Thursday, March 27: Cloudy. Mike’s Appt. & Yoga

Well, last night I got a normal night of sleep which felt pretty good. Most of my dream sleep came after 3:30 in the morning, but I’ll take it anytime! Today I got up around eight showed up Mike’s after 9 AM. That’s what happens when I eat cereal in the morning cause I have to brush my teeth with all the cereal junk. Anyhow, got the Mike’s did a little bit of cleanup and we discussed different things. I took it pretty easy today. Today we’re gonna do our usual 4 PM yoga class, which will be decent. I took a casual look at Fairbanks lodging and found something in Fairbanks, which is under 200 a night which is basically inexpensive in the world of. Alaska Everything’s more expensive there I called the airplane place and they got my half payment of $400 and Mary paid for the lodging in in Anchorage. Anyway, Mike asked me to go to CVS to go get some diet Pepsi and ginger ale I reckon cause that’s what he likes to buy because he can’t order an Amazon cause he didn’t have enough money to pay the fees that SNAP doesn’t cover. Anyway, I checked out Alaska stuff into Divorce stuff while Mike was calling for debt relief. After all that we were about five minutes late for the appointment to dr. Kraft’s office which is done in West Philly. Did you like to see like Mike a lot and talk to him and have conversations and then we go back to his house? That’s basically all they do here. it’s cloudy, but it’s not too cold and it’s not raining which is a very good thing. Anyway, it’s 3:41 PM. I had to cancel the first Uber driver back because he sat there for eight minutes saying he was eight minutes away. We got the Mike’s just in the nick of time for me to sign out and go to 4 o’clock yoga.
