Sunday, January 11: Visiting Mom Early. Millbourne & Sound Healing.

Good day everybody I got up around 8:30 AM got dressed skipped breakfast in caught an Uber to Mike since I was bringing back his comforter

the Uber guy took me across from the old Health center and said this was his address. He was an idiot, cause he was listening to K – love, which 

is some silly Jesus station so if it fits. Anyway, called Uber to drive me from Lombard Street to Hurley Court. This guy was pretty cool. He said he had the

same issue with his shoulder after an automobile accident probably damaged the nerve during it so it was interesting conversation got 

back to Hurley Court. Saw my stuff took a super coffee and now I’m walking to catch the 111 bus. Well, I caught the 111 bus after a dude started 

interviewing me because he thought I was videotaping him so he videotaped me. Oh the anger.! Anyhow, Bus got to the destination pretty quickly and I’m sitting here at 10:38 waiting 

for Dave to pick me up so we could go up to mom so I got here early so   we catch her before she started eating lunch. What do you pick me up 

quicker this time so it’s 1105 we’re in the midst of visiting mom. We visited mom and then we left and asked her to be wheelchair to her lunch 

which starts around 11:45 AM. We decided to stop at our favorite pizza place which serves good old-fashioned pizza slices. It’s like the kind of pizza place we had we were kids. We had two slices of pizza were very tasty. We hung out and talked for a little while and 

then it was time to go to another coffee shop differ from Ocean City Coffee. I forgot the name of it, but it was pretty good. I think caught the 

bus instead of trolley back to 69th St. terminal. I really had to go bad and headed straight home. And then mellow it out for a while. I ate something 

took a nap and I’m heading down to the 6 o’clock Yin yoga class. I skipped the 4 PM class. I figured I’d needed a break. Eagles are losing 7–6 in the second quarter. Well, I attended the sound healing/Yin class

and ended up at Mary & I were the only 2️⃣ people who signed up for the class. That’s pretty unreal. That’s the second time that kind of thing has happened. The last time was at another studio with 

Mia and Kaitlyn. Anyhow it was pretty mellow. We had the place to ourselves and we cut off a half hour from it because it was only two of us. People were finishing off the yoga teacher training while we were


Lthere. We’re back to Mary’s. I’m just talked and mellowed out and hit. Didn’t watch any TV and decided to go to bed around 10:30 PM. I decided 

to take the gabapentin so I could sleep through the night. Well, the Eagles lost 23 to 19. Very disappointing game the blame game shall begin for the 

next couple of months. I did not have a good feeling about that game at all. I really didn’t. Well hopefully Mike gets out of the hospital tomorrow but will soon see.

Sunday, January 4: Cold 🥶 Visiting Mom.

Good morning it’s another cold day here in the winter of 2026. I got up at 9:30 AM cause I didn’t feel like getting up any earlier. I then got dressed. Got my Monday yoga stuff together. Say goodbye to Mary &

decided to take an Uber so I could get back to my place have a bowl of cereal and head out the Riddle Village via the 111 bus. I did all that and At the bus stop to be picked up by Dave around 11:30 AM. 


Dave picked me up and he took a little while thank God I had my layers on. He has to be picking new committee people cause he’s resigning from leadership and the immediate Democrats. I 

mean the county Democrats. Anyhow, we went to Riddle Village and mom was already seated for lunch so we made a short visit said hello checked on her room. Dave and Deb eaten up the room and it looked

much better. David visited on Christmas Day, which is really nice. Dave and I then went for pizza and that was cool and then we immediately immediately had to leave and I stayed and hung out and finished off my food. I then realized down to 5% on my phone so I went to Media coffee

and had I mean Ocean City Coffee and charged up my phone and looked at threads and did Sunday stuff. It’s cold but not quite as bone numbing cold as yesterday in New York. It’s now 2:04 PM. 

Well, after I finished with the Ocean City Coffee, I went and caught the bus because they’re not running trolleys till May 2026. Anyway, I got back to 

my place and mellow it out for a while. I said hi to Pat he had to move his motorcycle, cause they’re doing some maintenance in the house or near his house. He then had to go back to work so I 

decided to make up some pasta dinner and that’s what I did. A nice quiet day was had. The Eagles lost to the commanders 24–17. They 

are the third seed they will be playing San Francisco in the wildcard.
