Monday, December 8: Cold🥶Yoga & Meeting

Today I woke up in Millbourne  after not getting enough sleep because I just couldn’t settle down to sleep. Got up and as usual and

my trouble getting moving, but I did move and caught the train the market Frankfurt line down to City Hall train was very empty. I then took the

Broad Street line which works a lot better especially in the cold weather to Mike’s house since it is a free transfer. I pay per ride instead of buying a weekly trans Pass cause I really don’t take enough rides

to pay for one. Thankfully Governor Shapiro got the two sides together and we just found out this afternoon around 1:00 PM that there will be no SEPTA strike and they’ve

come up with a tentative agreement with the union. I haven’t read the details. Anyhow, this morning Tony came over and discovered that Mike

could take a whole pill of one of his medication said a half a pill and that was the reason Mike felt kind of crappy this morning and a little bit “out of it“. There was no exercises done with Tony this time

he’ll be coming back on Wednesday. I then relax for a little bit and then I had some lunch. After I finished lunch, I watched old highlight of Reggie's Leach scoring a lot of goals and what not. He was

very good back in his heyday in the mid to late 70s. Anyhow, it’s now 1:34 PM. I got to the CVS in time to pick up Mike’s scripts. They close from 130 to 2 o’clock every day. Anyhow, Mike had 2️⃣ scripts for his

heart and I picked him up and he had no co-pay on them. Well down 50 3:51 PM I walked in the 29° weather and heading to Byron’s 4 o’clock yoga class. See how I do today every

day is a little bit different in Hot Yoga , Philadelphia. What bar class was pretty good I did OK. I had trouble with the pro. I’m breathing cause my right shoulder was being very resistant. To moving

pp a little bit but as I warmed up, it got a little bit better. Class was decent. Had a nice crowd and then Mary and I hung out for a while at the studio and chilled out and talked. I then went to a meeting

which is about the “living sober“ book which was always a favor of mine. Lotta new beginners and no it’s kind of redundant isn’t it. Anyway it’s pretty damn cold right now. I just went to the  store

and picked up four iced teas and two sodas for me. It is now 8:02 PM ready to watch some TV and eat some yummy samosas at the studio provides on Mondays. We watched two episodes of Law and order and hung out and then the fire alarm went off. It’s 12:47 AM. We’re still waiting to see if it’s a false alarm or not.L

Friday, November 8: Sunny w/ Errands

Good Friday to everyone. Good as you can make it for yourself that’s for sure. Anyhow I woke up in Melbourne and just had trouble getting out of the house.

I was also trying to prep myself for this coming weekend the best I could not really sure I did now that I think of it because We’re going

away, but I think I’ll be all right. Anyhow, I wanted to make sure I had enough meds oh speaking of meds I have to go to CVS and pick up some meds.

Anyhow, I got the Mike’s late and we did some talking and saw his new

refrigerator. I first put away his mom‘s meals And his juicy that he bought then I decided I

wanted to get my key card replaced before the possible strike. Fortunately

the strike was postponed and that was a good thing. They’re still talking supposedly. Anyhow, I got back & ate lunch. Mike was working on his bankruptcy case. He’s gonna order groceries, but there was

enough delay that it wasn’t gonna be feasible. So I then decided I would just

go get a haircut and complete my Shopping For Mike while I’m at it. Well, I got the

haircut and for a crew cut it’s $35. I also tipped him 10 bucks. She was very efficient. I made it clear. I wanted a
crew cut. I said zero and she did what I asked it’s very sunny out here and I’m gonna go to yoga and then go to a concert afterwards with one

of my yoga cohorts in it chamber orchestra group called filament it’s three of them a woman him and another guy. It should be interesting. It’s over at the Fleischer. Well, I just went all in on the social media commenting and
ranting. In fact I even wrote to my financial advisor just now 2:35 PM going on about whether my investments are gonna be safe over the next 12 months. Anyway, there’s people there’s

a new term called petty and ready that some people on TikTok are using work. They’re going to monitor the price
That’s my attitude, but you of eggs during the whole Trump administration just to throw back in  their faces know I know it’s a bad attitude, but fuck them all. Anyhow, I have a TV appointment for my work scheduled for Monday and now 3:51 PM and

I arrived at Marie 75 minute hot yoga class. The room wasn’t nearly as hot as it had been the rest of the week. It was a good class. Mary was home resting and then after class I got dressed and went to Mary’s and then we met Linda and Dave and caught an Uber to Fleischer art memorial to watch filament we saw a couple of other people from our studio there it was really very cool. We then ended up walking back via South Street and that was cool. Having good conversation. First time I’ve been on a couple stayed out and God only knows how long. We then ordered Indian and had that.

Monday, September 25: Writers Strike May be Ending & Rain☔️

I rolled out of bed at 7:07 AM and found out that the WGA and my

the studios have reached the tentative agreement. This would end the strike once they form it into language of a contract.

Reactors, but reached agreement yet. At this point hopefully

you’ll be able to watch Stephen Colbert. On the way to Mike’s I decided to take one of the buses from Broadstreet caught

one pretty quickly. Guess I saw it as she was waiting for the bus Kristine flowers, the conservative commentator on the daily news and Broad & Liberty the conservative website

for Philadelphia. She’s an immigration lawyer, who is extremely pro life, but reasonable in other factors. Anyhow, I got the

Mike’s little after 830 and then I got changed at the cash check, cashing place before hand. I went the wrong way and got myself some

coffee dat the good Karma Café. That was good, but I had to turn around and walk

some more. After I got back, I did the laundry and then ate some delicious

lunch. I felt pretty good and not like a dusty ass punk-ass bitch which is good.☕️ The weather today was just like yesterday,

but with less rain drizzle and overcast. We’re supposed to have this fund crap

till tomorrow and then it’s gonna be nice and then be crappy on

Friday but nice this coming weekend. Well, I went to class today and oh my God because it’s so cold cool and damp

Byron had the heat cranked up to 108° I mean it it was cranked up to the maximum but it was a good class. He really was pushing us hard I heard people

commenting about it.you had a lot of hard-core people there. I was pretty damn

thirsty. I was singing the song anyway after that anyway I’m going to the Dorchester. And then to a meeting at 6:45 PM. Well, I did go and Marianne ordered some takeout Indian and it was so delicious. Or it was Chinese with curry that’s right really thin noodles. I forget what it was called but it’s very delicious. I went to the meeting and then went straight home to try to get to bed at eight decent night sleep to try to shake this cold.
