Good day everybody last night I didn’t sleep all that great but I got to sleep until 10 o’clock before I decided
to get up my call just I was getting up and said he’s not being released from the hospital today because 
he had a fibrillation moment where his heart rate to 130 something beats per minute so they kept them in there putting potassium in them as well as a diuretic. 
They’re loading them up with potassium chloride to make up the fact he lost a lot of potassium during his whole 
treatment regimen. Ran into a guy at the hospital named Christopher Robin who used to be a yoga instructor at Hot Yoga Philly then he opened up his 
new yoga studio. It was hard to stay in business so he became a Penn nurse and he’s a nice guy a little high strung 
and he knows byron and Chris Fluck, which I found very interesting. I could hear the song “it’s a small world after all“ in my head. I then fortunately caught
the 40 bus back to Mike’s to get me in time to talk to Larry who had called and he says he’s going on a cruise 
that starts in Barcelona Spain and goes to Africa. It’s a nine day cruise. Larry does love his cruise is that that’s for sure. 3:35 PM I’ll be going back to Yoga for the 4 o’clock byron class and hopefully some samosas. I was not able to eat them last Monday cause I was still recovering from my tooth extraction.
