Tuesday, March 17: Mike’s Appt. Rehab, Yoga, & Choir

Hello there. I got up around 8:25 AM. Walk to Mike’s to a little bit of cleanup and then we got him ready to go to his blood test appointment and his ultrasound CAT scan for his body. He really struggled to go down the stairs, but we got them to the appointment and they were very efficient we were able to do is 1:15 PM appointment very early because he got done his blood test very early, which was very cool. We called the LIFT and that worked out pretty well. Got them got to his house after he struggled up the steps. Everything was smooth until I tried to trust two steps to buses to get me to rehab close to me on time the 64 bus never showed up. It’s now 1:46 PM. I just got my Uber ride from 15th and Washington so  was about 5 to 6 minutes late to my Rehab. Once I was in rehab and did a couple of exercises and a woman had a medical student with with her did a few exercise exercises. I then just missed a 64 bus which was early, but I caught the 29 bus which was on time it just rides straight up task and then I catch the Broad Street to Lombard. I got the Mike’s and found out his Medicaid lady visited while I was gone and I got back around 3:05 PM. Charged up my phone to 36% and loaded up my stuff to head to Tuesday afternoon Yoga! It’s pretty cold out here I must say. well, I arrived at the 4 o’clock class and Katelynn was teaching today instead of Tina as a substitute. What’s the status yesterday but by the end of class I was sweating pretty good there. I did OK. Kaitlyn was very encouraging on some of my poses. After class, we talked about dental stuff for a little bit. It’s become more complicated with this new distraction. That’s gonna happen in the next month.  I left the Dorchester and had to turn around and go to choir practice. And practice was pretty intense, but I had a little bit of energy which helped during break the fire alarm went off and the fire department quickly turned off the alarm we were back at practice. The tenors and base had to stay a little extra. Oh my God, it’s cold out here. it’s 10:02 PM about to hit the Dorchester.
