Friday, February 21: Blood Test 🩸 CPAP, 🥶

I got up after sleeping pretty well. I could’ve slept another two hours but then again it is what it is. I got the Mike’s and Mike said he didn’t

feel well enough to go out in the cold and go out to West philly so he rescheduled

his seat, his Appointment to 1800 South St. on March 3. He called the

CPAP people so I’m gonna go to my blood test at 3737 market and pick up a CPAP machine. Mike called and I have permission to pick it up the original appointment is 1 PM. Hopefully

they’ll let me pick it up without waiting till 1 PM. Well, I arrived at 3737 Market and Marc Street are here in West Philly’s a wind Tunnel. I’m being subjected

to daytime TV because I don’t wanna put on my headphones and miss my name being called. It’s 10:16 AM. It’s now 10:50 AM

I just left 3737 market after I got my blood draw now I’m heading to 3624 market to see if I can pick up my CPAP machine now I might go for an early lunch afterwards It is very gusty

out here, especially along market Street in West philly. Well, apparently, I
just can’t be seen early. I’m waiting here. It’s 1140. I decided I would

go back to Millbourne and charge my phone and then come back at one.

There’s a really loud snoring guy behind me. Anyhow, I decided to

catch the train to Melbourne and charge up my phone which I’ve run out of battery.

I also ate some pasta leftovers and got my mail. I think I have all my

tax forms. I need to finally file my taxes. I think I’ll do that on Sunday I got to 3624 Market a minute

before 1 o’clock at 12:59 PM. The Food Network still on and the snoring

guy woke up is now on the phone so I’m going to sit here and have my Pepsi and hear the

Food Network in the background playing all these different

restaurants that they love and it’s so corny. That’s a good thing. I did go home

so right now it’s 1:07 PM and there’s only me and the snoring guy
who’s on the phone. I’m gonna have my Pepsi and chill out. Well, the guy at the CPAP place

finally saw me around 1:15 PM. He was a really nice gentleman. He laid

out the instructions on the machine and I called Mike and he gave further instructions to the man. And I made a YouTube video for Mike to listen in case

you know he wanted to see it.So then I finally left there around 1:35 PM and

caught the L down to 15th and went to Mike’s my phone, of course ran out

of batteries, partly cause the videotaping and because it died at 8% because

of the cold weather tomorrow, Saturday supposed to be a little bit less extreme with

the cold, which will be very good because this cold is really getting

old very old and we’re not even in March yet. All right finished up with Mike and heading onto

my 4 o’clock class at this time. Well, Miah‘s class was very good. I was towards the back and felt

a little stiff in the right hamstring, but was given good instruction on the floor bow, which was good

. After class which was held up on the fourth floor, I got dressed and was told her a whole bunch

of kids Came to join the class. They are most all signing
up for the 5:30 PM class with Byron that was the $12 walk-in. They were going to the third floor, which is smaller than the fourth floor. It was a mad house there. One guy left very unhappybecause his face was taken up by someone else is something like that. I’m really glad we went to the 430 to 4 o’clock class. After that came back to Mary I got some iced tea and she’s making chili with rice.

Sunday, January 12: Visiting Mom. Eagles Game

I woke up in Center City and had my breakfast and got myself

going home. I went to home to pick up my Amazon orders. All my perishables got in but once again the super coffee

in the laundry detergent didn’t show up so I have to call Amazon

again tomorrow. I tried calling them today, but they said to wait Another 24 hours. I looked in all different spots
where it could be, but it was nowhere

to be found anyhow after I did all that I barely made the 10:30 AM 110 bus towards Westchester to go to Riddle Village. I met Dave there around 11:40 AM. Mom wasn’t doing that well. She

had taken a fall earlier this week and one of her lights was almost giving out. I think she’ll be needing a walker soon. Anyway, we had lunch in the cafeteria and I had an omelette, which was tasty after that. Dave and

I hung out at his house for a little bit and then Dave drove us to the media train station where we took the commuter train. We met up with Matt Washlick his wife. We boarded the train

which left at 1:08 PM. It was a smooth ride over and I got off at 30th St. and then took the EL back home to Millbourne. Once I got home, I did things such as laundry and I

hung out with Pat for a little while. I haven’t seen him in a dog‘s age Pat his dog hung out in my place for a while and we had a nice time. I’ve been watched YouTube videos. Eagles

played the Green Bay Packers and won 22–10. Eagles offense wasn’t much but defense was very good today. The commanders also beat Tampa Bay on the

last second field goal. Later on Pat came over and we went to kebab Ish and got pick up. For the first time
in history, I did
not wait 20 minutes to get served. There was nobody there. It

was great. We both got veggie platters and came back to my place and

watch a World War II video. It was fun hanging out with Pat. well, mid January

is rolling right along. Had a busy week next week with two choir rehearsals

and then two concert evenings. Also have a cleaning appointment with the dentist

and therapy appointment as well. Winter is here we’re sort of settling

into 30° weather, which is normal for January
