Sunday, February 11: Visiting Nadine and Mike Super Bowl

Today, Bob woke me up around 10 o’clock to get me ready and 

we made some breakfast together and stuff. We called Nadine to see if he was up for a visit and she was so we got ready to go. She didn’t have Rehab today so she was available 

so we headed up towards Tabor Road near the Roosevelt Boulevard and 

North Broad Street to get to Einstein rehab unit. Anyhow, we got there. 

We were greeted by her and she had a pretty nice set up in a room. Soon after we arrived, her boyfriend, Mike arrived, and, we all hung out and shot the shit. She told us 

somewhat of the bullshit she went through at some rehab place. She’s been
 completes the rehab, which 3 rehab places since I last saw her. Anyway, she was in good spirits. Her plan is to move back to Lewisburg once she could be 

sometime between October and December of this year.  Anyhow Bob and I decided we needed to get going so we left Nadine I sent pictures that I took to everyone. We headed

 down I 95 until we got to Delaware Maryland border where Bob got off

 just before you pay 6 bucks. He knew of a barbecue place to go to and a Wawa. 

We got there in the Wawa was close for reconstruction but we did go to the barbecue place. I got a swag T-shirt from the place that I’ll give to somebody for Christmas. Michael definitely 

get it. Anyhow, Bob picked up a bunch of nine beer and alcoholic beer and I got two Pepsi‘s for the duration. We got back and Mary sister and her boyfriend 
bought an awful pizza and a few chicken wings. So we had enough to eat. I think. Anyway, we watched the game and 
goddamn with a slow moving game. They’re both playing sloppy there was no score in the first quarter. 

The ads were very mediocre And halftime it was 10 to 3 and Kansas City was lucky. 

Only be losing by seven points. Usher was the halftime 

show. Of course he had a guest host of. I forgot who she was she’s playing piano. And then they were rolling around and rollerskates it was just boring , Mary’s sister Carolyne 

said that usher last big song was 12 years ago so he’s not exactly current some kids liked it. According to conversations I heard. Well 930 crawled along and I had to catch Uber and that’s when the game got really interesting right after I left.  Retreated field goals and Kansas City got a touchdown and they were leaving then it was 19 to 19 when it went into overtime. San Francisco was leading 1613 they had an extra  point blocked.

Saturday, February 🔟: Rittenhouse Sq, Yoga & Dinner w/ Bob

Huguenots!!!This morning I got up at the Dorchester had breakfast and 

had a very chill and relaxing time. I had a funny dizziness after I drank coffee after I ate it was weird so I have to lay off the 

caffeine I think for a little while I don’t know how long but that’s what I gotta do and shit. Anyhow, I walked
by and they’re having all those Rittenhouse Square 

sales with all the white tents. I got back home and Pat stopped by and showed off his pet squirrel 🐿️. that was one hell of a well-behaved pet squirrel because squirrel just stayed on Pat

 no matter how far he walked into my place. The squirrel was started by the dog and jumped off but Pat just put out his arm and the squirrel just jumped right back on him. It was pretty

 weird, but it was interesting because I was a little afraid that squirrel would end up borrowing somewhere in this apartment.  I got really for my 4 pm yoga class. Boy that room was packed

 and HOT today. Mia taught the class and it went well except the woman who gave m a dirty look when I changed my of where I was going to set my mat. I noticed she did not seem to make 

much of an effort but that’s none of my business. I felt like I did pretty good with most of my 26 poses today. My balance was improved and I felt stronger as well. I was pretty sweaty 🥵 and took awhile

 to recover and 🆒 off. I lost my glasses but ended up finding them in a different compartment of my backpack!!! Bob called and we agreed to meet him in front of the studio instead of the Metropolitan Diner which was packed. We agreed 

to go to Khobobish in West Philly. When we got there it was pretty much full of folks it there was available tables and we each ordered
a platter. I got chicken curry 🍛. They had Fox News of the big screen! Geez 

what trash I had to glance at! Greg Guttfeld, Laura Ingram, and the MOST 

punchable face on TV Jessie Walters. We had good conversation and 

laughed a lot as well. The food was good and filling as well. after we, we drove 

Mary back to her place and Bob and I drove back to my place. He told me 

about the way I can save money on phone bills while I’m out. 

Netherlands also told me that we were not going to be driving back up on 

Sunday so I was a little concerned so I got really lucky I found

 an Amtrak fair for six bucks from Baltimore back to Philly but I had to get to Baltimore so I got a reservation
for Uber and the price wasn’t bad so 
I took it ride for tonight at the same time and it was no more than reserved it. I also made a reservation to take Amtrak to Newark and Early so I cut the good old plan so it’s gonna be a long day on the 23rd all day traveling . Bob’s pretty smart I will definitely say again anyway it’s 1145 trying to hit the sack. 

Friday, February 9: Mild February Day🌞

Today I woke up feeling a lot much more myself but still a little off. I 

skipped my coffee this morning and the only caffeine I had today was 12 ounce can of diet Pepsi I didn’t have any super coffee I think I’m just 

gonna lay off the caffeine until, I feel completely myself. Today was a really mild day around 11 o’clock. I started taking the tutorial that that the agency wants you to take. Blew it 

off for the longest time but today I was determined to finish it all but after three hours I wasn’t done yet, so at least it let you start off where you left
 off. I’m my 
determination is to get this done tonight or definitely by tomorrow. 

Then again tomorrow I don’t go in for work, which gives me less incentive to do it anyhow it’s now 343. I’m heading to 4 o’clock class. Class went

 very well. Marie talked the class and it went very well. My balance was off today. Guess I should be surprised. I just got from a one-day illness. 
Anyhow, Larry’s taking a bunch of 

stuff for his Covid. It’s good thing he got it when he got it while I was over there. Hope he gets better sooner than later, but looks like it’s gonna be about 

10 days to two weeks. Anyhow, after class, I ordered some takeout and watched White House plumbers, which I believe was something on 
demand. They all have “on demand.“ Just
 like all the company say get a new iPhone “on us.“anyhow was a fun show and then we they got comfortable and crashed for the evening. Oh yeah, Bob called and he’s gonna stop by tomorrow and he’s gonna stay at my place and then we’re gonna go visit Mike. 

Thursday, February 8: Sick Day 🤒

After a fever started building up yesterday afternoon. I woke up this morning

 with a fever broken but me being really really tired so I decided that would

just be best to call out and just rest today and not push it. I got up at 7:30 then 

10:30 AM I got up and went back to sleep at one and it’s now 5:28 AM p.m. 5:28 PM. I’m just getting up from another3 1/2 hours sleeping so that’s what I’ve been doing so I’m gonna go outside just to go outside before the sun disappears. well, you ended up meeting and then staying up a little bit and getting a little trouble sleeping but I did go to sleep. I’m just glad the fever broke.
