Sunday, November 22: cloudy and cool today

I got up and from there I realized I didn’t have any milk so I just had a candy bar not a candy bar but one of those nutrition bars I have. that did me OK. I 

 hen threw up some boxes did my rehab exercises and decided to take my Sunday walk to the cemetery here in upper Darby it’s nice amount open space. It  looks like they’re having active funeral hair cause a bunch

 of cars are parking here today. After I left The cemetery, I went back home and had some of my rice surprise. That was
 really good. I felt a lot better and Lynn pick me up and we took a walk to Manayunk. It was nice to go out in the sunlight. It really 

was.I enjoyed it very much. We then went  ack to my place hung out and 

 ad dinner she liked my right surprise but she didn’t like how salty it was. Anyway it was a nice peaceful evening at home. And I enjoyed that very much.

Saturday, November 21: Breath Sweet (B)reath

I woke up unwound and have some coffee. Hung out and then it was dark. We took a walk we talked a lot. I had a bit to eat and some 
coffee. I was feeling really down today after I got home while I was sleeping in 

 t was not fun. I didn’t really feel like writing that much.

Friday, November 20: Working On!

Good day everybody. The weather did warm up quite a bit today compared to what it was on Tuesday and Wednesday. For the second day 
in a row I had the car. I had to throw a bunch of quarters in so I wouldn’t get a big old ticket. The
 parking near 24 hours but they’re pretty cheap. 1/4 gives you two hours so that’s not bad. I had all kinds of reports do today. End of the week reports etc. I got stuck with a bunch of reverse referrals from this one agency that came out of nowhere. I couldn’t even believe it. I’ve had a few interruptions today and just truck gone through. I finally did order my food from Amazon. I ran out of milk. Maybe I can buy it tonight when I’m in Ardmore at the giant picking up my prescription. As I was driving in there is an officer involved shooting in Upper  Darby. Hard to believe. It’s now 5:54 PM. We’re going to get pizza and pick up my prescription and then watch a movie.

Thursday, November 19: Tryin to Make It Better

Hello boys and girls this is Mark and I’m here to tell you something good. Like that song. Anyway I got up I realized I ran out of soy milk can you believe that shit I ran out of freaking soy milk. I wasn’t thinking. I’m deafly going to theHello boys and girls this is Marc and I’m here to tell you something good. Like that song. Anyway I got up I realized I ran out of soy milk can you believe that shit I ran out of freaking soy milk. I wasn’t thinking. I’m deafly going to order some from Amazon when I get paid tomorrow. Anyway Pat lent me some almond milk which is really a good favorite so I was able to eat breakfast and runoff of Lynn‘s car up to the rehab in Wynnewood. After rehab I started working on the list and then I got the good old M. AA Support list it out. I had a conversation at lunch which was pretty long but I think it helped. Anyway, I’m working on a list and I heard that their secret talks between Trump people and Biden’s transition team. Let’s hope this is true not some BS. I think we’re all getting worn out from coronavirus in this Trump bullshit.

 

Wednesday, November 18: Working Exercise and West Chester

Well after sleeping pretty well I decided  sleeping anyway because I like to get enough sleep. I woke up and slowly got started. Frankly
 it took me a while to get my butt started

 in moving and grooving but I finally did. I got had trouble getting on sis for a minute. 

I  also figured since I only had four days left of my password I will change my password. I was on the phone and they guided me through the password process. I did change my password completely different instead of using my usual Friday at some year I had to use completely discombobulated password. It’s going to be pretty hard to get used to it. It’s now 3:12 PM the system told me it was 4:05 PM so I’m relieved that it’s not 4:05 PM. I still have to shower before I finish work today. I got a call from my supervisor that I sent two cases that were in active on snap so I got to be extra careful. One of them I found what suspended due to some other requirements for the shows active and I didn’t see that. Anyway it wasn’t a bad day overall. I’m getting ready to be picked up to go to Westchester Ha bye

Tuesday, November 17: A Peaceful Day Working

Well I have to go to bed a little bit late last night I got up at 8:30 AM before the alarm went off. I had myself some breakfast and then  did a little bit of my rehab before going to work. Well going

 to work is is not completely accurate actually 

  went to my desk signed in and found myself with a bunch of emails about  everse referrals. I got 

  huge package of toilet paper I forgot I ordered. It was Markel toilet paper it’s recycled and I 

 nded up getting a package of 48 rolls so I won’t be out of toilet paper until the weather gets warmer

 I hopefully the pathetic will subside by then. 
 rump and his minions are still trying to undermine the election process as we speak.I was surprisingly awake all day considering
 I really didn’t get enough sleep. 

Tomorrow I have my therapy appointment and then Thursday I have more rehab in Ardmore. This will continue to be the case so today

I took a leisurely evening after work. I texted some people

 and talked on the phone a little bit. I even found time to do my laundry. I did a big load
 of laundry which is not what I usually

 do but I was way backed up. I have a list that I’m been working on or  chart so I save different little things I need to do each day. By the way it’s 

 retty damn cold these days the heaters cranking and that’s it that’s it for now

. Trump still doing his shenanigans. It was reported that Lindsey Graham tried to intimidate the Secretary of  state of Georgia& next in more skulduggery by Republicans 2 Wayne County Michigan Republicans  tried to keep the votes in Detroit from being certified.They are low class people.They’ve done damage that I’ll take 20 years to fix if we can fix it at all.
meanwhile the NFC East of  NFL   is the worst division by far the Eagles are ahead a division with a 35 and one record. This article in slate really points that out for sure. Any team could win this division. It could be historically bad that it would be good especially if the Eagles won.

Monday, November 16: Work and Physical Therapy

Well good morning everybody how are you doing today I slept pretty well cause I slept in didn’t go to my 715 meeting. I  got 
 straight to work and worked on a bunch of elect referrals 

 nd finished up a report. We had a unit meeting over the phone. I was 
 over the phone I found out that me Supervisor is going to be out next week!! Next wee is THANKSGIVING week!!! I was surprised😬It was a pretty nice day out so for once I went outside a little

 bit for lunch. I didn’t need to buy anything because I had all my food all loaded
 up for the winter smack down that COVID-19 is about to give us and it’s 

 iving us currently. Joe Biden had a press conference today and it was 
ice to hear the same guy as president. It was the same feeling I had when I heard Biden  speak as a president elect. I was a little bit distracted
but it’s OK. Yes, I was able to get started on my work. Linden came over and she drove me out to the rehab place for my shoulder

 which is right near us in Coleman‘s church. We got there a little bit late. 
It was a little awkward because I forgot my 

 rescription. Right now I can’t find it but I got a find that thing soon 



or I’m going to have some kind of problem.  I do not want to   get in trouble with the
 front Dess lady. I went to the place and the appointment was over an hour and  

we had difficulties with scheduling. Scheduling was a pain in the ass

 because I got an appointment every other Wednesday so my next appointment

 this guy over in Ardmore is Thursday of this week
