Sunday, March 15: Sleeping In, Breakfast 🍳 & Yoga

Hi! It’s Sunday morning. Today we slept in and I was really very glorious indeed. Then I decided I would do a massage to deal with my lower back and my right hip being sore. I went there and ran that really did help. I really believe that’s gonna help a lot. After that, I ran to Mary walking up Walnut Street and we went to the café to have breakfast. It was very good. I had a cheese omelette and potatoes. I tried to mush them up as much as possible it wasn’t bad at all. At least I have something in my stomach now. It’s cloudy overcast supposedly we’re gonna get severe thunderstorms to start the work week. I decided I would cancel Turner’s appointment because I don’t want anybody messing around near that area. I can’t even drink coffee so don’t want anybody messing down there and where the extraction is located. Well, 3:06 PM my friend Larry Nussbaum is gonna meet us for yoga today at 3:30 PM. That’s gonna be pretty exciting. Well Debbie’s gonna be teaching a class since Katelynn still away in Puerto Rico. We’re going to meet Larry up there at the studio. It’s 3:23 PM. Well, we arrived at the yoga studio in Larry was already there. He signed in and as a guest and got ready to go, and we saved the spot for him right near the door just in case. I figured Larry would be fine cause he does all kinds of stuff like marathons and weight training, so he’s in pretty good shape. Debbie taught the class and was very helpful to Larry and getting his poses. It was a good class I felt very strong today because of the Massage enough sleep, and I got some protein in my gullet with eggs. I’ve been eating eggs and pasta a lot because I can’t eat any Indian. Larry really enjoyed the class and raved how well Debbie taught the class. Larry said he would definitely bring his wife next time. It was a really good class. Afterwards at Mary and I came back and just kind of sat in spaced out for a minute. We then went quick food shopping to get me more pasta and delicious vodka sauce, which is less acidic than regular tomato sauce because acid is the enemy of my healing, which also includes citric acid and I can’t drink any of the diet iced tea. I like a lot. So it’s 828. I’m cooking up the pasta.
