Monday, July 27: Mike’s & Yoga! Family Tracksuits

Good day everybody it’s Monday the last week of July 2026. I spent part of the day correct finishing up yesterday‘s block posting cause I just didn’t feel like dealing with it plus, it was very very long and had lots of pictures. Today I got an order food into Mike’s and it showed up on time. Mike also ordered something as well to hold them over till his Social Security check comes in August 3. He doesn’t get his August food stamps till the 10th or 11 August. His July food stamps were stolen anyhow Mike and I did go out for a short walk and just we were out there. There are some kind of cloudburst that came in. There was also some blue sky, but it had a sudden pouring rain so he got inside. Mike’s laundry was done by the due to replaces me on the weekends. Today, I got to put down a deposit for the Mexico trip that’s in the middle of February. The Choir performance for America 250 is confirmed just today. It’s not 3:21 PM. I have to start getting photos in this blog and getting ready for yoga. Mary tells me that her legs feeling better after the massage she had today which was good. Well, I signed out the Mike’s and Loan behold has started raining again. The two times I went outside after I showedl up to work. It starts raining. Anyhow, Shalice is subbing for byron today that had to be a last-minute change because as the last night byron was teaching the class. Hopefully I’m not gonna get too wet. Anyhow, I didn’t get too wet. The rain pretty much stopped and I went to class there was about 10 minutes there and it was a good temperature wasn’t bad at all. How we hung out we paid our $800 deposit to go to the trip and then we walk back to the Dorchester and I went to my MONDAY Night Beginners meeting.

Friday, March 13: Cold/Quieter Day. Yoga

Good morning everybody today is Friday. Today was the first day I didn’t have any plans or any appointments and it felt kind of good. I didn’t really wanna get up cause I was really sleepy. Mary gave me a Uber ride to Mike’s and I showed up at 9 o’clock. I managed to get Michael’s laundry done. Had a lot of laundry next round I have to do the sheets and pillowcases and stuff some dude even pick the long wrong washer in the washer didn’t work. It didn’t dry out the clothes at all. I lentic guy seven bucks and Venmo me back. Anyhow, I also fetched quarters and went to the pharmacy to pick up a script and melatonin for Mike Mike called the doctors office and Penn. He decided he didn’t really need to go to the hospital. He’s hyper foundling a lot need to go to the bathroom. Anyway, it’s 3:03 PM and I’m at flow app on my energy level. I’m waiting for the laundry to dry out then it’s time for yoga.  Meanwhile, Trump‘s escalating the war in Iran, by sending 2000 Marines over towards the Middle East. This is not really looking great. He’s gonna pull a cluster fuck like he did in 2020. No, I went to Debbie’s yoga class. She been a Bikram teacher since 2006. And she’s gonna get back into it and teach classes here so I’m really excited about that. She’s a really nice person and a good instructor. Anyhow, the class was good. We were forced upstairs the second fourth floor because their college students in high school students taking private classes.

Monday, April 22: Last Day @ Work w/ Many Errands

Today I woke up and took my sweet time getting to work. I didn’t get 

to my place Mike’s place till after 9 o’clock. 9:00 AM that is. I got the Mike’s and he built up a lot of cardboard boxes and I disposed of them because he got a bunch 

of orders on Friday and Saturday. He put away most of the food, but not all of it. I put the rest of them away and then realized I needed to do his blanket,    I went to the CVS to get Mike   a  couple of items and get extra keys made  for him because 

he lost his own pair of keys. Had to give the original of one of the keys because it was kind of sticky , the replacement key was sticky. Anyway, it’s a nice day but cool outside. I’m going to get my haircut and only place I can get

 it done. There are three people here already. I will sit here for up to about 20 minutes and then if I’m still not served, I’m running back to the laundromat 

to change the clothes at the laundromat nearby to the dryer. I timed it a 26 minutes and that’s what I’m doing. OK, I did successfully complete my task 

at hand. I got both the laundries done and return. Got my haircut done and 

managed to put the bedspread fitted sheet on without 

completely pulling my hair out. Oops right I have no hair. Anyway, the next thing I ate lunch and then we were trying to get his new phone to work. I put in the

 Sim card then he was calling his customer service and they repeated the same thing that we did put the Sim card with a little cut away on the bottom left-hand 

corner then I had to leave because it was 3:45 PM in my class starts. Well, the classes top at Clarice who haven’t been taught under in a while. The

 room was hot, but there was plenty of air so that was good wasn’t too crowded either. After class, we hung out for a while and found out that our 30 day count T-shirts for him because Mary 

sold her on the mannequin that was excellent so so Tina got us our shirts and 

we talked about my trip to Europe and Tina is going to be visiting Scotland

 to see, her favorite Taylor Swift and then visit Iceland with Byron so that should be interesting. She’s doing that in May. We proceeded to go back to Mary‘s house and I skip the AA meeting 
because I had too much going on in my mind and I wanted to spend a little quality time with Mary. I then left around 830 and got home and proceeded to be all undecided about what the pack and not pack even though it already packed everything mostly.I threw in my laundry and Pat was going to come over and do taxes but he showed up too late and we both just passed out and went to bed. Busy day. .
