Wednesday, May 21: Acupuncture, Rain, Choir

Well, boys and girls I slept on the easy chair AND I actually fell asleep. I appreciated that for sure, but you know it took a trazodone, ibuprofen, and a muscle relax, plus a nice filling dinner

to take care of that business. I got up, not knowing how much real sleep I got And got dressed with the help of Mary. Had breakfast a banana and headed to Mike’s. Once I got to Mike’s

did a couple things and then decided I needed coffee because I was really sleepy. I got coughing and got Mike an ice cream at the CVS since basically today I’m busy with my doctors appointments. Mary assist

in getting me a doctors appointment with her doctor tomorrow at 9:20 AM also half hour Reiki appointmenttomorrow at 1 PM. I’m being as aggressive as I can to take care

of this shoulder problem which is a real bitch! Anyhow, it’s now 152. I’m due to my regular. I’m Wednesday
afternoon appointment. It’s a good thing.

I work in Center City. This would not be possible otherwise. Well, I made it to my appointment and we just talked about
my shoulder because that’s my life at
this point all about my shoulder. You know I have doctor appointment at 9:20 AM and then a 30 minute Reiki session for my shoulder and then choir concert, etc. anyway it was rainy and cold and kind of nasty.

I should’ve worn my sweatshirt but anyway I got a scam call today they called I hung up. They called me back on FaceTime and Mike was waving add me to hang

up so I called TD bank and they assured for me to hang up good. The guy was really excellent. The NFL failed to ban the tush push that the Eagles effectively used for

the last 3️⃣ years. 22 teams voted to ban it with only two NFC teams voting to keep it obviously the rest the NFC team can’t handle it. Well, I left Mike’s around five after four 4:05 PM

and headed to Mary’s. I got there very slowly but I made it. I got to see Mary before she left for 5:30 PM Yoga
 and Yin class afterwards. Meanwhile,

I watched TikTok about the tush push that was fun. I just had fun sitting there and yukking it up. I then walked to the choir practice, which was Not fun because it was drizzly raining

and low 50s. The rehearsal was at the Kimmel center. That made it a little closer

not much but a little bit closer. We went over the four songs were singing at the pride concert on Wednesday, June 4. That’s the same day I go to physical therapy for the first time for this shoulder bullshit. I kept in touch with Mary and she got the Indian food for me and we’re gonna watch endeavor and May law and order it is so cool and damp. I feel like I’m doing my bones. Anyhow, the lady, the woman conductor that trained us was pretty chill and a practice went OK we ended at 9 PM which was a glorious thing for sure. Because it’s 9:48 PM that’s when we ended rehearsal yesterday. Weather‘s gonna be nasty tomorrow as well

Friday, February 14: Eagles Parade and Yoga

Well, today was the big huge gigantic eagle Super Bowl champion parade. It was scheduled at 11 o’clock to start at the stadiums. Other
 than

that, it was a regular workday where I got up to go to Mike’s by around 8:30 to go to work. As far as the agency knows today was just a regular workday

fortunately, Mike lives on Lombard Street near Broad so it’s gonna be very easy to get to the parade. There was no breakfast available so I was gonna go out

to the men Montreal bagel spread place, but it was too crowded with people getting ready for the parade at 8:20 in the morning so I didn’t know what I was gonna do. I was gonna

do the coffee shop so I got the Mike’s very grouchy and kind of bitchy. He then told me about a place Called
the breakfast den that was located

at 15th and South, which is a block away from Mike’s maybe a block and a half from Mike’s that is. Before I went there I made sure to scrub the toilet because

Mary was gonna be coming over to meet us that had to be done. That was really gross, but I Got a big brush that Mike had and didn’t did what I had to do. I then went
to the breakfast Dan holy crap that place was crowded, but they had exactly what I wanted. I got a breakfast bagel with with some vegetables
and bacon sausage and I don’t know what was in it, but it was so good even at home fries in the box. I only had to wait a half hour which is a miracle considering

every eating place was jammed packed and it was real good food. Mary then came over around 10:45 AM and we headed out to the parade which is a half a block away. It was fortunately

sunny and not too windy. It was cold however definitely had the

bundle up. We got Mike a good spot and then Mary and I went up a little closer in waiting
 for the parade

and the trucks to come by for about it an hour and a half but we had a good time. People

were chanting and there were planes doing advertisements for Jeopardy TV show and good morning America and

channel 6. When the trucks came by with the players, everybody gave them huge applause

and everybody’s chanting EAGLES and had a good time. It was fairly mellow on our section. It wasn’t

so packed that you were pressed against each other. Well, the truck came by and and we decided

we go back to Mike’s and watch the rest of it on YouTube and we found the live feed. The speeches were good and short except for the mayor Cherelle Parker, who just spoke way too damn long

and everybody wanted her to go of course the comments were nasty because the Incel army was doing their duty.Anyhow, we talked to Mike and hung out and it was very enjoyable overall they’re around 4 o’clock.🕓

it was time for us to get going two or 5:30 PM yoga class. We wanted to go back to Mary’s and get

some quiet time between the exciting parade and a 75 minute hot yoga class. Miah was teaching

and we were looking forward to that. We got there and it wasn’t that crowded. It

wasn’t empty, but it wasn’t full either. The room temperature was about perfect. It

was hot, but it wasn’t too hot and I felt pretty good today. Afterwards, I had the whole upstairs shower by myself except with Mills who asked me what I did in Florida and I told him
about our future trip to go to kaitlyn Ingersoll’s studio in Newberry Florida. After he left, I had the whole shower room to myself, which was glorious. Anyhow, afterwards, we hung out at the studio with Miah, fish Emma,

and we just talked about different things and Mia demonstrated her standing bow pose, which was absolutely perfect.
She says she worked really hard on it and it showed. It’s very pleasant cool

atmosphere so then we got back and we decided that we were have the chili that
Mary bought at the store. She was warmed up some rice and while we’re doing that we got the laundry started to clean some yoga clothes we had around 9 o’clock.

I just went to the store and got some corn chips and a couple iced teas. Well, the chili took longer than we thought and why we were waiting for that to heat up. We

watched some highlights of the speeches from the Eagles Super Bowl victory

parade. That was fun. The chili was very filling and a bit salty, but it was

pretty tasty. 🤤 By the time he came, we were pretty tired. It was a very good
and
eventful day. Eagles parade followed
by a really good 530 yoga class and chilling out at the studio. Very pleasant and enjoyable for myself and Mary. Tomorrow we plan to sleep in and relax before going to 4 o’clock class. The video of this should be pretty long. I’m gonna try to edit best I can. It was an historic day.
