutes. I got home chowed down on some leftovers and

 that was today. The Houston Chronicle made a glowing endorsement of President Biden today. I put 

 the highlights on the top of this blog posting. It articulates things very

 very well. Anybody with the reasonable mind would understand you don’t have to love everything he does, but my God, the alternative Jesus Christ!!!😳made a glowing endorsement of President Biden

Monday, December 11: Ben Vereen, and Ronald Reagan

Well, after staying past past my bedtime, I set the alarm for a little 

bit later and did manage to squeeze in breakfast and caught the market. Frankford Line 

which was really really crowded. It’s obvious the trains are running behind schedule. 

There was barely any seats and I’m the second stop in the whole train. Fortunately, there were no Wakkamen causing trouble with the doors so it was a smooth ride. 

Anyhow, I got the Mike’s and we started talking and I recalled Ben Vereen and Emmanuel Lewis tap dancing for Ronald Reagan in his 1985 “All-Star tribute to Dutch Reagan.“ was  

one of the most embarrassing things I ever saw. I’ll never forget it.  they have it on YouTube. Please go to the 18:45 mark of the video and you’ll see it. God bless the Internet. Well I found out that in 1981 during Reagan’s first inauguration he dressed up in blackface.  ABC 

pulled the performance off the air for the second part which was him being

 refuse service by Republicans in front of Republicans. It's the tap dancing like a minstrel show. Moving forward almost 40 years to 2023, Oh, and Jack Smith is appealing to the Supreme Court to decide quickly whether Trump can be prosecuted. This is in my 

opinion because Trump is trying to delay the thing to death and I think Jack Smith Smith wants to top court to decide so he can

 proceed with the case. And more depressing news the Texas woman, Katie Cox has left Texas to have her abortion procedure completed. 

At this point I’m sure that that attorney general of Texas will probably call for her to be 

arrested. Yeah that’ll look real good fuck Ken Paxton.!!! It’s 2:30 PM 

and usually I don’t spend all this time with my blog ranting about issues but I just 

couldn’t help myself today. Maybe it’s the caffeine maybe it’s Maybelline I don’t know but anyway sometimes I do that. anyhow, I called 

the Delaware County jury selection number and I need to get out 

of jury duty because Mike has a procedure to do. So Mike and I work together and I he sent a letter an email 

up going to my 4 o’clock yoga class, which is very good. to them so we’ll see what happens then I ended 
Who taught by Byron and Mary and I went back to her place and started planning Christmas stuff so we decided we rent a car for two days to get around during the holiday. Fortunately Christmas Eve is on a Sunday so I we picked the car to rent from Bala-Cynwyd  and then hung out and I crashed cause I was tired.

Wednesday, November 22: JFK Shot 60 Years Ago

I got up ate breakfast, showed up late you know the usual thing and tried to get rid of that bad taste in my mouth which I think I finally did. Well, I was 

watching a TikTok this morning while I was at Mike’s and noticed something I’ve remember hearing that cars are big due, to a 

government policy that gave light trucks easier standards under the CAFE standards. The auto makers didn’t want to pay fine, so they

 built cars big enough to be classified as light trucks so these Hybrid and SUVs are all trucks so that’s why and they 

cost more and they’re making handover fist. Thank God the union got some of the money 

but that’s what sucks. Big cars suck. Anyhow, today was a very quiet 

nondescript day during work. Only went out a couple times. I think the grayness 

was kind of getting to me. I stay at work a little bit later I figured 

out the Google play bill for my photos my two dollars a month and I pay for  

 Google Photos. And I found out I’m going to Dave’s at 3 o’clock and 

we’re bringing wine. Maybe some shrimp I don’t know. After that I got out of Mike’s I just wobbled slowly towards Fairmount. I got off at the fair about stopping just walked because I missed the Gerard stop so 

that’s what I might do is do the same thing or catch the 33 bus I don’t know yet. Very intense session. My brain was jumping a I relaxed then I shake a little 

bit and then I felt the aftertaste came back from the Vyvanse meds. It  went away but  a lot went  on. Anyway, I got to take the bus downtown so I’ll let you know when I get close. It’s now 7:37 PM. 

Well, I got to Mary’s about 8:10 PM. We hung out and I got some Indian takeout which was really yummy. We decided to watch the movie before Monte. There are 4 unemployed
British dudes from Scheffield. England decided to do stripping to make enough money. It is pretty funny. And the guys are pretty cool as well. It’s now

 1104 the time to go to bed. We have a busy day tomorrow between Yoga getting some shrimp and getting into dates by three via SEPTA. it was a pretty quiet

 day. That’s the way I wanted it to be because getting up that drug was paramount.
