Monday, December 9: Cleaning Mike’s Apt

This morning I got up in Melbourne talked to Bob for a little bit and found out that Bob he’s gonna be working at the storage unit 

place all day till at least five so that’s that so I don’t think we’re gonna do the mattress today so I went to Mike’s place brought some cleaning material and started cleaning
the Floors and trying

 to make sense of his place before he gets out of rehab on Thursday. Mary came over and she was a big help. She helped me organize


 the place and we worked on such things as getting the wires done figuring out what wire were needed, etc. for a moment we didn’t have any Didn’t

 have any Internet and that was a problem. Limbo came over and helped us out with that and we got the Internet back on Mary was calling Mike about that and found out that Mike was sitting

 here waiting for the ride service for an hour and a half sitting at the hospital at  eighth and Walnut that is. Marie then bought Mike a ride via Uber back to the

 rehab place the rehab place I guess sent them to the hospital for something. It’s been a really laborious day. I must say very laborious, 

but progress who has made which I know is a good thing tried to clean out as many of the giblets and I bleached the floor and then I used a fat boat for Bo cleaner 

then at the very end of my time here Sprayed Febreze and close the 

window to totally fumigate the place again. Also, we did Mike’s towel that he 

sentimentally attached to and did the remaining load in the laundry that was 

remaining. It’s now 3:28 PM. I need to just wrap this up pick up the 

laundry and figure out where to put it. Well, I picked up the laundry. It was 

completed. I didn’t went to Byron‘s 4 PM hot yoga class. It was instructor

 night. There were four instructors in class today. The room was

 hot as hell. It just was very very hot. I could tell my lack of having

 lunch and Being tired caught up to me, but I made it through. It was good to know that the other people thought it was hot too after class we chatted with others and headed on 

out. We saw the Rittenhouse Square, Christmas tree get lit up. It was a good 

night to do it cause the rain stopped and it was mild outside.Went

 back to Mary’s cooked up the Samosa and mail it out for a little bit. It was good 

to have some steel time. I showed up today a meeting about 5️⃣ minutes late. 

It was a good meeting about acceptance. I listened to a lot of good shares. I think

 I’m going to go back and mellow out

Monday, August 21: Return of Rental, Work, Yoga and Meeting

I got up this morning had breakfast and got gas for my rental car 

and headed down to Mike’s to sign in. The ride went very smoothly until I turned

 down Pine Street and Bell behind a trash truck. So I’ve been sitting 

here for about 10 minutes trying to go one block. People on Pine Street make a lot of garbage

. So the best I could do is to get to Mike’s by 8:30 AM. I’m gonna drive

 by Mike’s and sign in and headed to return the rental car. I need to get that there by 9:30 so I’m not late. It’s at the 

convention center which is a weird place to get a rental car because it’s 

a funky ass garage. Well, I got the mics and signed in and actually had time to park since there was a parking spot right near Mike’s so I got him a sandwich 

in talk to him for a moment. I then went to the parking garage and it went pretty smoothly. It is now 9:35 AM. Walking down South Broad.
 I got back from South broad and I 



 hung out with Mike and then I did some errands for Mike got picked up. I got some  Scripps  4  Mike. and got them some lunch at the vending truck. The the both 

woman came and went and that was good. Got a lot of text messages today. Talked to a few people and
then went to 4 o’clock yoga class. it 
wasn’t too bad considering it was the third floor and the third floor is always hot fire and just a loud enough air to get through that it wasn’t
too bad. After 

class met a friend for coffee and then ran off to the MONDAY Night Beginners meeting. It’s only a meeting I regularly go to. It’s a good group. It’s really chill and 

people come and go at the meeting which is a hard core group 

of flight eight people who always show up which is nice. It’s not 8 o’clock meeting ended and continue my day.
