Thursday, February 12: Cold🥶 West Dist. CAO. Yoga

Good day boys and girls today started out funky because I got a message from Mike that I was supposed to be there 
early for his doctors 
appointment and he had to blow off one of those rides. I completely forgot about the appointment. So I showed up at Mike’s around 9 AM and wanted to at least get him to the dermatologist, but he said he was gonna go ahead and blow that off as well, so I took the 40 bus towards the West District welfare office where the Mike’s medical assistancecomes from the 40 bus is really crowded when I got on, but when it went through University Of Pennsylvania Bruce Street the whole bus emptied practically. Mike’s on a special medical assistance plan so instead of going to the close office on South Broad Street I had to go away up here in West Philly. And then find out that the office is closed to 11 o’clock due to “professional development.“ Anyway, I saw that there was a ShopRite so I went there got some muffins for breakfast and sat in the beer garden. I then got Mike a couple of pre-cooked chickens and now it’s 1054 and it is so fucking cold in this line today the wind is disgusting around 20 miles an hour. Well, it got a little bit better. We got into the office and I met up with Mister Grimes. Who’s the DA of the West District now . he took my name as Michael WARD and then I was seen by the Customer Service wrap about twenty five minutes to thirty minutes later and she was very confident and said she was gonna remove the closing and Mike has two more bank accounts to verify one was an ally bank one he didn’t know about or forgot about and one was another Wells Fargo. It’s now 12:22 PM. I am now on the 40 bus trucking through Powelton village area. Anyhow, I got back from the 40 bus and went ahead and did a CVS run for Mike. That was OK. Two of the self service machines were out, but I made it through then after I came there I was going to do a TD Bank run, but I didn’t have time for that because I realized that I needed to go to Photo Lounge. For some reason, I thought I had off tomorrow and Mike thought thesame thing but I’m working half day or close to that work till about 11:45. Mary and I are going to meet a friend for lunch. I expect to be going to Dave’s via Uber only 
because we got equipment to handle. Anyhow I went to Photo Lounge picked up gifts. I mean pictures and took care of that business. I got back to Mike’s and it was practically 3:30 PM. Put his food away and then headed off to the 4 PM yoga class. My Lis taught a very good classes as usual. I really have grown to really like her as a yoga instructor. After class, we talked a little bit and then we went back to Mary’s and decided to just chill and relax. I just decided to blow off my meeting I just wasn’t up for going all the way out to Fairmount. They’re not getting back here till 10 PM right before the funeral stuff all begins.

Thursday, February 23: Mild Day w/ Uber, Yoga & Meetings

Well, I set the alarm for 6:45 AM and didn’t get out of bed till 7:11 AM. I kind of skipped eating cereal and well at 7:36 PM came at 7:42. Which is the next stream up. Sometimes they just skip one thinking people won’t notice that’s



 not true. so cording to this agreed to the 7:42 AM train. I got to Mike’s and did some laundry for him and then took a nap because I I just didn’t get enough sleep. We’re not gonna go to a 

barbershop on South Street and I’m going escort him to this destination. It is a quiet destination during the day. Meanwhile, Roger Waters is a complete Anti-Semitic Putin apologist asshole. I 
announced it Twitter because it’s true. Speaking of idiots that Georgia grand jury foreman Emily Kohrs really shit the bed. I mean talking to the media multiple media outlets and saying stupid stuff like the prosecutors had a ice cream party and it 

was nice to shake really Rudy Guillani’s hand. Her actions could imperil the whole

 case they been working on again I think Trump is gonna get away with it somehow or it’s gonna 

be tied up so long will be dead before it’s resolved. Oh my oh my. Anyhow, on 

another rant, I just busted on there, Microsoft bing AI chat box, chat bot, which 

shop acts like a Centenic human being, and says that he’s in love with a guy and he also he 

threatened a guy as well. I sent a Twitter rant about that too. After the

 ranting I went outside and Mike and I took an Uber and this guy loves his car.

 He had signs all over. It don’t slam the doors and Michael touched

 knocked on the window, and the guy got upset. After he got to the barbershop, he wiped the seats after we got out of the car. I don’t think this guy should be 

precious car but anyway my God his haircut & it looks good and it’s a beautiful mild day today. Meanwhile, the country is split between extreme cold and  extreme warmth.. We’re going to  get the warm part

but the north west in the West Coast are very cold. It’s now 3:35 PM and it is 62° in February. Mind you February! Got back in and I cited I pick up my Staten Scripps and take a nice walk right after I eat lunch. That walk was very very 

pleasant. I talked on the phone and now I’m getting ready 

to go to yoga class where I get the singing dance. No just kidding, I might do 

Vinyasa I might do a group activity with the group I’m in depends 

how I feel after the 75 minute class. for the 75 minute class was really really intense. 



The heat and humidity were intense. Humidity was really high because it’s 62° in February. Anyhow

, Margaret taught the class and it was good and I decided that I would do the 

Vinyasa anyway, so I took a really really hot shower drink lots of 

liquids and rested and felt a whole hell of a lot better. Vinyasa class was good.
 It was a 45 minutes a small class and it was less intense so it’s kind of like winding down. I’m not gonna make it to the dinner that they’re having which is sushi and I’m not a huge fan of sushi so I bought myself a sandwich that I’m gonna eat once I get to The  building.
