Monday, December 2: Clams on the Half Shell

After staying up till close to 3 AM watching British drama Sherwood, I 

got up at Around 11 AM. Mary and I had breakfast and we talked out for a little bit and it was very delightful. It’s another nice,  mild day here in Poway. We decided that I would get 

some shorts to replace the ugly ones that I have. So we went to the Target. It 

was a nice walk and we’re trying on 32 and 34 size shorts. I can’t
 find size 33, which is my ideal. I talked to Mike this morning and to sit it out him being in the hospital and rehab for the next week and also the fact that 


his caregiver that substituted for me stole ALL his money about $1500 worth. Rent’s not  going to be paid till it gets resolved. It’s a little scary. well, Mary 

and I finished managed to find a nice pair of shorts and they were half price so they’re only $14 which 
is a great deal. We looked online and nothing 

was really there but that’s OK. We were pretty tired from that walk. I don’t know why I think because  We went to bed late last night and I think that just slowed 

us down. Anyhow, we got back from target relaxing in the kitchen, then went outside
and Alice’s driveway and stayed there till 

about 5:30 PM and we went in because it got a little bit cold. Eventually, we’re going to have some dinner. Well, Maryann and I decided to order just a  A regular pizza cause we didn’t wanna pay Uber eats or DoorDash. So the pizza was really good.
regular old pizza so we could avoid DoorDash and Uber eats and pay like $10 more for delivery. So we did that and watched murder in suburbia. A BBC series that lasted two years. It was pretty funny and entertaining I must say. Much more lighthearted than that BBC show Sherwood. Anyhow, we decided to go to bed at a reasonable hour this evening, so that’s what we did.

Sunday, March 15: Getting New Phone Recovering

Hi everyone.    I got robbed on the EL last night   around 8:15 PM My phone g

ot stolen at the 46 street station. I  hi slept overnight here in Ardmore since I needed help in getting my phone recovery doi

one.  Well we went first to the Apple store in Ardmore but they were closing down due to the coronavirus. Next was a trip to Bryn Mawr.
We got to the AT&T store in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania. I was a little bit rattled but my friend was there to help me out. They were two employees that were really helpful in unlocking my AT&T account and getting to my old phone so I could get to the iCloud and save my stuff. . 
  They look to find the phone and they had an iPhone 11+. I think that’s what it’s called.  It had a green background but I didn’t care I would’ve taken any phone they had practically as long as it was all at 10 or 11. I would’ve even taken the smaller iPhone nine if it was available.

  They have a handheld me through the process of recovering my phone. I paid about 400





 bucks for the current bill which was $138 and then I had to pay for a new screen and a new protector and some other miscellaneous things when you get a phone. I did not have insurance unfortunately.  Believe me! I did buy insurance it’s $15 a month. I couldn’t escape at this time. I got most of my programs up except I had a hell of a time trying to get Gmail to work. Obviously I didn’t get a lot of pictures today because of my situation with no phone. Once I got the phone I settled in to my friends place in Ardmore.

Saturday April 15: A Close Call, A Call and Snoozing

 Well I got up early and later on the bed for a while. I think got a call from TD Bank  that somebody defrauded my credit card. I hit cancel everything and I'll be getting   ew card. Fortunately the car only has $500 max   o that's why when I order from   emi reputable places that's where I go to. 

Well I caught the bus just in time and got to the old city coffee on time. There Larry showed up and then Marissa showed up and it was cold is hanging out. There were a ton of people in at the old city coffee. Well the meeting went pretty quickly and then I hung out with Larry and shot the shit for a while about different topics. I then decided to buy my new set of new balance I would take a stroll toward South Philly. Before I got there there was a protest it was just loading out against Trump and him not showing his tax return. I decided to walk down 6th street all the way down to Dickinson on the way I bought some really fancy natural soap from a cute little soap store. It's now 1:54 PM. Well that was a funny experience was in it. Anyhow I got out of there unscathed fortunately. Anyhow I walked back down and bought my new balance shoes and headed to pats house. Pat had paid me back which was a blessing for sure. We then walked the dogs and I deposited that check and Pat made up some vegan burritos. It is now 3:51 PM. After we ate and watched more Attila the Hun, I got really tired and started sleeping well Pat was practicing is practicing his guitar. Ended up Pat went upstairs to sleep as well and then I woke up around 7:35 PM or so and decided I need to go home. When I went home and hung out with Sharon for a bit. There was some weird noises emanating from Tom's room we don't know what it was about but I'm sure we will. It was a dare and won't forget for while that's for sure. And make some changes obviously. Sometimes they just got to B in my face to make it happen.
