After sleeping till about 9:15 AM, it’s time to get up and get a massage of my hamstring and other muscles in near my leg and gluteus maximus and my lower back. So I wobbled over downtown to 1518 Walnut St. It was gloriously sunny this morning it was a little cool, but it was very bright and sunny for the second day of spring. I went to the massage session. Oh my God I don’t know how sports athletes do what they do cause my hamstrings were just like tight as hell. That’s all I can say. It was a good session, but there were some parts that were so tight. Unbelievable. I talked to Mary and she wanted some coffee so I went to the Montreal spread baker bakery, and got some coffee for both of us and came back to her place within went hotel shopping in Anchorage and after about two hours, we found a place to stay that was reasonably priced for Alaska standards. Alaska is a very expensive place to go. Everything’s jacked up in the summer. I guess because they can’t do anything in the winter because it’s half of. It’s in the Arctic Circle. We then went to Mike’s and Mary help me make his bed. Was a lot easier having her around do it cause I was frustrated. And then picked up some garbage and and then we walked over to byron’s 4 o’clock class. That was a good class. It was on the third floor. Some of his yoga student students were there as well. It’s now 6:17 PM. . I left my phone in the Yoga studio unfortunately byron was there to answer the phone. I was able to get my phone. Next, we decided to go to Holland Trader Joe’s and get these bowls and my favorite is the Cuban style bowl. We bought about nine or 10 of them so it’ll be stocked. It looks like there’s a special Indian holiday so the Indian stores might be closed often on this coming week.
